J.Fantastic service from Mitre 10 Te Puke. I purchased a table saw but when I got home to Tauranga and assembled the saw there was a safety guard missing. I contacted the store and one of the Staff members went out of her way to deliver the missing part to me after work. Many thanks to Malachi for arranging this. A fantastic store and Staff to deal with.

L.We'd love to do a shout out to Jarvis who provided super service. When we first arrived he approached us and asked if he could help and from then on he was fantastic. He was knowledgable and very helpful. He searched multiple locations to try and locate what we were after, made suggestions and had the patience of a saint. The whole place had a happy, friendly vibe with helpful staff. We're really impressed and we've told everyone what a great experience we had. Well worth the drive from Tauranga. Thanks for a great job and positive shopping experience. Well done Jarvis!

F.For a small town store it delivers alot whether it be gardening tools and plants, to furniture and hand and power tools. Plenty of parking an added bonus and amazing staff.
