M.For a small town, the retail store is top notch. Every time I've visited the store, I've found what I need and walked out satisfied. It's not a mega store like those found in more densly populated areas, but for what it is, it is certainly a step up from similar stores in surrounding areas.

K.This mitre 10 is a little smaller than some but it is packed with stuff. They have a good selection of healthy indoor and outdoor plants. The staff members we talked to were chatty and willing to share their knowledge on orchids and bird feeders.

B.Since moving to Kaiaua, Thames Mitre 10 is a store we frequently need. Each time we visit we have had the most wonderful attentive, well-informed service.
A particular product we recently bought there, is worthy of mention: Nouvou hexagonal sun gazebo.
We needed it in the summer break for a beach vacation.
It was super easy to erect and take down snd withstood some very windy, blustery days. It has pockets which can be filled with sand to resist gusts of wind. It is spacious too, and easily accommodated 8 adults on deckchairs. A great product.

S.Picked up a wood burning stove, very heavy. Here's me an old girl driving my partnersening ute. No worries, shop staff helpful, they called on one of their colleagues to load the stove on with a forklift, kind colleague then strapped it on securely, made it up thr Thames coast to Coromandel no mishaps. And by the way it was at 5 to 5 on a wet Friday evening, great service.
