Friendly helpful staff that are never to far away to ask questions ,good variety of products ,plant centre great asset to Timaru plants healthy and well looked after, great range, lovely range of house plants as well. Staff always happy whuch makes for great atmosphere to shop in.

I recently did an online order for face masks. They arrived the next day in Ashburton (Timaru-Ashburton). So quick and prompt. Product is exactly as ordered and I also in speaking with customer service representative wish to give 5 stars for her customer service. Absolutely recommend this branch of Mitre 10.

Great hardware store. They're massive and, like other Mitre 10's, they've got everything. Staff seems a bit grumpy at times, but still a great shopping experience. This is one place where the wife has to sit patiently and wait for hubby to finish his shopping (haha).

Typical of these places. Generally well stocked. Staff don't bother you unless you need help and then they can be extremely helpful. The card readers need updating, no pay wave, it took a dozen attempts before my card was read, accepted and the transaction repeated. I was within an ace of walking out before it decided to work.

Hi,l always go to Mitre 10 when ever I need anything around the house.The staff are always so helpful which is great.

In general terms I always have a good association with Mitre 10 irrespective of which branch I deal with. Stick with the big established companies as a rule of thumb and you cant go far wrong. In this instance I have been battling with an insignificant little building company in Timaru who's after sales service is at best described as abysmal. After several months of promises and no action from this frustrating little company I phoned Mitre 10 and explained my problem. Within just a few hours a representative from Mitre 10 was at my property, inspection carried out and steps were immediately underway to resolve the issue. I would love to give a 5 star rating but everybody needs something to strive for.
