L.Thank you to the lovely lady from Bunnings Tokoroa who actually went out of her way to order a couple of Borax containers for me as they did not have any instore at the time. I must say I was impressed and very happy to pick it up the very next day. Faster than online booking I must say.

p. h.Been I almost every weekend for the past 5 months, and although it can be busy, I've found all the people really helpful. Yes, the selection of products is not the same as the big cities it's a matter of planning around that issue.

D. h.Very small . Most things need to be ordered due to lack of "WAREHOUSE "space to hold stock . Suggestion is to get a larger building or extend on what they have .If not get a separate storage facility to store goods close proximity for same day supply/delivery instead of 3-4 days wait . Easier driving to rotorua and buy stuff then drive back.

T. L.Customer service is great. However they not only lack in stocking most products that other Bunnings carry, but whoever's is in charge of the garden center is not doing their job. Was in there yesterday wanting to purchase some flowers, the punnets were so dry, flowers wilted and dead... flowers that at the bunnings in Rotorua are thriving and super healthy. They are clearly not watering the flowers every morning and evening... not even once a day. If they would, even once water them every morning these plants would look a whole lot different. Save your money and go to Rotorua's Bunnings.
