Highly recommend using i-tools for anyone needing high quality battery powered tools. The team at i-tools gave me loads of options and brands to choose from when i was looking to kit out our teams at work. Loads of options from package kits, gear bags to bare tools etc. really friendly and helpful team and delivery was prompt. The pricing was also far more competetive than what I was able to get through major outlets like Mitre10 and the like. Give them a go!!

Big range and great pricing, but also importantly the backup support is massive for looking after warranties and all the other bits and pieces expected for power tools. Would recommend!

Love this store. Excellent service, quick and easy process especially with delivery. My partner is a builder constantly in need of an upgrade. Our busy schedules makes it difficult to gather new tool's from different stores. We've been searching for a good reliable supplier and we've found ours with I-Tools. This is also a fanatic way to support our local NZ owned businesses.

I've ordered alot of their power tools online and they have always arrived the next morning. I ordered a tool that was advertised as free delivery and bought another tool at the same time which I would of had to pay for delivery so I asked if they could both be free delivery and the wonderful staff assistant approved my request. Another time, I ordered power tool batteries and one of them was dead on arrival and wouldn't charge so I spoke with Claire who sent me a brand new battery with a paid post return envelope so I could send back the dead battery at no cost to myself. Claire's service to me is absolutely outstanding! She should get a big pay rise and a promotion too. I love i-tools and strongly recommend shopping with them to everyone. The best store with the lowest prices for the highest quality and the staff are so friendly and helpful that they make you want to adopt them. I'm telling all my family and friends about the best i-tools store in New Zealan😀💝💖

The best experience I have had from any online store. I purchased the tools yesterday afternoon, received prompt confirmation of purchase and the tools arrived this morning ! Great prices and exceptional service. Thanks team!

Very friendly staff, cheaper prices. The Manager Nikki and Staff Claire are super helpful and courteous. Their warranty is something I'm yet to test (hopefully I don't have to). The lack of stock from time to time and the sales of older model power tools (eg: Dewalt 18v) without stocking their batteries put me off a bit but it's not a major as some May still be interested for the price. Locating the warehouse is difficult as it sits behind a building, the Manager Nikki says that the warehouse is just for the locals to physically view and pickup items purchased online. The car park is very limited. The four stars rating is just considering the warehouse's positioning and not the service as I've had a great few experiences there and none so far were any less than excellent.
