Lovely staff and big parking area. Is not the most complete store around northland but is good enough. Always clean and tidy

I always visit here, they have a comprehensive range of all sorts and the staff are knowledgeable and very pleasant. The Cafe is also a must to stop for a snack and drink.

Big and spacious, good selection, nice and bright. Thanks to the chap who sold me the weedeater definitely knew his stuff.

I love pottering around Mitre 10 in Kerikeri, so much better and more items than my local one.

They have what we are looking for. Last time we were there we bought Carex plants.

My go-to when I need a bigger store than the local Hammer Hardware. The staff are always really helpful.

I recently sought advice re a multi tool bought for me as a present. Having called over Labour wkend a friendly and helpful staff member (Kevin) suggested I pop in and see Craig (in another dept ) as he was away til Thursday. I can't speak highly enough of how helpful they were and especially Craig who offered tips and knacks that were so useful. The knowledge and advice were beyond normal customer service and I wish to thank them for their assistance😊👍

Lovely staff, clean and tidy store, a little more pricey than some competitors.

Terrible place (just kidding!). To get to the plant barn area you have get past so much lovely product on sale! All those barbeques, electrical tools, garden gear and the tempting specials you don't need like Red Band flip flops!! WHAT???!!

I've said it before, best ever Mitre 10 I've visited anywhere in Aotearoa. I would rate it 10 stars if I could. Thumbs up for their customer service. Great people going out of their way to help you.

Would have been higher but nobody wanted to help us and we just pondered around by ourselves looking very lost.

Excellent customer service! I was THAT customer tonight who arrived at 5.28pm, not realizing they closed at 5.30pm! The doors opened, I rushed in, got my secateurs but couldn't find the bags of bark in my haste. So I had to ask the lovely staff, who were all waiting to leave! The guy who assisted me was FANTASTIC, not only showed me where the bark was, but got a trolley for me too and loaded the sacks on to it. I rushed to the till, conscious I was now holding them up, and was greeted by a lovely welcome and assurance that I did not need to panic so much. I left the store and went to my car, only to be followed by the store member who helped me find the bark, and he lifted the 50l bags into my car for me! This is fabulous customer service! Well done Mitre 10 Kerikeri, you are superb! Thank you.

The customer service is EXCELLENT and great range of stuff. Easily kill a couple of hours in that place. The Colombus Cafe is my new fave in town. My husband and I just sat there and ate food and drank coffee... Comfort food is my absolute weakness and theirs ticks all the boxes - the pies!!!

The staff that I've seen are available to give advice and are friendly and professional in their approach. The product range is quite diverse, however pricing on some products could be more competitive, especially around the Christmas period. The native plant selection is great. Particularly good to see native fuchsia in the range.

Generally has everything you need and staff that know their stuff.

As of all the Mitre 10s it is a beautiful store

Great range and often cheaper than some of the near by competitors. Service is top quality - I would pick them over other stores, just for that.

One of our favourite shops now, besides the DIY, have a good garden centre & great coffee at Columbus coffee

These people are a breath of fresh air for Kerikeri as I phoned the for a shower part and not only was the call answered promptly but was redirected to Andrew who was direct and helpful .when I went in to the Waipapa store Andrew served me and I got what I was looking for and left very happy wit s number of other things too .

Mitre 10 Waipapa has a massive selection of products, and on top of that a cafe and kids play area! The staff are friendly and helpful so it certainly ticks all the boxes. Definitely recommend if you're going for a good homely shopping spree 😊

It's a Mitre 10 in Waipapa which gives more options to the DIY locals. It's a big store with a decent garden centre, worth checking out.

Easy to find with plenty of parking spaces plus additional parking from adjacent Noel Leeming and other local retailers.. A great place to visit - even a quick shop. Extensive range of trade and DIY materials and equipment. Many excellent products at sharp prices in here. Flat pack kitchens, 'other storage' containers, shelving and the like, cabinets and units. Plenty of friendly, pleasant and knowledgable/helpful team members. Place is so big you might need to hunt one down or go to one of the counters - front, rear, or one of the specialist counters. I like the fast queue system 🙂 Nice clean and tidy in-shop environment.

It is a one stop handyman shop

Didn't have any orbital sanders that can run from 110v. Every power tool/batt charger is 240v only. Only had XLarge painting overalls, no other sizes. Had no fly traps in stock, no magnetic knife rack in stock. Very limited section of disposable gloves.

This store has amazing staff, whether on the floor, on checkout or in the trade area, every staff member stopped to politely ask if we needed help, Young Mathew in the bathroom and kitchen dept was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping us find what we needed. We are presently renovating and this store is a breath of fresh air unlike the local competition who seem to hide away if you look like you need help.
