P.When purchasing kitset products double check tickets match the product. Had an issue with a 75 litre wheel barrow...shelf ticket advertised one price but scan code identified another. Staff are helpful in locating product and over all experience was good..Be aware that mask wearing at back end of store does get hot as there is no air conditioning.
J.I have been around the world to so many different hardware stores and this is the best, staff are so friendly and helpful, the plants are always so lush and well looked after with such a wonderful choice to choose from. I enjoy my visit each time I come back to Warkworth. The Cafe is also worth the trip just for lunch the best!
S.Gary in plumbing was very helpful. Trade area not so helpful needed to measure and cut my own pipe.

a.paid for a morrison shredder on 19th november to be delivered,expected some delay but a week without contact is pretty shabby,sent an email early friday.got a phonecall saturday afternoon explaining the shredder was too heavy for courier and offered me the option of refund which i accepted.
R.Fast service for clicks and collect during lockdown L3 and good quality for all the stuff that we can buy here the store also had easy access to find
n.I feel like I need a concession ticket for this store!!! They simply have so much awesome stuff. I always go in for one thing, and come out with all sorts of things I had no idea existed, and no idea I needed!
The layout of the store is fabulous, and there's always a super friendly guide at the front door to help point you in the right direction. Plus lots of lovely staff on hand to help with any question (even my quite frankly stupid ones at times)
There's also of course, a little café for a half time coffee stop!
Also plenty of parking and even when busy, the checkout system is great.
Go on in... you know you want to... it's a whole new world.

C.A real pleasure to be in the store today. We were served by the knowledgeable and very personable Manager. The rest of the staff were also friendly offering help without being asked, everyone seemed happy and relaxed. Well done, certainly one of the most pleasurable store visits for quite some time.
K.This is the best & friendliest hardware store ever. The current customer service staff are AWESOME & I was able to get sheep pellets in a shortage thanks to Anne in the garden dept. Bron, Hannah, Julie, John in Trade & ALL the staff at Mitre10 Mega Warkworth are wonderful. Hopefully the owner will soon pay a living wage, he is currently paying them less than the NZ adult minimum wage that increased on April 1st 2020!! This is the only reason they don't get 5stars! Thanks to everyone for their friendly helpful service K:)

W.Just about the best shop out there. Nothing much they don't sell. Don't know where they find their staff, but they are the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered. Nothing is too much trouble. And what's more they sell great coffee, and it's dog-friendly! 👍

R.It's a big hardware store, with more than just hardware. They do timber and paint and garden supplies too, and they have a pleasant cafe.
The staff are really helpful, they know where to find stuff (important in a huge store) and they are usually very knowledgeable about what they sell, eg the assistant on the paint counter could give me good advice on a tricky paint job.

B.Today we visited Mitre 10 WW to solve a problem I believed I had with a product I purchased from you in 2015.
Through analysis of my receipt, to finding the correct receipt to finding the product, to giving us information from the handbook of the same product in store, to giving us a clear outline of the steps to take, your staff member Delys Walsh was outstanding!!
She guided us through the process with intelligence, practically and good humour. She also involved the skills of other staff members.
We were most appreciative .
