D. D.I came from Upper Hutt a few times when Specials were advertised but found staff did not even know things were on special . Luckily I brought advertisement with me but waited nearly 3 weeks and nothing turned up after being promised it would be held for me. Not happy. I found staff in timber Dept ok and helpful , but I agree that store was better before it went trade. Things are also dearer here. I now go to Porirua if I want something at Burning.
C.The staff are friendly and helpful. If you're a tradesman it would be central for lower hutt jobs. Less useful for those home DIYers seeking that specific item though. If ya want a specific gidget go to Petone Bunnings Warehouse. If ya need 20 sheets of plasterboard, come to Naenae.

K. W.Even though this is a trade store, the general public is permitted to shop here as well as tradespeople. As it is a trade store, they do not have the variety that other Bunnings stores have.
