R.Parking is an issue before you enter the store. Once inside I marvelled at the range of products they managed to fit in this compact space. Staff were friendly and advice is essential if you want to quickly find what you're looking for.
T.Not a huge shop, so a bit cramped - but still a decent range of most goods. Most staff are well-informed and helpful, and those that aren't are good at telling you who you need to talk to.
Some reviewers have commented adversely on the limited parking but, in the many years that I've used the shop, I've never had a problem.
Not a big selection of LED light bulbs.
T.As usual this store is full of helpful, experienced and considerate staff members. It has a perfect balance of the small, attentive DIY shop and the large bulk deals of a DIY superstore.
k.Friendly staff and very helpful. Limited range but that's to be expected with the smaller store than the mega's elsewhere. Still found most things I've needed when doing projects around the home so us always my first port of call.
j.I had a problem when a trimmer spool i had delivered from Crofton Downs branch was faulty. I emailed the branch and was contacted back by Rach who did a great job in sorting the problem. Not only did she replace the faulty product but delivered it to our home at the end of her working day! She went above and beyond and i thank her and Mitre10 Crofton Downs very much indeed and have no hesitation ordering from them again in the future.
D.Really full up of stock ready for Christmas shoppers, good garden area too. Helpful staff. Parking is busy but parking below always a park there. Coffee cart in carpark too. Great destination.

The store is a little cramped compared to most Mitre 10s but understandably they are trying to fit a lot of products into what is a smaller space.

C.Has a lot of the things you will likely be looking for. Aisles are narrow as they have packed a lot in. Where I head to if I'm missing something basic or don't want to travel further to a larger store, usually wind up getting an extra thing or two I didn't expect to. Friendly staff.
