A.More limited range of hardware. A lot of the shop is dedicated to the supply of kitchen packs etc.

m.Choice staff here and a good range. Usually has the stock I'm looking for
O.Best place ever, grate quilty wood and materials super easy super fast and the show room staff are so so so nice
J.Fantastic customer service. Small shop which I prefer. I can get around it a lot quicker. I don't want to walk up and down endless aisles past things that I don't want. Shop is clean and tidy. Limited parking but spaces were available on each occasion that I have visited. I highly recommend this store.
n.It's a good idea to call ahead and make an appointment if you want to see someone in the kitchen depart... they didn't even acknowledge us.. say hi, I'll be minutes with this customer.
S.Found what I wanted without the help of the deaf and confused person who was packing the shelf ...an advet for a Laser measure revealed that such a brand was not even in store ...?? Why put the special offer up then .Oh well saved me $140 ..bought batteries for my old one .
