Everybody who works here deserves a gold medal and a pay rise. My little furry man was in a pretty bad way, and they took such good care of him. The vet was concise and clear about what was going on with him, and the reception ladies were terrific. Highly recommended and will definitely be back (but hopefully not 😬)

Went to give my older cat a checkup and restart his vaccinations, blood screen,teeth,toenails clipped which required a light sedation after missing out for a few years. He's FEISTY so nothing can be done without it. Was a good result thankyou very much everyone.

the team balmoral veterinary clinic are amazing! the staff are genuine, friendly & they're quick yet efficient when it comes to our appointments - their product recommendations are fantastic too. since bringing our cat coco here; we've changed his flea/worm treament & dry food.. they've been working a treat for him

At a very difficult time in our families life, we lost our family pet and friend, of 13yrs, a big black beautiful cat named, Baggy. Due to cancer, we made a decision to euthanize him as it was the most humane thing to do.The advice and comfort given was awesome. Every detail of care was thoughtful. I'm thankful to Mike and the team for their service. We will never forget them. Thank you.

The vets and nurses here are very good at what they do. They have been my pets' (one cat and one dog) vet for six years now. The staff here definitely know what they are doing, and as such take excellent care of the animals. Their prices aren't the cheapest but that is the tradeoff for highly trained professionals in a city fringe location. My dog has had to have various procedures done there and I always know he is in the best hands. My cat goes incredibly feral when he goes to the vet but the team are pros at handling him to give him his injections. We're moving city soon and it will be hard to find another practice of this calibre.

This is our regular vet. They're also very polite and caring. They've taken great care of our cat and we fully intend to continue using their services. The business hours make it reasonably easy to get there after work as well.

Olaf and Elaine are the best people to deal with. Kind and caring. Rest pleasant enough but some vet nurses could be very abrupt and officious at times. Overall expensive but reliable.

I had a real emergency, (dog on deaths doorstep) and the team from Balmoral were out the door and to my van the moment i entered the car park. A tiny nurse picked up a 40 kg dog and carried him into the consultation room where the vet was ready and waiting with treatment. Amazing service from a knowledgeable team.

We've been using Balmoral Vets for a few years and couldn't be happier with their service and care. Neither of our two dogs are afraid to enter and are welcomed with greetings. We now live some distance away but continue, when needed, to travel the extra distance.
