I had my surgery done here due to covid none of my family members was aloud inside with me it gave anxiety. But from the receptionist to the doctors and nurses they all made me feel so safe they took good care of me. Kudos to every single doctors and nurses for working so hard to keep us safe and healthy 🙏

I won't comment about the receptionists, but the doctors and nurses there are super professional and really really nice. I am grateful that I was placed to go to this hospital for the surgery, otherwise I'd never have found out this heaven-on-earth!

On Wednesday afternoon around 3pm I have visited the manukau super clinic as I head a quiet strong heat rush appearing on my body combined with a very bad period pain, which I get from time to time but actually this was the first time I visited a doctor as I was feeling very unwell. I was positively surprised how amazing service I have received from every member of the staff who dealt with me (receptionist, nurse and doctor). All of them were very compationat with me, which is surprising as they are human being as all of us, they are not paid well and they deal with so many people on daily basis that it is actually surprising how they can still remain calm and patient with us. Especially if we consider the fact that most probably in manukau the number of people visiting them on every day is huge and most probably not very pleasant as we can be grumpy when in pain. I don’t remember the names of neither the nurse nor the doctor even though they introduced themselves to me straightaway. I was in pain and I think I didn’t pay attention. I just wanted to say thank you to all of them and especially to the nurse who was taking care of me, she was so nice to me but as I was really in much pain I don’t remember if I said Thank you to her. Just wanted to let the clinic management know that their employees are credit to this clinic. Thank you very much!

Have been here many times in my life, but for my most recent surgery at the clinic, the patience, respectfulness, and understanding of the staff really stood out to me. Really positive experience, I appreciate the various staff that went out of their way to help make it that way, from doctors to nurses, to the anaesthetic team. My most highly recommended hospital in Auckland.

I have been in this clinic several times over last 7 yrs, recently for a complete ankle replacement. Overall I have found there is nothing to complain about except for the plaster dpt. I have had to return 3 separate times to get refitted due to ill fitting and pain. The last one was removed 4 weeks ago and still suffering pain and numbness. I had to use steel cutters to cut the ends until I got back to clinic..

Had a minor surgery 2 weeks ago at the surgery section. I was impressed by the professionalism of each doctors and nurses. They are very caring and understanding. I was looked after very well during my stay of 4 days 3 nights. They ensured I recover well before discharging me. The place is very clean and quiet which is good for recovery.

I have been there 3 times for appointment with obestrician. Every time my obestrician was changed. But I met with heena lakhdhir, she was very good specialist. She took my pregnancy itching and rashes very seriously and prescribed me medicines which gave me relief. I liked her very much the way she being concerned about my worsened symptoms about hormonal body changes specially skin.I would highly recommend her.

Had to take my grand Moko 4 her heart check up.upon arriving it woz very full of people young,old.they had very tidy entrance, as well as wide enuff 4 wheelchairs An i would also say accessible 4 mobile scooterz as entry way is quite wide ,they also have sanitizers at main entrance,information desk as soon as u enter 2nd door entrance.Rooms r well numbered 4 all 2 read.there r stairs 2nd floor as well as Liftz.tidy place hve public facilities top an bottom floor accessible 4mumz wit babiez an disabled.pleassnt atmosphere.

I had an arthroscopy surgery 2 days ago at the surgery section and I am very happy and impressed by the professionalism of everyone there, doctor dr. Pitto, nurses and all the staff. They are very caring, understanding, efficients and helpful people. I was looked after very well during my stay of one night there. They ensured I recover well before let me leave the hospital. I often have to take my elderly Father for eyecare treatment at the Superclinic, the staff are always fantastic. Yesterday we had a nurse called Doll or Dolli (not sure) she was amazing with my Dad, if only there were more human beings like her :)

My daughter broke her leg playing on the tramp a few months ago. Went here when her cast came off. Friendly staff & a short waiting period made the whole experience hassle free & enjoyable. Nice & tidy facility as well. Great place to have around for those who need it.

Stayed the night with my partner 2 years ago after his operation. The staff was friendly & helpful even making sure I was comfortable. It's bad enough I avoid going to hospitals but the atmosphere was comfortable & welcoming 💯 nice rooms. 🤗
