I had spinal surgery proformed here at Mercy Ascot mid June 2018 I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was due to the amazing caring staff on my ward St Cecila It was like being in first class on a airplane.🌹 The staff were genuinely happy to help anyway possible. My partner & family paid to have meals with me at night the staff were only too happy to bring them to us after the rest of the ward had dined. The meals were delicious too. If I could rate this hospital 10/10 I would. Thanks to each and everyone at Mercy Ascot I will never forget your kindness Ravi 🌹👍🏼🙏🏼🌟

From when I arrived to when I left it was great service. Staff from nurses to anesthesia guy were so good and such nice people. I felt very well cared for

To be honest, i don't have the words to describe how highly impressed I was with the level and standard of care that i received during my stay at the Hospital after having a major spine surgery a few days ago. From my admission, during my stay and discharge. I will forever be in your debt. I wish If I only could thank each and everyone of you in person. Thank you...

Having spent 3 nights after a foot procedure, I can only pass on my deepest thanks to the following. Drs Mathew Tomlinson, Jonathan Cross ( aneasatist) nursing staff, support staff and Josie at admissions admissions. .

Fantastic care. Highly recommended. Every single staff member was super friendly. You can tell that this hospital has a good work culture with everyone getting on so well. Great food too.

My experience at Mercy was from beginning to end top notch! The staff were all very friendly and informative at every stage of my stay from admission to discharge. The theater staff were extremely calming and kept me informed at all times. The food was beyond excellent, my room was quiet and very comfortable. I couldn't find fault in any aspect of my stay if I tried.

Hi what a fantastic stay i had at this hospital, it made my operation day a breeze. All the staff were polite and very helpful. The food was delicious and to be quite honest i didn't want to leave...thank you to everyone who made my stay so memorable, i really enjoyed it.

Beyond my expectations. The doctors and nurses were amazing, especially Katherine. They were very helpful, the food was amazing. I couldn't ask for a better treatment. A big thank you.

Its just wonderful..it makes having an operation so much easier as u are so well looked after...the nurses are all lovely .that more personal care makes so much difference..
