Had shoulder surgery: excellent experience throughout. Welcoming and helpful staff, very professional, excellent surgery, great anaesthetists, kept pain to a minimum, clear explanations, nice bedroom with on-suite, even good food. Nurses checked regularly, very friendly. Clear instructions for what to do next. Thanks so much!

6am call prior to visit as a non patient for medical to seek a GP Dr for my son and, Receptionist on shift this time 2.10.21 was very nice and helpful on the phone. Although we scanned in at 6am and waited for almst an hr and 30mns before being seen by Nurse; then we had to wait for Dr who started his shift at 8am, I was starting to get impatient looking at patients entering and exiting the hospital while we waited UNTIL, the lovely considerate nurse Ebony on shift saw us waiting popped over and apologised for the long wait explaining the situation 👍 That made me feel at ease knowing, someone acknowledged the fact we entered and waited patiently from 6am. Dr S Ekdahl who started at 8am was helpful advising my son to get tested for covid 19 THEN, the $39 fee would be free (admission fee) weekend non patient charge. Thank you white cross for seeing my son who, our own clinic East Tamaki Healthcare failed to follow up with what we were told via phone 1/10/21 at 5.30pm! 😒

I had operation in this lovely hospital the staff was amazing keep giving everything a perfect service I love the nurse beautiful and u feel like your family thank you so much love you

Had my first surgery for my shoulder here. All the ward staff were very nice and accommodating. The place was very clean and I am happy with how the surgery went. Would recommend to others!

I absolutely loved going through whole process with Dr. Olivia Stuart as well as her team. Dr. Phil was also extremely supportive during/after the operation. Apparently it was full of surprises when they did the surgery but they took a good care of it, so I am recovering good:) The nurses - Lauren and Sharon looked after me so well and I felt so comfortable being in a hospital. It's a shame that I cannot see them anymore but I am sure they are doing a great job for other people too! I would like to say thank you so much for everything!!

Wow beyond our expectations. The doctors and nurses were amazing! The food was amazing andlovely view. My daughter had the best treatment she could ever had. The nurses were AMAZING, especially Katherine. Thank you so much for everything. A+++++

I have just been in Mercy Ascot Hospital for a spinal fusion. As I work in customer service I know service feedback is integral to any organisation and felt I must place feedback on the absolutely outstanding care and service I received. The staff were amazingly helpful and kind, the food was fantastic and there wasn't anything they could be faulted on. Thank you for making a difficult time so much easier to deal with through your attentive care to detail.

I felt bit nervous after reading few bad comments about the hospital, but not anymore. Nurse Anjela and Blesse made a very nice welcome in the morning and all other theater staff with their kind and lovely support. Big thanks to Nurse Nicola who had me after my surgery and the way she looked after me made me very comfortable .....during the night also i had same care and it was so good. Before i discharged, Nurse Maureen looked after me very well and even she came with us to the Pharmacy down stairs making sure we are ok with everything. So Biiiiig Thank to all of you!!!!!!. (( patient who had a very long name.)

Absolutely amazed by my time here. Was beyond scared for my procedure but the staff were all so friendly. Couldn’t have been treated any better before and after my surgery. Food was good. Such a friendly and personal experience. Thank you Mercy Ascot!

Best service and compassionate care from Dr. Michael East and his practice staff throught to my medical procedure and recovery in Ascott. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and professional and went above and beyond to ensure that I am well taken care off. Highly recommend.

Thank you for the best care, right from when I was admitted by the wonderful nurse, whose name I’m sorry i can’t remember, to the loveliest anaesthetist, my wonderful surgeon, and to the best care possible post surgery from nurses Jane, Jasmin and Sharon (who discharged me) and everyone else who was there.

Nurses were great. Was in great pain after hip surgery & they did all they could to make me comfortable... Food was good..

This is a handy facility, which includes many Specialist Practices and an Accident & Emergency Department. The staff at the Radiology Department were very professional while I had a Xray.

When i was employed with souththern community this hospital was one of our clients. Modern facility and helpful nurses which makes visiting here a good experience.
