I had a procedure done today, and from the receptionist to the recovery room, the team is just incredible. I have been well looked after! Communication has been outstanding, food is excellent, room nice and comfortable (with room service), and the people are great! Yes the hospital is a little bit outdated but I didn’t care about that. I received the care than I needed, and that’s what matters most to me. Thank you Mercy Hospital staff, you are wonderful 🔥

I get very anxious about hospital procedures and I did let the staff know prior. They were absolutely amazing from the front desk to the caterers, drs and of course the nurses! Everyone was so pleasant and professional. We all hear stories about hospital food however the hamburger I ordered was far more superior than the one I brought a few weeks ago in a well known cafe. It seems a little macabre to recommend a hospital but the team here are wonderful.

Had to go in for a MRI Reception staff were wonderful and friendly Even offered to cover my parking cost But I had someone parked out in the street Another staff came to inform me that they were running little behind So it was 30min delay I was taken into the room and the procedure was explained of the process They finally had me all set up and the process began It was a little uneasy for me and I had to press for assistance Where both team members came to my aid instantly and calmed me down The process started again and was finally completed with no more hesitation I would like to thank all the staff who attended me during the time

I had spinal surgery proformed here at Mercy Ascot mid June 2018 I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was due to the amazing caring staff on my ward St Cecila It was like being in first class on a airplane.🌹 The staff were genuinely happy to help anyway possible. My partner & family paid to have meals with me at night the staff were only too happy to bring them to us after the rest of the ward had dined. The meals were delicious too. If I could rate this hospital 10/10 I would. Thanks to each and everyone at Mercy Ascot I will never forget your kindness Ravi 🌹👍🏼🙏🏼🌟

Excellent service, highly recommend Dr Nagham and Dr Thomas are incredibly knowledgable, empathetic and took great care and answered all ny questions. They made me feel I was in safe hands. I was nervous but all the nurses ensured that I was comfortable and supported throughout the whole process and stay Thanks to Ying for great communication Special mention to RN Janine who went above n beyond and RN Aroha and the night nurse Alaisha, Simone and the nurse from Kerala. Coming here was dealing with a trusted family TY all x

Hello have just returned home after having spinal surgery there by Andrew Irving and Anaethatist Nick Light foot. What a great team. But what made the whole experience so good was the wonderful staff from Nursers to Cleaners. What an absolute privalege it was being cared for by such a professional group but the fact that they were so friendly and polite. Thankyou all from the top to the bottom Graham Lyon. ps the food was way above the standards I have experienced it other hospitals

I was at Mercy 2 weeks ago for my first ever surgery and honestly what a great experience. All the admin staff & nurses were lovely, kind and made any nerves I had disappear. The room I had was light and had a lovely view overlooking trees, the food (what I could eat) was lovely. The customer service team were super helpful & fast to reply to my questions prior to admission. Money well spent! Thank you so much for your care!

I had surgery at Mercy yesterday and I was absolutely blown away by how amazing all of the staff were throughout my stay. The nurses were all so lovely & caring. A nurse in Theatre recovery I had was so amazing & compassionate . My anaesthetist Dr Rob Burrell was so awesome!! & made me feel so much more at ease, I really appreciated him so much!. My surgeon Dr Kevin Karpick was brilliant - he rocks! So impressed by the standard of care. Thank you so much to the whole team - an AMAZING group of professionals.

Nurses here are wonderful!! I've gone into radiology here at MercyAscot many times. The nurses are kind, caring, empathic and very patient. All my concerns and questions were answered with care and time. Michelle who works in the Radiology as a nurse for the "Heart Group", is simply AMAZING!! Shes brilliant and very empathic. Thanks ❤

Here is a compliment email I sent to the hospital on the day after I was discharged: I had a surgery on Friday 26 May with Dr Mistry in Mercy hospital. I just wanted to pass on some compliments to the team as I never had such a caring experience in a hospital (even private) I am sorry I cannot remember all the names, but it started with Karen at reception who helped me get organised as I was not able to stand more than 5 min: she had everything ready for me and I was able to lie down within minutes after my arrival. Daniel and June were very attentive and chatty prior to my surgery, at the time when the stress level is quite high for a patient. When I woke up in the room 25, I received so much attention, love and care from all the nurses and HCAs. I have a laugh with the lovely lady who delivered my food (and it was an exceptional quality, with so much choices). In a nutshell, I was not treated as a (NHI) number but as a person. Everyone maintained a smile even if they are working under pressure of demanding patients. Everyone took the time to ask how I am today and if I need anything. Everyone looked genuine and happy to be at work. Please pass on my compliments to anyone who might have interacted with me. I arrived with a low morale and a bad back: I left 2 days later walking (thanks to the surgery) but feeling I was very well looked after. Thanks again for everything

The whole process from first meeting the surgeon through to having all the scans completed in one day and then surgery and recovery was great whilst staying in Mercy Hospital. The aftercare is amazing from the cleaners, food staff, drug people and also obviously all the different nurses that cared for me over those 5 nights. It is a lot easier to recover if the environment is calm. They even gave me a call to see if i was doing fine the following day which was cool #BACKFUSION

Took really good care of my wife and all the staff were so nice and caring. Quiet and calm hospital. Only downside is the parking is always full so you have to park on the street or drive around a long time.

I was diagnosed with devastating news I was unable to get in to a private appointment for up to 6 - 12 weeks due to Christmas, however Magdalena at the Mercy clinic made room for me the very next day and within 3weeks I have a date for surgery what an amazing team of dedicated people thank you so much !!!

My experience at Mercy was from beginning to end top notch! The staff were all very friendly and informative at every stage of my stay from admission to discharge. The theater staff were extremely calming and kept me informed at all times. The food was beyond excellent, my room was quiet and very comfortable. I couldn't find fault in any aspect of my stay if I tried.
