Everytime I have emailed, the response is fast and they arranged fast appointments for me and the same with my family. The doctors and staff are very friendly. Everyone has medical problems but they have to wait their turn like everyone else, sometimes they only have two or three doctors on and over 20plus patients to see within an hour or two. If totally serious pain go Emergency Center or White Cross then you will still be waiting for awhile but taken care of.

My family & I have been and still remain patients at this clinic since 2008. Awesome Diverse Team of Drs/ Nurses & Staff.

The wait time can sometimes be too long as they do not take appointments. Wait times can range from 30mins to over 1 hour. Would not recommend if you have a busy schedule and cannot take time off work. However Reception, Doctors and Nurses are always very nice and helpful. Based on the response from the owner I have changed my score to 5. Wait times can be unpredictable based on the clients coming in. And if we want to be treated right the first time. Then the wait should be worth it.

Wait times to book appointments over phone can take a while. But they provide good service and doctors are friendly and helpful.

Great doctors clinic. They are free to Union members and their family or if you aren't a union member and you enrol it will be $15 for a working adult. These doctors are by far the best I've used so far and it's usually a really quick turn around if they aren't short of staff.

I have recently found out about this place! They offer free service if you are with a union with your work place. I has been about a 10 to 20 minute wait each time ive been in. The doctors have been very friendly and accommodating. Waiting room has a tv and basic chairs. Heaps of parking. They also clear your parking ticket to get out for free.. which is very thoughtful.. i was very appreciative of this.
