M.Went to a an evening here for a research program feedback. The facilities are awesome modern, comfortable and up to date with technology.
Good car parking and easy to find where you need to be as reception is most helpful.

F.All the staff I had the pleasure of dealing with in ward FG were absolutely amazing. An extremely compassionate and competent team that are giving their all despite being understaffed and underpaid.
I was recovering from quite a serious surgery and the effort by the staff to aid my recovery and ensure my comfort during my stay massively exceeded my expectations.
I could not have wished for a kinder group of people to help me during this difficult time, not only did I feel like I was being treated like a human being but almost like a family member. The culture and mood at this hospital is leagues above any other hospital I have had to stay at, we need more hospitals like this and healthcare professionals like the team at Burwood. I am forever grateful for everyone who aided me in my recovery and wish them all the best.
M.Big thanks to the ER staff at this hospital. Had a very unfortunate night that required an ER visit and they were quick, caring and compassionate. It was appreciated.
S.Excellent facility. Great parking and lovely and clean. People were all friendly except for a rude lady in the gift shop. No tact at all and does not need to practise her own experiences on others. Not good customer service at all.

C.I found the nursing stuff to be awesome they were nice caring people that made my surgery and stay awesome i had a great time in hospital even the trainee nurse I had was great plus all the other staff the physio & occupational therapist plus the nurses aids were great they had a good sense of humour and that's what people need when they stay in hospital I will recommend burwood hospital to be the place to go when u need surgery or anything else for that matter

S.Top range birthing unit, NOT treated as just a number like some other maternity hospitals; surpassed ONLY by Lincoln maternity hospital, which has it's own games for FRESH VEGETABLES. nice accepting country friendliness.

A.Came early fo an appointment to have breakfast and a cuppa tea the tea pot was filthy no real breakfast options that didnt include plastic throw away containers was rather dissapointed for such a new facility.

A.I had a hip replacement 17th--20th June 16' while i was there all the staff were nice and very easy going, food was great more than expected(i didn't get to eat any of goodies my visitors bought in) The tea lady was spot on every cuppa perfect..Great place well done everybody...
