N. S.I found the staff member who phoned me to confirm my appointment day and time very friendly, as was the receptionist on my arrival. I could not speak more highly of the staff member who operated the MRI procedure or of his assistant.
T. P.Hi I had a CT Scan on Saturday which I was dreading but Monique and Sam were really lovely and friendly put me at ease answered any questions I asked and explained exactly what was going on step by step 🦋
C. N.The phone staff were friendly & helpful & the women on reception were pleasant as well. The place was easy to find on Leinster St & was basically able to park easily at the gate. The buildings were well marked, interior nice, had a water cooler in the waiting room & patients didnt have to wait long. I have the highest praise for the person who i dealt with for my CT scan. I have had hundreds of blood tests before and this experience was incredible as there was no pain, in fact i had to ask if the needle was in, so some serious mad skills there :o) Without wanting to invade anyones privacy the lady i had began with an "O" & she made the whole possibly stressful situation quite kool! Not often you can say that in a hospital/medical situation which is why i decided to say it myself.

B.I was dreading my CT Colonography on October 26th but from the time of my phone call with Katherine, a CT Technician, listening to my concerns regarding my disabilities, to the morning of the appointment, where she and Kylie, the Radiographer, ensured my utmost comfort, as well as my dignity, I was so impressed and so very grateful. M. S.I've had great customer service here- making appointments, kind service upon arrival, quick, helpful and on time, needed a copy of my receipt months later called up and was told, "absolutely, no problem will get in in the mail today". No complaints for this friendly staff.
