Since I got my new cat "Barry" I have been going to Wigram Vets. I have found them great to deal with, kind, respectful and very professional.

I have a variety of animals and have previously been with another vet but I had an emergency and needed a vet urgently. Wigram Vets were amazing. Very caring and thorough with the examination. I have decided to use Wigram Vets for all of my animals. I have also recommended them to many other people who have also changed to them from another Hornby vet.

After 3 years of living in the area we finally decided to move our fur baby's care to Wigram Vets. Andie was great with our cat, listened to our needs and concerns and provided options which we appreciated. Happy to have made to the switch.

Love the services here, Andy made my dog’s check up very comfortable, staff are very accommodating, reception staff is very friendly, highly recommend the place, we will see you guys more in the future.

Staff are lovely Our dog gets scared when she has to get her nails clipped but the staff were amazing with her.

Highly recommend for physio and hydrotherapy. Very friendly, professional and I have seen genuine improvement in my dogs mobility and over all wellbeing. The cost is also not prohibitive.

Great place. We come here regularly with our 2 British shorthair cats. Lots of parking, great staff and vets to look after my girls.

Very good service from receptionist to the vet, explained in detail what was happening, would recommend.

Wigram Vets always take such good care of our dog Roland - he is never scared to go to the vet, in fact I think he quite enjoys it! It's super obvious that the whole team has an immense amount of compassion and care for the animals they look after. Would not hesitate to recommend.

i have to say , i went to Wigram vets today, i was very worried for my previous experiences with other vets, ive had vets tell me i have to choose a or b or loose my animal , i went into Wigram vets expecting the same , but i have to say i have never experienced such a wonderful bunch of non judgemental people , i literally felt like i was walking into a house with aunties and sisters , they went above and beyond to help us , gave us all options , didn't make us feel pressured, didn't make it all about money, didn't try to get as much out of us as possible , these ladies deserve a reward , they will be my vets now, i now feel like i can take my animals somewhere to get medical help rather then always trying to treat it at home myself, even the small things like giving my cat treats to eat while they did some treatments that were a little painful , i almost wanted to cry they were so lovely,

They are always so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Whether you have your animal with you or not, even if it's just to ask a question. When they are, they make your pet feel super special. A very calm and welcoming environment. I know a lot of pets hate the vets. Ours loves it, so kudos to the team here. Thank you for making first time dog owners a little less stressed.

Anything less than a 5 star rating for this team would be unfair. They are amazing! My puppy had a complicated fracture that was diagnosed straight away and she was in surgery without delay to help her as soon as possible. The skill set and knowledge of the Vet team and support team is outstanding and they went out of their way literally to help my pup get X-rays as quickly as possible when an unexpected issue with equipment would have stopped any other vets from proceeding and my poor pup would have had been delayed. This team also do all the simple things with smile from cutting toe nails and giving worm tablets for me as I hate doing it. They are always punctual and responsive. I would highly recommend this well equipped clean and modern facility and amazing team to anyone! They genuinely treat your pet like their own. Thank you team

Great team, natural animal lovers who keep my fur babies healthy. The day care is well managed with vet nurses and accommodate for my blind dog.

Such a great vet so compassionate and knowledgeable affordable too

So far so good. My dog has not been sick yet so I feel like I can only comment on the friendly service I have received both times I came in. The two 1 star reviews does make me a bit worried but I guess we will see.
