never had to wait long for an appointment, not sure what the other reviews are about. Doctors and nurses are fast and efficient.

5 Stars for Dr Turuki Tahuri. He speaks to my shy 9 and 13 year old daughters on a level they understand. After our first consultation with Dr Turuki I gave my daughters a choice of having a female Dr because he asks personal questions that makes them cringe and giggle lol. My daughters said 'NO, he is cool! We want to stay with him. My 13 year old said she can understand him and she can comprehend everything he says, as with our previous Female Dr she couldn't understand her. I'm so happy I found a Dr that my daughters are comfortable with and that I don't have to speak on their behalf. Also, thanks to Dr Turuki for taking my daughters problems seriously and organising tests. The Nurses are also great. ... On the other hand, the receptionists can be a bit dry.

Been using Avalon for years and never had a problem. Then again I actually appreciate the care and service I receive as in other parts of the world it's quite a different story!!! The nurses are.lovely, the doctors are great .

What are people on about??? Thank you Avalon Medical Center I have had nothing but GREAT service from your team. Efficient, professional & always on time for my appointment. No LONG waiting!!! By the way it took me 3 medical centers before I found the service I'm extremely happy with.

I have been with Avalon since, shortly after they opened. I have experienced nothing but excellent service from great doctors and equally great support staff. Compared to any other medical centre I've been, definitely the BEST value for your money.

My family and I have no problems with this Medical Center since we moved over from Fairfield Medical Center after our long time doctor retired. Its alot closer for us and the fees are alot cheaper which is a real bonus. I've read the negative feedbacks coming from people you're probably people that haven't been there long. If it doesn't suit you find someone else.

I recently signed up here from Tui medical and I was completely blown away by the friendly and caring staff! My booking was made quickly and easily and didn’t have to wait for my appointment as it started on time. Thank you so much!!

Very friendly staff, and quick.

Great doctors, nurses and support staff...they could do with more of all of them, constantly having trouble with people picking up the phone when you call, waiting at the counter, waiting for nurses, getting appointments etc. Very understaffed.
