Absolutely outstanding service today at Braemar. Could not be faulted in any way. Thanks especially to the wonderful nurses in Endoscopy who were so very kind and special thanks to Dr Jasen Ly. Such a lovely surgeon. Thank you all. (& the food was wonderful too - restaurant class!)

Thank you for your care and kindness of all staff especially nurses team.

Went in for a moderate surgical procedure requiring 2 surgeons. All hospital and surgical staff looked after me wonderfully. Including checking up on me for the fall I had on my way in across the carpark. Meals were very nice and of good size. Plenty to drink including hot drinks. Thank you to all the staff and the surgeons and anaesthetist.

Went to Braemar today for a procedure and couldnt fault anything! Staff were lovely. Place was in top condition.

08/04/2021- The hospital is clean. The staff are very friendly. Thank you to all the staff at Colonoscopy Deparment. Special thanks to Anne and Rose Bay for making our son very confy after the colonoscopy procedure. My husband and I really appreciate your help and support for our son when he was there for his 1 day surgery. 😊

Thank you to the team, especially Taesha and Sammy for taking care of me during my short stay. They were both very attentive with my needs and checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable. I kept forgetting to take my pain releif because I kept falling asleep but they would wake me up specifically so that I don't wake up sore. Much appreciated ladies, thank you

5 Stars Rating It was my first hospital visit and I had ankle/foot surgery that took just under 5 hours. All the staff were polite and friendly. My surgeon was Dr Jason Donovan he made sure that I was doing alright after surgery. My anesthetist was Jeff he also made sure that I was feeling good after surgery. The food was better than I thought it would be and always arrived hot enough to eat, always got delivered on time. I can only remember one of the nurses name that looked after me but the nurse Donna was always so polite to me and she always apologized for waking me up so I could take my medication. Reception staff welcomed me straight away and showed me where my room was straight away too. Hospital was keep clean and tidy. Thank you Braemar Hospital I enjoy my time there I will definitely recommend this hospital to anyone. Rachael

Very professional private hospital, made it feel like you were checking in to a 5-star hotel rather than about to have your tonsils yanked out.

I would just like to thank all the nursing staff aids physio and the wider group of people that helped with my recovery from my first ever major operation you all made me feel comfortable with all my needs pushed me when I needed pushing and I am so grateful and appreciative for your fantastic help that was given a special mention to Stuart and John on there expertise in their field of profession I really appreciate your visits after the operation checking on me that really helped and I am so thankful

Have had various things done here ... like food intolerance tests and a colonoscopy via a private Specialist. At all times, the service was highly professional and friendly. Recommended

As one would expect from a late model private hospital, immaculate and excellent. No comparison with public, alas.

I had very complex surgery on my arm and the surgery was long...just over 4 hours. My arm was broken broken since 2014 and it was never picked up until approximately 18 months ago. I travelled from Gisborne to Hamilton for a second opinion. I was seen by Mr. Thin Hong. He operated on me on April 9th, 2019. I received excellent care by Mr. Hong and his wonderful team and nurses. I couldn't have asked for better care. I will be for ever grateful. My pain has completely gone. The long wait has been worth it. And my faith in the medical profession has been restored. My wife Carola will have her second round of chemotherapy starting next week.... After many rounds of intravenous Vitamin C, and an initial 7 rounds of chemotherapy, we are entering another 4 rounds of chemotherapy. With the wonderful care of Janet Johnson, and her team, and under the watchfull eye of our oncologist Dr. Anna Goodwin, we are feeling thankfull, and looking positively towards the future. Fantastic facilities, and people all around!!!

Got all Wisdom teeth removed at this hospital, the staff were very kind and helpful both before and after the op, kinda felt like I was at a hotel, for myself being incredibly scared of needles and hating pain, I'm glad to say this experience was quite breezy!

Had a lateral tear of the cartldge removed, i have been in a few hospitols in my time but this up there with the best, staff, specialists food and surrounding all top notch.
