After a somewhat traumatic birthing experience at the hospital, we were fortunate enough to be transferred over to WBC. We could not have asked for a better recovery experience, and for better assistance in preparing for day to day life with a new baby. The room setup was spacious, homely, and filled with baby supplies that were restocked daily, and the food (catered by Red Kitchen) was delicious, with generous portion sizes. We cannot say enough about the People here. From the administration team at the front desk, to those servicing/cleaning the rooms, preparing food, and of course the midwives, were all incredible. We truly felt the passion they have for their work in caring for and attending to the needs of new families. The wisdom and knowledge of having immediate access to a midwife 24/7 to provide tips/address concerns/answer questions at such a crucial time was invaluable. Needless to say, we'll be coming here for our second baby :)

The staff are absolutely amazing and very kind, My birthing experience went very well and my daughter is one happy camper with all the help and support me and my partner received during our stay. We are so grateful. The meals are also very yummy , I would recommend any soon to be momma come here.

I can only agree with the positive comments, we couldn't have asked for a better start with our newborn! the birthing rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable, you have everything you need. the whole staff and midwifes are very lovely and taking care of mum and baby day and night. our daughter was born here on November 12th and if there should be a second child there will definitely be a return. Most of all we remembered NICKI! we would have loved to bring you home with us you are truly amazing. so warm, relaxed and competent. we also remember shelley and dianne being great aswell, You guys were amazing ! Hope to see you again one day.

Amazing care ❤ We had our baby at the hospital and got transferred to Waterford after. I cannot Thank the team enough for all the support they provided and truly amazed by their kindness and utmost professionalism. Truly a great place to be at post pregnancy , not my words but my wife's. Highly recommend Waterford BC.

My experience at Waterford Birth Center was amazing for all of my three children. Each time I found the staff and my midwife to have taken the best care of myself and my baby. I recommend WBC to anyone that wants midwives and staff that do a wonderful job and offer professional care and peace of mind.

3 years since I have been to Waterford, but what I remember is this service is excellent, being cared for by the team is outstanding, right down to the midwives checking on you and baby, helping with latching on this place is awesome, clean and caring. Rooms and birthing rooms are outstanding. MATTHEW COLLINS, I can't believe you gave a business 1 star due to your anger, why wasnt your issue taken up with them/midwife in person? 1 star due to a disagreement with a midwife should not reflect on the rest of the birthing hospital...So wrong. And by the look of your other reviews you are never happy unless you are torturing people about customer service.

Just top notch. The support for new parents is just amazing. The midwives have a welth of information that is just invaluable for new mothers. Clean rooms, all very nice, and a hot shower. Exactly what you need after 3 days at the hospital.
