L.Highly recommend, they are such a caring and friendly team. Laura S on reception is amazing! She went over and above to help when my cat had a faulty microchip (inserted by another vet). She contacted the cat register and cat door companies to confirm the exact issue and arrange a new chip. Thank you!
L.One star only even though review shows 4 stars. Wanted to go to another vet but they were booked out so our dog was seen here. Staff very unpleasant trying to enforce mask wearing. An exemption is an exemption! Very unprofessional. Don't they know still that masks are just muzzling signs of submission? And if there mask doesn't work don't ask me to wear one. Very sad. Not about my pets health.

H.Its not easy to find a knowledgeable vet you can trust. I can highly recommend Graeme at Vets North Kumeu, he has been looking after our pets for years. The whole team are very professional & animal lovers. I wish they had 24hr service like they used to.
R.Amazing service, passionate people. We had an Labrador that needed to be put down. It happened quite quickly, we didn't have an appointment but they moved things around and were so accommodating. Very empathetic and professional. Couldn't have asked for more.
J.These guys are amazing, helpful, and provide very high quality service. I trust them with my three cats and they never fail to help us. They even manage my difficult cat without problems and go the extra mile, if necessary. They "squeezed" us in last week when no appointments were available, because one of my cats was sick and needed urgent help. Upon visiting them, we realised that the vet actually stayed on overtime so he could see us. I cannot thank these guys enough! I recommend them unreservedly to everyone who needs a quality, friendly vet service.

S.A HUGE thank you to the team at Vets North Kumeu for their fast, efficient service when my horse, Zak, got stuck in a wire fence a week ago. Stephanie, has a great phone manner and kept calm when I called for help. Zak was in a bad state when I arrived, he had cut his legs up pretty bad, but Dave was on the scene in no time and tended to my boy in the best manner possible. Jess came out the next day to change a bandage. A week later and although still a little uncomfortable, he's improved immensely. I cannot thank you enough for the urgent response that was given to my call. Vets North Kumeu is passionate about what they do, and this shows in their dedication to their work. Thanks again!!
