A fair way out of Auckland, but glad my surgeon recommended this hosp. Amazing care, delicious food, kind and lovely nursing staff. Quiet and peaceful.

T.What an asset to our wider community to have this fantastic hospital in Pukekohe. From when I arrived this morning for a knee arthroscopy surgery, until I left, the level of care I received was outstanding. The entire staff made me feel at ease with their professionalism and friendliness.
A.I recently had a Knee Arthroscopy at Franklin Hospital, Pukekohe. The process from the time of booking the surgery to the time of getting discharged was seamless and effortless. From the moment I entered the hospital, all the staff made me feel at ease and explained everything to me thoroughly. I truly appreciated a nurse by my side throughout the entire time I was in the Recovery Ward. It’s something I haven’t experienced at other hospitals. Though Franklin Hospital is new on the scene, it is miles ahead in patient care and comfort. I highly recommend this facility to anyone and would choose this hospital in a heart beat should I require any future surgery.
S.The staff are amazing. Caring and always attentive. The food outstanding and I felt like I was more in a 5 star hotel than a hospital. From the welcome check in to discharge I was made to feel like the only person in the whole place. Thumbs up, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you
