J.I came in to the emergency department at about 6am this morning with a swollen throat and was screened by a really lovely nurse I forget her name but she wore plaits in her hair and she was quite tall and in her 20s I assumed. I just wanted to give her a special compliment because from the moment I arrived she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable she was really lovely and one of the best nurses I’ve ever come across. You should be very proud for having such caring staff work at this hospital
