M.This might be a bit late, but it is heartfelt. We stayed in December 2007 and the wonderful location and peace set the tone for the rest of the holiday. We never met our hosts, who were away, so we looked after ourselves and the cats. One day we hope to return, actually as soon as the situation allows!
E.I haven't STAYED at this B and B before, but Beth teaches piano and I have had lessons with her ever since I was about 6, she is incredibly kind and points out mistakes when needed, she is very talented at playing the piano. John is very caring and never forgets those toys I used to play with while waiting for Beth. If you love the piano AND gardens then this is the place for you! The cats were adorable!
M.Thank you John and Beth for your wonderful hospitality. I only stayed one night but I wish I could have stayed longer. I had a beautiful room and excellent breakfast- John your poached eggs were perfect- better than any cafes in Auckland. The Kowhai room was so lovely and the bed was like a cloud with gorgeous linen. I felt like I was at home but better! I would have loved to hear more about your travels and I hope to be back soon. Highly recommended. Such lovely kind people and attention to all details made this a blissful stay. Bathroom was immaculate and lovely bathrobes and towels/linen and even lovely soft slippers which I didn’t get to use on such a short stay. All the best John and Beth and as I said my only regret is such a short stay.

A.You won't ever meet nicer people than John and Beth. A great property which is an oasis in a growing town. The gardens on the property and native landscaping are an attraction unto themselves. Easy access to groceries, restaurants, etc. Hospitality that you won't believe until you come and experience it. I come back each year.
B.Beth and John are absolutely wonderful hosts! The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. They will always offer you a cuppa when you get here and make an amazing breakfast spread. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Beth is a generous and talented baker and cook with all the country specialties you could imagine in a B&B. Guests will not be disappointed in the breadth of what is on offer in this charming Rolleston hotelerie.
E.What a wonderful place. The hosts here are lovely and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and happy. Definitely recommend this to anyone that wants to relax.
