S.Experience at Grace hospital was great. The staff including the nurses and the doctors were very caring and helpful. Specially the nurses were extremely nice and helpful at all times. The food provided was also good. Overall a very good experience.

r.I had surgery on my Archilles Tendon recently. Everyone there was so great to me from the time I arrived till I left. Nurses, surgeon, anesthetist, and all other staff were really supportive and made it more like a holiday then a hospital stay. Even the food was great. Thanks very much

P.On Monday 3/8/2020 I walked in to reception was greeted very well all paper work ready. Very friendly nurse prept me, surgeon came into talk,very relaxing. After op nice warm room to recover in,nice cake,fruit and sandwiches to eat. Can't say enough about ALL the staff. Thank you all PHIL LARKIN

J.I have had 3 visits to Grace Hospital during the past 4 months and have to say it’s the Best Private Hospital I have ever stayed in. The staff are all very professional and friendly.
My Surgeon Mr Kumar is the absolute best, technically amazing skills.
My Anaesthetic Johannes Smalberger gave me 2 great anaesthetics, Best Ever.
The follow up call from the nurse is a nice touch and very useful.
A.Have to say it was the best hospital I’ve ever been to. From the receptionist, nurses all of them are very friendly and nice. The doctor/surgeon went through details with patient thoroughly before discharging, was very nice too. The nurse said her farewell and walked the patient out to the door & says goodbye & wishing the patient well etc. so good.
L.Good morning I,m Graham Church I had a procedure on Monday 20th at the day surgery unit. I must say right from when we approached the reception area through to the surgery everyone went out of there way to make us feel so at ease. A special thanks to Amy who admitted me and for the follow up call this morning. We can't speak highly enough of the Grace Hospital. Our experience will remain for ever. Service at Grace was very good, Doctor was great did a good job no problems since.
Have been to Grace a few times service still good.
Only thing is just the phone service you ring and try to get the operator the phone says busy ring later and hangs up cant leave a message.
B.I had CT Assisted lumber steroid epidural Thursday 5th Dec. From entering the Radiology Department to my departure after the procedure I could not fault this. Thank you especially to Adele, Keren, Georgia & the very gentle professional Dr who performed my procedure. I was treated like I was important & special. Thank you. It is early days but the procedure has & is working extremely well.😀💖
n.I don't normally write comments on my experiences unless I am complaining about something, but I felt I had to make an exception on this occasion.
I have just spent 1 night in Grace Hospital after having an operation to remove a bladder stone and a bit more lazering while they were there.
From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I was treated with the upmost respect and professionalism.
My surgeon Liam Wilson was faultless as was the anaesthetist.
Every person I dealt with was excellent so if you had to be ill somewhere this would be the best place to be.
The staff should be proud of what they do there. Thank you very much.

A.It’s been 2 months since my hip replacement op at Grace, and while I’ve expressed my thanks both publicly and through one on one feedback I never thought to add an online review until now.
My surgeon Mr Vaughan Poutawera is the absolute best. I recommend him highly to anyone needing hip surgery. As for the rest of the team your care, empathy and positve attitudes made my 4 day stay an absolute pleasure. Anyone having their surgery under ACC should ask to be sent to Grace Hospital, a place that sets the bar for health care in New Zealand, and a team who totally rock - y’all have my gratitude foreva!
M.Thanks for looking after my man Darryl (even though he wore a Waikato rugby jersey!) We were and are very happy with the outstanding service that you have provided us. Everyone has been very attentive and helpful, from the surgical crew, to the nurses, to the physios, to the cleaning staff, everyone is fab...I see chocolate in your futures :)
M.I had to stay overnight post-op. The staff made my stay downright enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying with them for any procedure. Everyone I met had a smile and nothing was to big an ask. They made sure I wasnt in any pain. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

P.If you need to be ill this is the place to do so. Staff are so friendly, facilities immaculate, care exceptional, and the process is fast and efficient. Truly a model of how hospitals should be run.
