M.What a lovely place. The lady at reception was extremely warm and friendly and radiated happiness. She was singing away behind the desk.
The nurse who took my bloods was also really warm and friendly, and she was so fast at her job, very professional and pain free.
C.Had to go to Tauranga Hospital Pathlab this morning. The woman in reception was just awesome. She was so respectful and helpful to everyone regardless of who they were. The phlebotomist was great. She really put me at ease and was so friendly . Can't speak highly enough of the staff.
Z.I’ve had 15+ PCR tests and the pre-departure test done here was *by far* the most unpleasant I’ve had. They kindly warn you ahead of time that “you may cry” and that they’ll push on up your nose until hitting resistance. Be warned. That said, fast turn around - got the result in 5 hours.
D.Good service during the evening! Staff were friendly and my walk-in was quick. Needles can make me feel queasy, so the nurse was accommodating to let me lay down and play my music softly when taking my blood.

T.The staff are very busy with a full room the time I have been waiting, over 45 mins so far and they seem to under a lot of pressure with PPE testing of people from their vehicles but are still all being polite, professional and friendly. Thank you to your team.
