c.This is our 3rd time back for 2 night stay. Comfortable and peaceful. We didn't see another soul for our whole stay! The chalet is beautiful. Everything set out for a comfortable stay although new towels and linen are needed or at least fluffed up in a dryer they were scratchy and old, no biggie for the price that's OK, otherwise would've been 5 star. Swimming pool highlight of visit, we had the whole pool to ourselves for a couple of hours! I didn't see a washing machine anywhere in sight though or a clothes horse for wet swimming gear? The TV is a bit old also, couldn't find subtitles for hearing impaired ppl. No biggie we didn't watch much TV. Overall fantastic stay and value for money. Thank you 😊

T.stayed here in summer 2019 during a solo trip on the South Island. Booked the chalet pretty last minute as my previous accommodations fell through. The owner was so lovely and helpful despite the late booking. the chalet was everything and more and the price for this cozy chalet was more then justified . Staying here allowed me to wander into Alexandra and have brunch at a cute cafe ! Something I hadn’t thought of doing before staying here . I think of this place everyday as I’m back in Canada and I recommend All my family in New Zealand to stay there whenever they are nearby.
R.Awesome place. Super comfy. I did not book a Chalet and just booked a 1 bedroom apartment, but that was also super comfy and amazing. The chalet is also far away from city lights, which means you get a tremendous night sky view in pitch black. The room had all the amenities and was spotlessly clean. It resembled more like a luxury hotel. Awesome place folks.
S.It was open, spacious and the plums fresh from the trees were so delicious. The Chalet and its facilities were also very nice. Enjoyed staying here!

k.Lovely place! Relaxing setting and great hosts. We were in economy 1 bedroom and it was very comfortable and up to date. The nearby chalets looked beautiful as well. Would definitely recommend!
W.A wee standalone chalet on a farm off the main highway near Alexandra seemed an unlikely place for a 2-night mid-winter stay in Central Otago, but Mirabell exceeded all expectations for its rural aspect, the birdlife, the rabbits bouncing across the driveway, and quail foraging for morsels in the undergrowth. My chalet was super cosy and warm on the frigid winter nights (and mornings). A well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed with lots of duvets, efficient heating, I was as cosy as... This would be a great spot for a family stay too. The only improvement please would be a light at the gate, as I drove past the entranceway twice in the pitch dark and couldn't find the driveway.
Y.Beautiful place. Surrounded by a colourful garden. You will wake up to birds chirping. Will strongly recommend for families with young kids. My kids loved running in the garden chasing after birds.
D.Absolutely. .fabulous... super clean... .grounds awesome for a wonder around.. with my children. .didn't want to leave..very well priced. .as others we stayed at while we travelled were SHOCKING for a lot more... cost..looking forward to revisiting on our next trip..cheers .

S.It was a good ,neat and tidy area all around the chalets .The is a big area all around the full chalets ,we couldn't get enough time to go through the full area.we have booked a entire chalet for two days.The price was affordable and they provided all utensils ,bedding items,toiletries ,high chair for my baby ,baby cot and so on .It was a great experience during my stay as it looks like a five star hotel.Nice hospitality.wish to come again.
