One of the best camping grounds we have stayed at. Very helpful & attentive staff. Facilities extremely clean, spacious & modern. Great, quiet & sheltered spot to stay.

The facilities are modern and spotlessly clean. Beside each power point for caravans, motor homes there is a water source which makes it much more convenient for refilling tanks. Overall a lovely park surrounded by gorgeous hills.

It is a fantastic place to stay, a very accommodating staff in the check-in, booked our stay around 2 hrs before arrival from Wanaka and there we have a good place for the night, showers and toilet for the "Oregon Lodge" are superbly clean, kitchen is also superrrr and best of all the price is superrrrr as well for a family of 4. I am highly recommending this holiday park and would definitely comeback and stay the next opportunity. PS. It is only a 20 mins drive to Queenstown Central.

We recently stayed in the tourist flat and it was really good. I mean REALLY good. Lovely little unit that fit 5 of us comfortably. Clean and warm (in the middle of winter) with everything we needed. Was actually much more than we expected. So handy to town, restaurants & bars. Would love to have stayed longer & will definitely stay again if we have the chance.

Travelling around the South Island and this camp ground was probably one of the best. Checking in to a powered Site with our campervan was easy and a good price. Easy walk to town with restaurants and bars etc. The facilities were amazing, under floor heating in the bathrooms. Clean and modern. Didn't have to pay for the showers either.

This was the last stop on a 10 day tour of the South Island. We certainly left the best for last. The place is amazingly clean and well presented. It is in a perfect location close to town but far enough to be quiet. Has everything you need and no hidden costs. Showers are included.

We live on the West Coast and decided to support local. Arrowtown holiday park is by far the best we have stayed in during our current 8 days. The facilities are first class and the heating is great. The showers are the best ever. I would love to return in summer sometime.

Arrived to a super friendly manager who explained the layout of the camp, facilities and showed us a map of cycle and walking trails. They also confirmed with the public bus company that it is currently free to get to and from Queenstown. Modern and very clean facilities and sites can accommodate larger rigs

We stayed for one night in one of the units. Had a single bed and bunk beds in one room and a queen in the lounge area. Its compact but worked well for us (3adults and 2kids). Playground was a bonus. It was clean and well looked after, kitchen area had everything you need.

Great camp,. great showers, lovely friendly staff but ridiculously expensive at this time of year. Hi Vicki we stayed last night. We have been traveling for 9 days down the west coast and are in Queenstown tonight 7th August and the most we have paid for the night other than your camp is $39 (Queenstown) our cost varied between 20 and 30 dollars for 2 people some of the places had spa pools, sauna and hair driers and hair tongs all free. We think your lovely camp is in the $30 to $35 range

I have stayed here a few times and always enjoyed my stay. Helpful and friendly staff, facilities are very clean and close to the main street of arrowtown. It's nice and peaceful here and always guaranteed a good night sleep.

- Great location - 10min walk into the Main Street of town. - Showers cost $1 for 8min. - Shower heads aren't great but do the job. - Plenty of hooks in the showers and music playing which is good! And a hairdryer! - Kitchen could be a bit bigger given the size of the holiday park. - Sites aren't very spacious but okay. - Good price. - Laundry powder is sustainable, so good! And laundry machines and dryers work well.

Stayed in a self contained unit. Fantastic, warm unit, with a modern feel. Staff were also very friendly and welcoming, and all at a fair price.

Lovely location and very clean and well looked after. Unfortunately you have to pay for every little thing extra, I know that this not uncommon but with the price tag for a simple campsite a bit over the top. $1 for 6 min of hot shower, $2 for BBQ, you have to rent pans pots and cutlery, no tea towls, and most of the time not even dishwash detergent. had to pay $5 for parking because we were told were not allowed to have two cars on the cars on the campsite, which was super unnecessary because we could have fit another three on them and there were lots of people with two cars/ campervans on site. Also had to pay $5 fee for driving out 15 min too late... All kind of understandable but I found it a cheeky as it was a grass patch and nothing you have to get ready for the person after you and check in doesn't start till 12pm. Overall nice but lots of hidden costs which spoils it a fair bit.

Nice affordable place. We were staying in the Oregon Lodge and the place was really clean. The staff is nice and friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped and they have toilets for the lodge. Only thing is you have to pay for Internet but they have a 2$ package so that's ok.

This campground is well equipped and beautiful in the fall. The internet is not free like most other parks we stayed in, but they use a very reasonably priced national service provider which worked well, and the signal strength and speed were good. The bathrooms, showers, and kitchen area were in very good condition. I didn't mind paying $1 for a shower, since they make change at the desk, you just need to have local currency. The powered sites were level and easy to drive into and out of. Bike rental was overpriced from what I remember, so we hiked on the trails north of town which were great.

We stayed two nights in the lodge. The common kitchen was fully equipped and very clean. So was the bathroom area. The staff was friendly as well. Next time still will choose this place over other camp grounds in Queenstown. Highly recommended.

We were disappointed in this stay at the Arrowtown Holiday Park which we have stayed at several times previously. The staff seemed a lot less flexible and less helpful than previously. Admittedly our first night there the camp was full. The showers were not very clean and at least one shower in the womens block had money stuck in the box so it was inoperable. It's not a cheap campsite and then you pay for showers.....

Fantastic Holiday Park! Best shower block I have seen while camping. Campsites are low cost, we'll defined and adequately sized. Showers cost $1 per 8 minutes are nice and hot and have great pressure. 10/10 I will be coming back.

Not a bad spot, bathrooms were nice, kitchen was kind of small and cramped at dinner time so we opted to cook out the back of the van instead. Showers are coin operated and cost a $1 and change wasn’t given at the reception. Would have much preferred that this was included in the cost price as the reason we were staying was for the convenience, having to source dollar coins in the morning was mildly annoying.

Excellent facilities, here during winter and no charge for showers. Excellent staff. A little difficult to access some sites with a larger vehicle as sites are relatively small. Room for vehicle but no awning. Otherwise great place to stay and only 0.5 kms from town. Each site has it's own water AND greywater dump and power.

Thoughtful things make a difference: Plenty of hooks in the shower; a seat; music; heating, and an ironing board (for left handers!). Clean. Large kitchen and eating area. A sink AND soap at the dump station! Most of the campers seem to be long time parking, but no one there. I recommended this site; this is good compared to about 7 others....but each site has its own characteristics, of course.

Pleasantly surprised by the modern spacious tourist flat we booked! Lovely and spacious, with modern facilities, and everything else at the holiday park appeared quite new as well (we only used the laundry facilities though). Right beside a big open park and playground so great for kids also. Probably only lacked a method of cooling the place down - we arrived on a stinking hot summer day with barely any breeze so was a toasty wee unit all night!

Stayed here for a night in our caravan. Vicki was very accomadating as we were up for the weekend and with limited parking in a small tourist town she allowed us for a small extra charge to leave our caravan there after our checkout time so we could carry on our weekend. Great campground. Good tidy and clean facilities . Keep up the great work . .Marina

Nice, tidy, helpful staff. Busy time of year, yet the place was well maintained and peaceful throughout our stay. Caravans and campers welcome. If you are planning a camping tour of New Zealand, this spot should be high on your list. Cabins on site were well equipped and super convenient, if you need to spend a night in a proper bed. Make it part of your next adventure.

Convenient location near airport. Well maintained park and the kitchen is spacious for families. We requested for the space near the amenities so that the walk to the campervan is shorter. Weather is rather cold during June.

Stayed in the family cabins numerous times and good value for basic accomodation with small deck and lovely park=like views, especially beautiful in spring with blossom. Also great place to hire basic bikes from as open until 7pm in summer so get a full day hire.

Arrowtown is a great location, cool little place but very suitable for people wanting to visit Queenstown as it's only a short drive away. Accommodation is very nice with everything you'd expect. The camping facilities are also great with everything you'd expect. It is a bit weird that you have to pay for showers in peak seasons though, although I don't think it's much.

This is a great camping ground. The facilities are all new and of a very high standard, the grounds have lots of trees for shade and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. It's also in a terrific location handy to lots of walks, cycle rides, and the township. It is also very competitively priced at just $15 per night for a caravan plus $10 for each additional person.

Nice location but expensive for what it was. No WIFI and the bathrooms were unheated although it was 2.5 Celsius outside. Have to pay extra for a shower. We refrained given the bathroom temperature! Clean though.

Clean and fully decked out. Good token showers, laundry service and kitchen. You'll need to loan kitchen utensils if you need any. Otherwise the lots are clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly. Excellent location. Short drive to Queenstown and literally 5 mins from arrowtown center. Definitely do the bike trails to get to the wineries. It was great!

Large camping grounds in beautiful Arrowtown. Just walking distance from the town center and a grocery store nearby. Kitchen on the small side for this large camping so can get cramped during high season. Sanitary rooms are pretty decent. 1$ for a 6min hot shower.

A lot of powered sites spots for caravan and campervan. The shower cost 1$ for 7 min and no free wifi. The dump station is not so convenient and not built right for big caravans. Was vert hard to find a pipeline to fill the water tank.

Really nice holiday park with great facilities. Loved the wooden figures around the park. Just the town itself is so worth it to visit! We did not want to stay in queenstown so this was just amazing, small and lovely to walk around/true. Got a nice map to town and it even had the spot on it that was a film location for the lord of the rings! In town lovely buildings, nice candy shop and don't miss the chance to go to the cinema. Luxury and you can even get a cheese platter and glass of wine (but also popcorn,soda,chips etc.) and enjoy it while watching the movie (it is a bit pricey but worth it).

A nice and reasonably priced place to stay while in Queenstown. Especially if you have a car, then this place is the best because it is a bit far from Queenstown. You need to be careful while booking the rooms as I did not pay attention that linen is not included and had to pay at the spot for linen.

This is the most beautiful and sophisticated holiday park I have been. We visited newzealand during autumn, and Arrowtown is the place to be in autumn. We actually had plan of one visit to Arrowtown, but we loved the place so much that we went there again. It’s such picturesque place! Holiday park had all the usual facilities and hair driers and radio playing in bathroom. Coin operated showers. Facility is maintained very clean. There are cabins and playground as well. For campervans, you have fresh water, power and dump stations. During autumn, entire hill behind the park turns to be colourful. Whichever direction you see, you just see mesmerising colours. Town is just a small walk away and it’s another beauty. And on saturdays they have farmers market where you get variety honey, jams and cheese and some homemade and handicraft products. We went between Apr 16-26. Also they do autumn festival here, which is another add on to the place. I want to go again to Arrowtown and Queenstown during autumn and spend a week there.

Most beautiful and interesting town I've seen in New Zealand. A small town full of traditional gold miners stores. With plenty of restaurants a fantastic Patagonia ice cream shop an lots of wonderful river walks. Plus cycle hire if you prefer. A visit to this town is a real must. Also there is a great holiday park in town if you are camping or have a camper van like us.

It's just okay expensive chalet or cottage no fly screens or air conditioning pretty basic I think I would try elsewhere before coming back. It's not bad just not value for money but I guess this whole region is overrated

Late check-in was possible but there seems to be no apprent procedure. Staff was quite unfriendly and showers aren't even included in the high priced accommodation of the holiday Park. Camping boxes are quite spacious though and the landscape around is very nice.

Tent locations are good, not bad sandflies. Clean facilities, showers are one dollar (takes one dollar coins). There are BBQs and the people are quite social. Never got rowdy even though we were there on New Years Day. About 20 minutes drive from Queenstown

Clean and nice location 15 walking distance from downtown. BUT 1 dollar for 6 minutes of shower, give me a break. Paid $38 for one night for 2 people.

The places for tents are close together. I prefer some more space. Positive the camping is near the centre of arrowtown and the price is for the area queenstown not too bad.

We did stay in cabins. All of them nice, well equiped, with tv, kitchen, ensuite bathroom - and nice porch in front to sit and enjoy the area. Will stay again for sure in walking distance to city center.

Initial contact wasn't the best , the park is nice with excellent facilities, except the kitchen food area , chairs on tables everything locked away , with the aweaness of covid very disappointing.

We slept there for two nights, very clean and silent hlHoliday park close to Arrowtown centre and nearby to Queenstown. In my opinion the best choise to stay for few nights.

Unfortunately, the parking spaces are about small, so that there is only a short distance to the neighbors. But otherwise it is a well organized place and it is definitely worth staying overnight here. (Original) Schöner Campingplatz Lage ist in mitten der Stadt. Supermarkt nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es sind etwa 15 Minuten zur historischen Altstadt von Arrowtown. Leider sind die Stellplätze etwa klein bemessen, so dass nur wenig Abstand zum Nachbarn ist. Aber ansonsten ist es ein gut organisierter Platz und die Übernachtung lohnt sich hier auf jeden Fall.
