E.I was disappointed that we were not allowed a late check out of 30 minutes so my sick infant could have one nap in a cot today, rather than having to endure both in his car seat. We were told that this was because the cleaners only had two rooms to clean. In the current environment, I expected more understanding for $175.

V.Unlimited Plunger Coffee supply. Outstanding Customer Service. Professional Hospitality. You won't find a better place to stay in Ashburton. Hannah is the Queen of Canterbury (and Tonga as well without showing any biceps). Bella Vista Rules :)
J.Very comfortable studio unit with king sized bed. Limited TV channels but adequate. Efficient heating and kitchen supplies. Liquid shampoo and conditioner very watered down and could barely get suds but all in all acceptable for the price.

Beds are comfortable, units modern and double glazed. A good stay.

Were able to get a dog friendly room on arrival. Clean, tidy with nice modern bathroom that was wheelchair accessible, as the room was such.
It was a hell of a storm the night we arrived and the small built in heater on one side.od the bed felt a little insufficient, especially thinking of the other wheelchair guests who possibly couldn't get anywhere near the heater if they were staying.
But apart from that, the coffee etc in room was nice, the Eco friendly refillables in the bathroom were appreciated as was the inspirational book in the room instead of just a Bible - a nice unique touch. And the best part has to be the explanation for guests regarding the red comforter on the bed - made for a hilarious wee read.

Z.This is little bit outside of town centre and it is good for business visitors. Even if it is on the main road noise is not the issue. I think I heard the train twice. My room was quite small but tidy. If like sports there are about 4 or 5 channels for you. Small heater on the wall was sufficient to warm up the room quickly even in cold day. Every day the staff replenished the biscuits so I had to have them. The shower does spray on the door so there is always some water on the floor.
J.I am disabled so require disability facilities. This Motel is only one of a few of the past twenty I have stayed where facilities promised, not only existed but also, worked. This makes me so happy.
