We'd booked to attend the Christmas lunch. I had an unexpected admission to hospital ten days before and wasn't up to going out. When I spoke to the administrator, I asked if home delivery was possible. They checked and no, not for lunch, but they could bring dinner. And they did! Antipasto. Shrimp cocktail, salmon, mussels and oysters. Roast lamb, ham and pork Roast vegetables Chicken with mushrooms Pasta salad, pumpkin salad. Bacon salad with peach, beetroot salad. Red velvet cake, tiramisu, profiteroles. Sliced fresh fruit. It's three days later and we are still nibbling ..... Utterly delicious and top service.

What an absolutely amazing stay we had. Booked online through another website ahead of time so got a great deal, werent sure what to expect when we arrived. Pulled up to a fabulous hotel, went into the main reception and was met by the lovely front of house staff who were bright, bubbly and super helpful (we had a massive day, 12+ hrs of driving and were knackered). Once we were settled in our room, we found the grounds were spacious and inviting, the facilities onsite catered for pretty much everything with an in house restaurant and bar, and onsite heated pool (subject to time of year). Highly recommend and will definately be back with the family for a longer stay

I enjoyed an excellent Christmas buffet. The food was varied, inventive salads and desserts and creative presentation.

A bus load of us did a south island tour and this was by far the best hotel. Food and facilities were faultless.

It was a wet weekend. Our group was having a meeting. Great venue. Lot was actually happening around the area. Food was not too bad. Just really enjoyed seeing everyone in a very cozy venue.

We held a lunch at Hotel Ashburton for friends and family to celebrate Mums 75th birthday. Communication from Paige in setting up the event was great, out requests were accommodated and when we arrived everything was ready to go. Food was fantastic, especially the carved ham! All made for a great occasion, thanks team.

The rooms need big refresh! Nowhere to put your suitcase up from the floor. Paper thin walls let you hear people walking and talking in the hall. But worst of all were the BEDS the inner sprung would have collapsed years ago as they were so hard. The food was fabulous at our farewell function and staff ex.

Reasonable rates for accommodation and good prices for meals. Rooms and general building in need of maintenance.

Been for meals, seminars and product releases. Always tidy and pleasant, food ok. For more crowded venue gatherings the heat is uncomfortable. Some areas a little dated and the odour in foyer sometimes can be stale.

Went to a series of information sessions in the conference rooms. Good garden area, sound between rooms was well baffled, approximately 6 meeting rooms and bar restaurant area. The coffee was overpriced as were the available pre-ordered meals but the service was of a very good standard.

Had a Lions meeting and meal. Good food and company. As the weather had turned cold, it became cold inside so halfway through evening we asked the heating to be put on they had just done that. It warmed up quickly! Thankyou staff who were very obliging and friendly throughout, on a public holiday.

Thank you for our stay it was incredibly comfortable in our room and nice and warm. Room service was awesome and the food was great. Reception staff made us feel welcome and were always friendly.

An awards night. Bars were flat out but could have done with more staff I think. Lemon lime and bitters recipe needs more attention I think. Insufficient chairs and tables for those gathered. Sound system was appauling. And I did ask.

Great place to stay. but you can't plug any electric blankets in, the bed-heads are screwed to the wall leaving no access to the outlets. also the kids meals are very basic - assuming the kids have no taste. So they had lovely entree's instead.

only reason for my rating is because we were here for only 3nights for our pastors retreat we only used the rooms cause we ate at our programe, but all in all nice place ,very quiet big rooms everything is nice and good

Went for the wedding expo, great hire room, lovely range of stalls for wedding services, yummy food truck outside. And free ice creams!

A great stay. Room was clean, tidy and modern. Nice TV and bed was comfy. Plunger coffee was nice for the morning. The heated tile floor in the bathroom was good. Weak shower pressure however.

Great atmosphere for our group dinner. A good range of beers or wines or any other beverage. Good range of food for all diets.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was clean and tidy and had everything you would expect. The Hotel rooms are satisfactory but in need of decorating. The staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. The catering staff did a wonderful job even when deal with a big crowd, ***y from different places around the world.

Nice venue and good food. Sadly there for a funeral. We have had other good experiences here.

The room cost $110 but was as desirable as a camping ground cabin. We didnt stay long enough to have a good look around but the rest of the complex but it appeared modern. We will recommend to friends and family as the price and stay was great. Attentive and very courteous staff.

Good value with full breakfast included. Rooms need refurbishing, otherwise large with outdoor deck. Everything there including bar and restaurant. Only downfall was there was a convention on that night we stayed and we didn't get til sleep until 1am. Yahooing, screaming and even knocking on our door. Inconsiderate to other people!

Cost was good for the standard of room which looks like it has been renovated recently. The area is very quiet and well away from the main highway. From the look of it, it must be quite popular for people to hold wedding reception in the garden. I recommend anyone to stay here.

booked 2 rooms for the 30th December. The lady that I dealt with on check in was a star, I have never had such great service, and I have travelled a lot both locally and overseas. she could be faulted, so helpful. I don't know were she came from but she needs to be cloned and sent all around the world. She turned an already enjoyable stay to an exceptional one. we will be back.

I was their for drinks after a funeral so didn't come into contact with the staff but it appeared a great venue.

I'd definitely come back for future business trips. The bed itself was very comfortable. The TV was set up on the wall while the remote was very handy to bed and we could watch the early morning news on the Breakfast show with a cuppa in bed which was quite nice in winter.

Very comfortable and clean facility. Staff are helpful. The room had a king size bed with full amenities. Enjoyed the dinner and breakfast. This is value for money.

The people are super lovely. My milk in my fridge was frozen, and when defrosted it was lumpy. The rooms are really out dated, but it was good.

A very good venue for many larger or smaller functions with plenty of warmth on a cool day like today .

Lovely clean rooms, nice food. And the owner took us to town to party on when we couldn't find a taxi! What more could you ask for?

Good sized rooms but real bonus for Ashburton is that it is not on the main road. Room must have been cleaned in a hurry as small rubbish on floor from previous guests. Staff go out of their way to serve You. Will certainly stay again at the above price.

My reason for giving 3 stars is for the poor pillow selection. There was 1 pillow each which was much to soft and low for both myself and my husband. Woke up with a sore neck. For this reason I probably won't book here again. Other than the pillow issue - no complaints.

A well used facility, showing it's age in the accommodation but over all a sound place to stay. Food was nice, but not alot of variety. Staff were quite friendly too.

When we got there we got greeted by a lovely lady called Raywin who was so helpfull which made us very welcome our room was very comfortable lovely stay 🙂

Great afternoon reception. Arrived at the hotel for a function. The room, was identified by large print notices. The bar was well stocked, with knowledgeable staff Manning the bar A good visit to a busy place.

The hotel is a bit dated but very comfortable. Was able to sleep long hours and felt refresh after. Very reasonable price and will definitely come back next time.

Stopped into the restaurant on our drive from Christchurch to Lake Tekapo. Service was excellent, the grounds of the hotel/restaurant are beautiful! Good selection of food, beer, and wine.

Even the first time the receptionist gave us the wrong room but turn out a not bad situation. Close to town. Good location and good facilities.

Turf Bar is a sports bar with fantastic friendly staff and locals. Turf Bar is open 7 days a week 11am til late for lunch or dinner with the bar menu.

Stayed here many times. Always very welcoming and comfortable. Only comment I have is please sort your shower heads. The one we had last night was so blocked up that it spat water every direction but on to us in the shower. Thanks guys!

Our husband and wife also took photos immediately and told the hotel counter to show the situation, and presented photos to the counter staff to see, please be sure to make improvements, so as not to There are injured guests in the back (Original) 因為這是農業鎮，所以會住這的旅客應該不多，因此飯店房間的床頭櫃，抽屜打開除了一本聖經外還住著一隻蜘蛛，不過可以看的出來，這間飯店在當地應該還算是有些規模的，所以房間外的花園綠地整理的還算不錯，不過這次的住房經驗，卻被浴室外的地毯給破壞了，我進房後到浴室洗手，出來時襪子卻被異物給勾破了，當時想了解，到底踩到什麼東西，所以蹲下來仔細碰觸地毯，結果在地毯下摸到一個突出的釘子頭，當下馬上打給領隊要求換房，因為又怕萬一不小心，腳被釘子勾破，那就很掃興了，幾分鐘後領隊拿了另一房間的鑰匙來，我和老婆就換到斜對面的房間，結果我一進房間，馬上又在浴室門前蹲下來，仔細檢查是否會有一樣的狀況，結果令人崩潰的情況發生了，跟浴室外連接的地毯邊緣，一樣有突出的釘子，隱藏在地毯下，若是在不知情的情況下，沒穿拖鞋打赤腳，一定會被釘子所傷，當下我們夫妻了解，這個情況絕對是飯店換地毯，施工的瑕疵所造成，並不是偶發情形，首先打房間電話給領隊，請領隊在我們旅遊的群裏，告知並提醒其他團員注意此一情況，我們夫妻倆也馬上拍照，並到飯店櫃檯告知這情況，且出示照片讓櫃檯值班人員看，請他們務必做出改善，以免有後面的住客受傷

場所は悪くありません。お料理は結構充実していました。キングサイズベットで広々と寝る事ができました。基本的には良いホテルだと思います。

食事は、結構種類が豊富でした。街中にも近く、アクセスが良好。従業員はよく訓練されている。非常に満足出来るホテルだと思います。

食事の内容はとても良かったです。ロケーションが良くいつも利用してます。ホテルの親切が心に残る良い宿でした。
