D.I did not rent a room but I did find the staff fantastic and the surroundings neat and tidy. It's on the main road easy to locate.
K.540 Motel provided excellent service to us during our stay at the motel. John and Sam (the owners) are the nicest people, providing over and above service. The rooms are spacious, very clean and well equipped. The motel is close to Middlemore hospital and has great parking. Thank you John and Sam.

The weekend was a stunner mowing we could retire from the bustle to a beautiful quiet room that had all we required
G.Clean, quiet and spacious room (room 1) and a good cooked breakfast. Staff were friendly and efficient. Whilst the motel is good for staying, there is limited food options if you don't like takeaways. The Vietnamese restaurant (called "try it vietnamese") is good but not much else around there. Convenient to the airport 15 -20 mins and motorway north or south.
T.Stayed here, arranged and paid for by airline, when flight to Wellington was rerouted to Auckland due to weather. Put me in a room with a queen bed and two twins—relatively large room. Seems well kept, but the age of the hotel is evident. Room is keyed with metal keys. No chain on door.
Main road just outside the window, so if I hadn't arrived at 3am the traffic noise would have been bothersome.
Brought breakfast in the morning (milk/cornflakes, yogurt, bread/jam, and large glass of apple juice).
Internet is $3/5mins, or $8 per day, so didn't bother.
W.Well lit at Night Welcoming Reception Indoor and Outdoor Rooms available Tidy, but could do with a bit of an Overhaul in some areas I think they could do with some Secure Window Latches as the Windows can swing wide open and they have Aircon units just below a few of the windows, which does pose a Serious Safety Risk Overall..., for the time I was there... I have to say it's better than sleeping on the Street
J.Wonderful awesome - decor is as good as the bigger better hotels great proximity to everything easy to drive out of property none of the traffic buildup! that is typical of Auckland well placed and well done😀👍
