Love the excellent staff who are so friendly and helpful. My room was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable.
So many amazing restaurants close by which have a pretty good reputation in the shore; got a discount since I was a guest at Aristotle Motel. There's also a Hyots movie cinema just down the road, so make sure to rewind and have some fun while you're at it

A. P.I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aristotle Motel, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The staff truly go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.
The room was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a great night’s sleep, and the bathroom was impeccably clean with plenty of fresh towels. I was especially impressed by the thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries and a coffee maker in the room.
The location is fantastic, conveniently close to local attractions, dining options, and major highways, yet it was quiet and peaceful at night. The free parking and fast Wi-Fi were also much appreciated.

A. G.Stayed here overnight for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the welcome box of goodies I received upon checking in. The room was tidy and equipped with a heat pump, television, and a small kitchen with a microwave, utensils, fridge, and electric pan for cooking. The area is nice and quiet. It's close to some restaurants and shops, as well as major roads, making it easy to get on the move quickly. There are designated parking spaces for guests. The main door has an automated lock after 9 PM, but there were no issues getting in with the access tag.

P. B.This is the perfect place to stay, location so close to motorways , undercover parking , Bus Station and lots of Restaurants, with large Retail Outlets are a 5 minute walk. Great Staff , we upgraded our room, are often late to leave and there was no extra charge.....3rd Floor views and decks we will be back for sure

Rooms were tidy and comfortable. Needed extra towels and they were supplied. We enjoyed the pool. Wish the website was easier to navigate. We would have booked a room with a balcony or off the pool. Jug is not working in our room so we used a pot to boil our water. Good parking. Water pressure was great. Overall good stay

The location meant we could visit in town, on the shore, Silverdale and out west with ease. The rooms were a little dated but very clean. We own a motel and I was happy with the standard that was provided. I would recommend this motel to anyone traveling to the Auckland area and visiting various places. M. D.Stayed for 3 nights during my partners surgery. Such a clean motel, very close to restaurants and shopping. The staff are super friendly, helpful and so accomadating. The bed was very comfortable, we had a lazy boy in our room also which was great for reading a book and an afternoon nap. Perfect place to stay for recovery from surgery or family holiday. Didn't hear any traffic from near by roads which was a huge bonus. The large pool area is beautiful ! Also very safe for children. Shame the Auckland weather didn't put on any sunshine for us to be able to swim. If ever I visit Auckland again I will stay here for sure. If I could give 10 stars I would. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aristotles and will highly recommended this motel for anyone we know visiting Auckland.
B. O.My family stayed at the motel for 2 weeks durning the Christmas and New year holidays. Such a welcoming and homely feeling, not to mention the cleanleness and daily house keepers changing and upkeeping the room. House keepers were so kind to our kids and offering clean towels and other needs required to ensure our stay is comfortable.
Christmas day we received a beautiful Christmas card and goodies from Aki
( Manager) .Aki was extremely helpful and kind to my family and myself.Truly felt blessed and cared for as a customer.
Walking distance to local restaurants, food courts, gym access ( one week free trail) , hoyst movies and much more. This is a great location and accessible to the CBD, supermarkets and malls.
We will return to this motel in the near future!
F.Stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Auckland. Really close to the freeway which was handy and only about 10-15mins into town.||Room was big enough for our family, 2 adults and 2 teens. Bathroom was huge and great shower pressure. ||Kitchenette was fantastic as it meant we could cook up meals instead of always having to buy meals.||We didn’t use the pool as it said not heated and although we were there in January it wasn’t warm enough for us!||According to teenagers, wifi was great!

Great spot for patients to stay before/after hospital or family and friends visiting patients. Also a nice place to stay in for business or otherwise. Close to a lot of restaurants as well. ||Highly recommend!

Day1 3x rooms not serviced, no coffee in 1 room, Day2 preplanned power outage not notified until evening of -unacceptable given motel knew about this a week b4! Day3 hot water issue! Motel notified of issues but unwilling to accept that our stay was unacceptable & experience disappointing. Given full payment was req'd 1 week ahead we felt we did not get what we paid for & were cornered into accepting less than average from this accommodation provider.
V. M.Booked a room last minute and the service was fantastic, helpful and accommodating. The room was great, very clean and comfortable with extra little touches like a makeup remover flannel (I hate having to trash a white flannel!)
So many food options within walking distance, and yet the nights were still nice and quiet and we had no trouble sleeping. The shower had great pressure and a spa bath as well.
Definitely a good place to stay and will do so again.

The motelier was new on the job - started the day before we arrived - but went out of his way to ensure our stay was top rate. Only negative aspect - why do so many motels supply only ONE easy chair for two people??

J. B.We stayed here for three nights to be closer to the AUT Millennium. Room was tidy tho the bathroom had a bad odour. Had a good sleep as it’s very quiet at night and had enjoyed Op shopping too. If you’re like me than this is the place to stay as theres about four Op shops in walking distance.
S. T.A last minute booking was made with Aristotle for my daughter and I on Saturday afternoon. After travelling 3 hours we a arrived to a smiling face of the gentleman at the desk. We had the only room left with a double bed, we asked if it could be made into 2 singles and that happened with no fuss. The gentleman and his wife have recently bought the hotel, they were friendly and gave us local information which was useful. Our room was very clean and had everything one would need. Will definitely stay there again and we wish them well in their new venture.

C. D.Brilliant place to stay. If you are having surgery on the Shore, then Aristotles is an amazing place to stay before and after. Large units on the ground floor with easy access showers, lots of ice packs😆 and extra pillows and the owners are just wonderful at keeping an eye on you if you need it.

Location is awesome. Burger King next door and various Asian restaurants. Vege shop and Countdown and Pharmacy $2 shop etc 1 min drive away or 8 mins walk. Pub next door too. Surrounded by cool 6 Op Shops and Movie and ten Pin bowling walking distance.
Easy to get to from the motorway. But dont hear the traffic. Sky tv was refreshing.
Cons - Have to go to the basement for a smoke. I didnt mind but others might. The bathroom fans are so loud! Wifi wasnt working. Bufferring on everything. Though my neighbour didnt have the same trouble.

I especially loved the communication via email, phone call with Aristotle as we flew in from Wellington and our check-in was after hours. They had everything ready upon arrival and made it so smooth and seamless. Definitely my favorite and have already recommended to family and friends.
A. A.Stayed in the self contained unit with spa. Sandy and Glen had the sofa bed as well as a trundler bed made up already for our convenience. The room was super clean, big ups to house keeping. The pool was nice and clean, not heated the kids said, but doesn't ever stop them. Has a full kitchenette which is always handy for us. The shops/restaurants right out the door which you'd think would be a noisy stay at night, but wasn't at all. I liked that the room was separated from the rest of the motel. Just under the carpark. The king bed was ridiculous comfortable, I have a bad back and always look for reviews based on bedding. It was quality. Sandy and Glen were absolutely welcoming and genuinely the nicest Managers I have come across in a long time. We stay away alot, so we have met many. Nothing at all was a hassle for them. It is a real shame that they are leaving here and Aristotles will be opening up to unvaccinated customers. We will not be back due to this. Having an immune compromised child it's not worth it to us. Which is a shame as this would have been a regular stay for us due to location and comfort. Overall I couldn't fault my stay at all.

S. T.Reasonable rooms at a reasonable rate. There is a well maintained swimming pool which most of the rooms overlook or if your on the ground level open up too by way of ranch slider doors. Some of the rooms have spa baths which are nice to relax in.
There is a bar/resturaunt a few meters away and burger king is also right next door.
There is also a selection of other shops, food places and retail outlets very close by.
The surrounding area is mostly commercial zoned places with some recreational options like movie theatre, games arcade, ten pin bowling, pokies and more.
Bus station for expressway bus to city is a 5min walk from motel and a supermarket about 10mins walk. Rooms on the burger king side seem to be generally noisier than pool side.
They have managers who stay onsite.
Vehicle parking is average. There are security cameras but its not secured parking and with a very limited amount of covered parking available.
In Summary, You wouldnt stay there if you were wanting a room with a view or going on a beach holiday but its a good practical tidy place to stay with a fair bit to do in the area and compared to other options in the area it would be the one to pick. Its my feeling alot of the geusts staying there are more on buisness than vacation.

The hotel is surrounded by mulit cultural restaurants which was good for us not wantng to travel far to get food. It is also a stones throw from the hospital which made getting to my appointment on time stress free. I would higly recommend this hotel!
