T.The view in 20C is pretty amazing. You can see both the harbour and sky tower. The facilities are only OK. There is no soft close on toilet lid. The basin is very small, so I have to be very careful when turning on the tap, or the water will splash and wet my shirt. Staff are friendly and helpful. The lift is very fast. But I guess some apartments are either sold or lease out or long term rent out. The guy living upstairs will water the plants every morning and evening. if you stand outside you will get wet, as the balconies are tiny. The sound proof is very poor, I can hear the washing machine upstairs very clearly. The wall is not old.
T.The view from our 37th floor room was stunning. The room was very very clean. But the whole hotel and room were a tad run down. Needs an urgent uplift, repaint and some of the shabby fixtures need an upgrade. Good customer service.
f.Our family's first time experience out in town for the night. We stayed two nights and it was amazing.
Our check in was our first highlight awesome customer service I thought i was actually boarding a plane how we were informed clear instructions beautiful prensentation and everything was clearly set up. Thank you Lepa and Ritu amazing customer service. Room was beautiful everything just made us feel at home we willl def be back
S.Nice and close to the CBD. My room was well appointed, clean and tidy. Comfortable enough on my own for a work trip but maybe just a bit small for a couple. Individual air con units take up a bit too much space and the ducting to mine kept falling off. They have charge back facilities for meals with a nearby Cafe so not really ideal if you want to order food before the Coffee Club opens or after it shuts at 7pm Staff are friendly and helpful but the road noise is considerable in a busy part of town. Found it unusual there was no Sky TV but with free wifi available I was still able to watch my sport.

Front desk staff were polite but service could be more customer centric. Initially I was informed that I could get an early check in, when I arrived an hour early I was told that I should return at 2pm. The rooms were clean but some fittings were a bit tired. Small television screen and poor reception of Freeview channels. Cleaning staff were friendly. Although the pool was advertised as heated, it is not and it looked murky - so I didn’t swim.
E.Disregard the negative reviews. This place is a decent apartment hotel. The place is not huge and not super luxury, but is adequate in size, fully equipped and comfortable. Really comfy bed, good pillows. Good quality clean sheets and fluffy towels, comfy lounge suite. Even though listed as city view, we got a good view of the sea too.
C.Friendly staff, nice clean apartments. Huge plus having the apliances available in room (oven etc). The view of the harbor, city and harbor bridge is also spectacular. The staff had turned on the heatpump and warmers before arrival, which was a nice touch. Good accessibility to central city and waterfront.
They have parking but its defintely steep and you can find cheaper overnight parking within 10 mins walk.
H.The view is incredible and the place overall is nice and welcoming. There's just a few tiny flaws, could be cleaner, few small stains on things but I'm a harsh critic. It's honestly quite nice.
A.Took a while to check in, but polite man on desk.
Very basic, small room, but not as bad as Ibis (near Airport) no car parking at suites..but some down the road, 2 choices one was motels one which was $39.99 per night or down Ford St for $15.00.
TV freeview, very poor picture, shower good pressure but water fluctuated a bit.
J.Thought this was a good place to stay, within easy reach of lots of attractions and eateries. Great view of the harbour even with the tower crane in front of us. 10 mins walk from Spark Arena
s.Great location and lovely views. This place is only rated poorly by salty rich people due to there being non white people accomodating. I stayed here with 2 other family members and we all enjoyed the hotel. Best not to go outside alone during night time though, quiet abit of drunks but that’s just Auckland.

Update so now Saturday morning no sky TV they didn't pay the bill so whole hotel no TV can't fix until Monday when the manager comes back unbelievable.
W.Is a good location. Ok rooms. Upper apt views ruined by vertical girders.Balconies are standing room only. Very thin. Good amenities in room. Washing machine,dryer and dish drawer.Toilets are a nightmare to flush also the craziest air con set up I've ever seen. Think dehumidifier vented out the lounge window. Overall is not what is advertised but ok apartments.
M.The positive: Good location. In central downtown, makes walking around easy
The negative: Did not like this hotel. Looks great from the outside but we were disappointed with room itself. There is no Air Conditioning. We went in the summer and the fan they provided definitely didn't cool the room down. It made it so uncomfortable. The Shower was our biggest issue. It was very very tiny. There is no where to put your soap/shampoo in the shower so you have to place it on the floor. More so the shower barely had enough room to turn around in.
L.Lovely view and ok size rooms. Make sure you check to get your $75 back! I had to ring two weeks later to ask to get it.
s.Great stay- thank you a lot for making my last days in nz luxurious- with amazing views. The reception guys were nice and helpful. Check in did take quite a lot longer than anywhere else though. Really nice room. Pool looked good for swimming, shame we couldnt use because of covid (even though others were allowed)

J.Amazing view from 33rd floor of sunset across the city and harbour. Comfortable spacious room and bathroom, only there one night but great location & friendly staff.
O.Good room. Clean tidy and convenient location. Swimming pool, nice. Gym, very basic. Had a bad experience with front desk staff otherwise would give better rating. (Photos attached are just before checkout, hence stripped beds)
C.It's an ok day of apartments, which in my case I am using for a four night stay.
Reasonably well appointed, great location and with a friendly front desk team
Not flash but not bad either. The option of a washing machine and kitchen gives you choices otherwise not available, such as only needing to pack one set of running gear then washing it.
The bathroom is tiny, but I'm not planning on spending too much time in it!
Only problems I've seen are curtains that need replacing probably because people leave the balcony doors open in the wind. TV could do with updating.
Value is high. If you are looking for more amenities at a low price and can cope with it not being a five star hotel then it is fine
L.Excellent location and great views of the harbour from the rooms. Beds were pretty comfy. Note that there is no airconditioning. So opening a window means letting in noise. Also the rooms could be better maintained. The shower door was broken and bathrooms and floors needed a scrub. Oddly, a spare bed was left in the middle of the room. Overall an OK stay but could have been much better.
H.Clean. All you need in an apartment. A nightclub a few hundred yards away is very loud Friday and Saturday nights. They finish at 4.30am so don't expect to get too much sleep.
G.A great stay. Soundproofing makes room very quiet. Clean and very helpful staff. Great location.
C.Fabulous views and nearby shops. Shower over bath is a dud. With a glass half wall be prepared for flood cleanup. Apartment has everything you need except a carafe and hot chocolate/herbal tea. 5 minutes loading zone on opposite side of street. Pre-book your parking!!
R.Quite small for a 2 bedroom apt. Kitchen was basic with basic utensils. No fry pan for cooking. Supposed to be for 4 people but placing is for 2. Lounge fits 2 people, rooms very tight. Great views though. For the money you pay I'm sure there's way better. Staff friendly. . Rooms have no air conditioning or heating but you get a fan or mobile heater. 38 stories with part hotel and part private residence. . Without heating an extra blanket is enough as the tower seems to retain heat. And good airflow.
N.Awesome location! Close to transport, buses and ferry etc. Its not 5 star but its perfectly fine clean and pretty well cared for. Usual dings and marks on walls. But for the price and location you cant beat it! Nice staff too.we had a great sunny room, could see sky tower and a bit of the water so really happy. Would stay again
M.Its ok...it was clean and tidy. Close to city center parking is a tight squezze..rooms are small...it is a bit noisey with the construction going on around them..but if you can sleep through that..no problems id go back again..its a bed for the night..
T.The room itself felt very spacious. The facilities are all top notch. Lots of food options nearby of all budgets. Breakfast very good to get you started for the day. Surroundings are perfect for any type of traveler. There was a small functioning kitchenette. I'd definitely come back for future trips.
T.Everything about our stay was exceptional. The cost is reasonable considering what you get. The kitchen design is very efficient. The staff was more than welcoming and was very eager to help. Our rooms were in fabulous shape. I could not find anything dirty. The location of the hotel was excellent.

T.I'm anxious for business to bring me back. The rooms are extremely well appointed. I did not hear any noise from the surrounding rooms. Across from the hotel are a lot of nice stores. Breakfast each morning was okay. Executive lounge is an added benefit. The views from the room are perfect.
R.I am happy with the rooms and kitchen. The overall place is a little tired and dated, however this place is priced accordingly. The location is great. Close to good coffee shops and restaurants. Convenient for getting around. The rooms were clean, however there was a blood stain on the entry way trim that should have been cleaned. Would recommend not bringing a car here if possible.
V.This stay would have been better if I had been advised to prebook our parking it cost us $100 for the first day! The staff were friendly enough but only a couple of them really helped us with our problem.
K.I quite liked staying here. Nice room, 2 bedroom apartment, clean and had a view of the harbour on one side and Skytower on the other.
Great having a kitchen with dishwasher and the washing machine and dryer in our bathroom came in handy.
Outdoor pool was nice.
Location was pretty good, lots of places to eat nearby as well as a New World supermarket not too far away.
A few downsides, no full length mirror, and only one in the bathroom at that.
Second bedroom was so small I had to put my suitcase in the wardrobe as it wouldn't fit between the bed and the wall.
Had to ask for a new Wi-Fi password every day and log in again. Quite frustrating when you wanted to look something up but forgot to ask reception for the password whilst you were down there.

Bathroom small, shower is over the bath and doesn't have a handrail, there is a heavy glass shelf in the shower area.The toilet is hard to flush and there was no grate in the bathroom sink so any small item could fall into the drain.

A.We had a 2 bedroom room with amazing views on the upper floors. But the place is getting a little dated. The sign-in process is very poor and service is not great. First everyone in the group had to find and present a photo ID which they then took away and photocopied. Then they came back and took the payment for the room plus 2%. Then they took a second payment of $75 as a bond for damage. All while other people were waiting. Not sure what they expect but it does mark this place as a down-market hotel that still costs a lot.
A.Our view was pretty awesome when we arrived at night! The Sky Tower looked amazing! During the day, it was nice to see the harbour as well.
N.Room view and facilities excellent. Awesome location but elevator need attention with cleaning, wet floor people coming from pool etc
A.I had 7 nights here and the experience was great. Sure, I didn't get a harbour view but what do you expect from a third floor window?
Apartments were well appointed with good size fridge, washing machine, dryer, dish washer. stove and microwave. They were well serviced and staff were friendly and helpful.
T.Beautiful small space studio. Has a washing machine and dryer in own rooms. We paid 120 for the 1 night we stayed there. Believe it should have been cheaper as we have stayed at others more bigger with 2 queens and more elegant for alot less including full buffet breakfast. But the service was excellent!!!!

The view from our apartment was incredible... 5 out of 5 for view! The apartments was nice, good size and had everything we needed however the bed was extrememly uncomfortable, there was dirt marks and scratches all over the walls and the room didnt have a safe for valuables (big let down as an overseas tourist with a passport). Overall we were happy and would recommend to others 😊
A.Excellent view. I stayed on the 37th floor and had a sea facing room so the view was indeed nice. All amenities are available in the room. Everything is available in close vicinity to the hotel. Alcohol grocery shops etc are right next to the hotel. Plenty of food options as well

V.Great location, awesome view from Harbour view room. Good facilities in room. No air conditioning apart from upright floor fan. Very noisy when windows or doors open so either quiet but stuffy or noisy and some air!
T.My family and I stayed at the hotel about two weeks ago. The amenities need to be upgraded, in my opinion. The hotel for the most part is kept fairly clean. The hotel location is pretty good itself. The traffic is easy to navigate. The price is not justified at all.
M.Ideal place near the heart of Auckland. Near the Harbour, Auckland Bridge and Auckland Tower. Rooms are spacious with almost all cooking utensils. Some area like toilet needs attention. Value for money. Good for family willing to cook home food in the apartment.
J.Was upgraded to the 2 bedroom unit on arrival. A little worn in places but tidy and serviceable. Good sized kitchen/lounge area, and excellent shower pressure. Easy walking distance to Queen Street and Britomart, as well at the Skybus (airport) stops.
C.If you're staying in Auckland for a short period and want to look after yourself it's a great spot. Central to all the highlights in the city.

There kitchenette, laundry, ironing board, loungeroom and mini dining table. Not a 5 star hotel but very clean and tidy. Location was fantastic.

J.Staff are fairly nice. It has a heated lap pool and a basic gym. It's not the most glorious place but not a bad place to hole up in for $240 nzd a night... I hear Jan and Feb are expensive here and it's definitely the case from what I can see.
R.We booked 2 rooms for 4 people. Perfect location good view. Too tiny rooms . The ships leaving and arriving were very disturbing. Cannot get a goodnight sleep. From where my room was i hear people alking so loud.
s.Stayed here for 4 day's & it was just great had all the bits we needed if you wanted to make a dinner in your room & just chill & watch the world go by them book this place it was right in the middle of the town & easy walk to everything

Upon checking in, we experienced excellent service from the reception, and it remained throughout our stay for 5 days.
Balcony has a very nice view to the skytower. Studio has everything needed including tv, fan, kitchen, oven, microwave, kettle, washer and dryer, ironing.
It is at a very good location too, 20minutes to the airport and few minutes walk to Britomart train station and ferry terminal.
The only downside would be that some furnitures are quite old and need replacement.

S.The views are amazing - we had a 2 br apartment on the 36 floor and each bedroom also had a good view. The location is quite central but opposite strip shows and massage palours. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and gave us a tip for cheap car parking. The accommodation was small and only one bathroom with a shared toilet. It was ok but not 4 star accommodation.

Y.Noisy. The basin didn't drain properly and water came up from the floor drain into the bathroom. However the room a beautiful view and there was an incredible ice cream in shop next door.

S.I guess for the price it is decent, nothing flash. We turned up and done the paperwork, to then get our room and its already in use by someone else. 20 minutes of waiting at reception for them to find out what went wrong.
We did get upgraded to a Harbour view for the trouble, so that was good.
L.Not quite as good as previous stays. The toilet wouldnt flush went to reception to report and was told they would send somebody up.We reported this again still waiting
We also all 3 of us ended up with paint on our clothes no sigms on our part of the passage. A bit dissapointed as we had come up from the south with our grandson

G.Centrally located self-contained apartments in Auckland. Apartments are relatively modern with kitchen/ living room, bathroom & bedroom. As a tourist I could walk to most popular areas of the city without issue. Staff are nice & helpful & there's plenty of restaurants, bars & shops nearby.

M.We are two Aussies on tour and stayed 2 nights 20 and 21st October 2017. Our room 17b overlooking the harbour was great. Parking was on level upper ground access via a shared mall just past the front entrance and narrow lane. Office gives you key card to the roller door but you need a small sedan or small SUV- we had a Rav 4 that was ok. Room clean and tidy if you want downtown accommodation stay here. Parking is $30/day cheaper than Wilson parks close by.
D.Dont be fooled by wotif. This is not a hotel its an apartment building. Where the four and a half star rating comes from i dont know. When we arrived we were told the car parking was full, and this is in the middle of the cbd. Not convenient at all. Also after comparing some prices we found we could have had a much nicer known name hotel for $40 - $60 less. Wont be making this mistake again

A.Decent place, and cheap for the area and the quality of apartments. The gym is lacking and the machines weren't working at all when I stayed.
J.Great location. Next to Giappo which is famous for its ice creams. Easy walk to Britomart train station, harbour front, and Queens Street. There is construction going on across the road and next to Gaippo. Be prepared to wake up when construction starts.
