A.I will definitely stay here again. Alison, the manager is ver nice. She actually came to us and asking for feedbacks. Great apartment, very clean and the managers are very friendly. Really a great place to stay.
L.It was a clean, comfortable, nicely furnished apartment with everything we needed, close enough walk to the city but also quite peaceful being at the end of the wharf. The living area was spacious and great for a toddler who also loved the boats docking outside near the balcony and loved watching them cruise by on the water.
S.We stayed here for our wedding anniversary, it has a great view of the harbor and the harbor bridge, a beautifully furnished spacious apartment on the 1st floor with over 3 metre ceiling stud height, full kitchen facilities, bathroom was a little small but I could still maneuver in my manual wheelchair, I didn't attempt the small shower, and I couldn't get outside on the small balcony with a step down and the table and chairs, the bedroom was easily closed off with large shutters, the super king size bed was very comfortable. Parking was reasonable at $25 per day, cheap compared to Wilsons outside, it was easily accessible with lift access on the 3rd floor and very secure with card access only. Minimum stay was 3 nights, but the price was comparative to a nice hotel, even cheaper, and you get so much more for your money. To book in a daily cleaning/service was extra, but there's a washing machine and dryer for towels/clothes if required. A short walk or wheel into town, everything is at your doorstep. We will definitely be staying here again.
R.Outstanding view of Auckland Harbour from a well appointed appartment with secure/private access with a dedicated parking space. We were greeted by the owners who were very helpful and they made us feel welcome. Highly recommended as the views and location are perfect for a city break in Auckland.
D.We stayed in a beautiful apartment 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a full kitchen, dining area, lounge and all the amenities of home. We come here regularly, I can not say enough about the establishment, thanks to Alison and Graeme who were there to greet us upon our arrival, let's not forget Maureen and Roger, Bob and Glenys. Complimentary chocolate and bottle of wine, also milk, assortment of coffee, tea to use for your liking. Excellent location and view from the balcony overlooking the Viaduct harbour, Harbour Bridge, passing boats, ships, ferries and the occasional seaplanes what else can you ask for awesomely busy harbour a site to behold. Everything you want is in walking distances of your Auckland Waterfront Apartment, Restaurants, Bars, Ferry Terminal, Buses, Trains, the CBD, Skycity all in walk distance, there's always something for everyone to see.
R.We had a fantastic stay at AWSA. Awesome views of the Harbour Bridge, especially at night when it lights up. The apartment itself was very spacious, and well kitted out in the kitchen. Definitely recommended, and we will stay here again.
S.Great value for money compared to the Hilton nextdoor - pay the same price for a 2 bedroom apartment that you can get a studio room at The Hilton! Also love the breakfast starter pack, chocolates, and champagne that comes complimentary with the room. Highly recommend!

A.Such an awesome getaway location. I had the absolute best time here with my partner, close to restaurants and bars etc and had the best view of the harbour outside of our balcony. Will be visiting again soon.
V.The hostess was kind enough to show us around. Well kept and stocked. The huge balcony facing the waters and the bridge, from the 5th floor is a beautiful experience.

奧克蘭燦爛的夏日陽光和煦不炙人，日照時間又特別地長，將三面採光的三臥室公寓鎮日照得明亮通透，即溫暖又舒適。客廳的全景落地門讓我們同時飽覽海景及市景，稱之為無敵景觀房也不為過，光是遠眺天空塔及港灣大橋隨著晨昏的光影變化就令人大呼值回票價！
神奇的是，這裏的海風清爽怡人不帶任何異味，一個碼頭之外就是交通繁忙的港口卻充滿靜謐攸閒的氛圍。我們喜歡在藍幕時刻啜飲著主人凖備的迎賓香檳丶在客廳的音響播放手機中spotify清單的最愛歌曲丶和家人在陽台的野餐桌椅上或坐或臥一起享用晚餐，回想起來真是人生至福的享受。
親切的女主人協同她丈夫展現了紐西蘭人友善的待客之道，我們誠摯感謝他們在入住前後所提供的協助，並希望不久的將來能夠再度拜訪。

房間相當棒。 不過我十分不滿意你們透過agoda寄信給我的聯繫內容。 我在紐西蘭期間並無十分方便的網路，更不會時時刻刻確認我的email。 我來渡假而非工作，我不需要時刻的確認信件，關於你們提及信件內文要我提前聯繫，我都已經check in才看到你們寄的最後一封信。
能不能在agoda聯繫房客的內容，把真正重要的部分寫在第一段(關於需要先電話聯絡再前來這個部分)，或是加以highlight。你們練習的內文第一段根本是冗長對我而言就是無意義的住房要安靜的基本規範，看完第一段就不會再想看你後面在說什麼了。
我實在不是很滿意我因此被停車場罰款65 NZ。我是極為不滿的!!!
