Fantastic location. Lovely ambience with sunny sub tropical back balcony. Great breakfast. Large, clean rooms.Super comfortable beds, friendly hosts and we'll be back ...and telling friends that it's a great place to stay.

Just incredible!! I lived in Auckland for 5 years and had to leave due to work. Choosing Bavaria B&B was such an awesome decision. Me and my husband Ameya lived here for one night. Our host Robert took such good care in terms of showing me room options, having a friendly chat while breakfast and information regarding NZ as such. The room that was chosen was well lit and the interiors were incredible. It is so important to support local businesses during such hard times and if I happen to travel to Auckland again, I am going to book my stay here. Thank you team Bavaria B&B keep up the good work!!

It was wonderful to stay there and my little one really like this hotel. The room was quite, and clean. The hosts were super kind and friendly. The breakfast was great with coffee, egg, bread, and fruit. Location is good and I would recommend this hotel!

Lovely room, with great views. Good shower, quiet neighborhood and off street free parking. In the morning a breakfast of fresh fruit including strawberries and pineapple followed by scrambled eggs and bacon eggs and bacon made to order. All this for $124

We had such a great time here! The hosts are lovely and very accommodating. Take time in the morning to meet other travelers and swap stories. The bfast was delicious and the perfect way to start the day. It's nothing fancy, but more than enough. Our room was spacious and beautiful with a nice balcony - very clean and pretty. There was nice communal space downstairs and outside. Mt Eden is a nice little walk away as is a great brewery. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Had a wonderful stay here! They were very accomodating to us arriving late, extremely friendly staff and lovely family atmosphere. Rooms are lovely, and made us feel like very valued guests. 10/10 would recommend 😊

It was really great stay here! The ambience is cozy and warm, and the room was spakling clean. Host and his family stay in the house and all of them are so lovely and very helpful. Will definitely visit here again.

New operators Karen and Kenny are absolutely delightful. So friendly, and the little upgrades to the property are fabulous. The beds are so comfortable. Highly recommend.

Lisa was a great host. We were quite happy with the room. The bed was the comfiest ever slept on in a hotel. It was easy to stay warm during the chilly evenings. The facilities of hotel is very outstanding. Breakfast was good. Genuinely helpful and friendly, I am definitely going back.

This B&B was good location for pubic transportation to the city. Bathroom was a little small. The management were very accommodating. The breakfast was well presented and plenty of food. The fact that we were totally unhappy with the room did not seem to matter. There are always people to help you in the hotel. Amenities in room are very good. The bed was extra comfy to us. The rooms have very comfortable beds. Breakfast was amazing. I thought the location was great.

In terms of the room all well cleaned. The charming house is cozy, cute, and welcoming. The staff was more than welcoming and was very eager to help. The new owners and staff are lovely. We had such an amazing time at this lovely Bed and Breakfast. Close to services.

Not bad location; down the road from food places & a large supermarket on Dominion road, but a 20 minute walk from the bus stop on Mt Eden. The room was clean and morning breakfast was decent size (toast, cereals, eggs & sausage). Staff were really friendly too. Considering the price, I'd recommend Bavaria. More than enough for $160 a night for me & my partner.

The location really can't be beat. Parking is always easy to find. Hot breakfast with healthy stuff to choose from. Parking at the hotel was free for hotel guest. Plenty of lounge chairs for all. TV had a nice selection of international programming. I was incredibly impressed by the hotel.

I'm currently staying and enjoy the mixture from Hotel & B&B. Sophie & Robert (owner) are very friendly, breakfast with scrambled eggs, German sausage and a lot of more is great and the rooms are warm, cosy and very clean.I will come back next week :-)

Our room door would pop open (though 'locked') as the main door opened and closed and this, combined with the smell, made for a restless night. Lovely staff with a smile. Great location, right on the Hop On Hop Off bus line and within walking distance of Mt. Eden.

Love how clean and high quality the linens were. Also great breakfast spread! Highly recommended. Conveniently located near Eden Park Stadium and Mount.

Bavaria organised a late check-in, for which we are grateful. Breakfast is generous, the road is fairly quiet and there is guest parking. Whilst the walk up the hill (not steep) for Mount Eden, it's village and buses in the city is over 15 mins (the village longer) there are buses about 7 mins down Valley Road which also go to the city centre. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and reasonable value. The owner is very helpful and friendly. We would stay again.

Not sure how it offers a genuine kiwi experience. Very quirky in how it appears to operate. Mouldy shower curtain a bit suspect. Not alot of security around the rooms as none of the windows seem to lock. Over alll tidy and accomadting but for this type of b and b it needs more people character. It does have off street parking and is in a quiet neighborhood.

Nice friendly staff, buffet breakfast was great and you can still request for cooked breakfast like eggs or sausages. Room was clean and tidy also free wifi and free parking.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. The price is reasonable. The hotel is close to local shops, pubs and restaurants and is within an easy walking distance from the skybus route on Dominian Road. .

The Bavaria B&B has been estalished more then 20 years ago, so the hosts are very experienced in their services. The facilties are modern and comfortable and clean. The location is great as not too far from the inner-city, but still in a quiet residencial area.

Great place for a quiet nights sleep when working at Vodafone V360 around the corner. Nice friendly staff and a good comfortable room and bed. A great choice.
