B.Clean and tidy. Shower awesome. Aircon great. Good parking very central and reasonably priced. Cleaner very helpful but a lack of communication from reception.
G.Lovely welcome by Lady at reception. Super clean, quiet and the shower was divine! Free parking in a safe area, wifi and local eateries. I stayed here for work but if I was doing it privately I would stay also. Very comfortable indeed. Thank you so much.

What let the hotel down was no breakfast available and the annoying telephone system when the reception was not manned.
J.We recently held a training session here and the staff and management where most helpful, the facilities worked well and the accommodation, while basic , was quality , clean and comfy
if you need a quiet place to train and stay i can say this is a good place to start , and quality foods very close by
s.Rooms were smaller than advertised, there were thin walls and a man kept hacking up phlegm in the room beside us at 12am.
But there was water, and a nice shower (when nobody else is taking one because of water pressure).
A.Great location on the edge of Newmarket ,handy for shopping. Very friendly, helpful professional staff. Tidy hotel inside and out. The room I visited was well looked after. Quiet inside even though it's very close to Newmarket and main roads. There is also a popular restaurant onsite.
T.The personnel is above all expectations. I thought my room was very clean. Several bus stops near the hotel. Great to stay for family with little kitchenette. Arriving at the hotel, the front desk was extremely nice. There was fast internet throughout the hotel. I will definitely stay in the hotel again.
T.Generally a pleasant stay except for the food. Very comfortable amenities in the rooms. All the rooms are wifi free. The staffs in the hotel were extremely friendly. Being in the heart of downtown gave us the opportunity to explore the city. Hot breakfast was a great start to our day.
s.Can get noisy with people walking past your room. Also quite a bit of traffic noise. Lots of local takeaways. The breakfast was better than I expected well worth the money
A.Good for family vacation. Although it is not a 5 star hotel but it is clean and tidy. The location is also convenient. The one I got has 2 story and 6 beds, small kitchen, oven and microwave. Sincere and nice staffs.
J.Good location, ample parking, clean and modern rooms. The cafe staff and food are exceptional. Good conference facility for a small group. Unfortunately when searching for a toilet one of our group found the midday staff rude and unhelpful. Overall decent.
L.From the friendly reception to the pristine clean room and oh so comfortable bed, there was nothing to dislike. The bed was without a doubt the most comfortable I have slept in that isn't my own. It is right next to a railway line but I didn't know that until I saw a train as the new electric trains are very quiet. I was in a room closer to the railway line than the road and so traffic didn't keep me awake either. And did I mention the friendly reception? I would certainly stay here again. Thank you to the staff.

unfortunately alot of noise late at night from drunk guests and annoying kids speeding around on bikes in the hallways and carpark could of hit into someone. uncomfortable bed.

M.Great location and price. Rooms were much bigger than expected. Initially staff were great, rude awakening however at 6:50am on Sunday when the reception staff decided she'd ring all the rooms and see who had parked in the staff parking spot. Couldn't believe it. Other than that the stay was comfortable - the lack of sleep due to the phone call however left me feeling quite negative.
M.Good comfy accommodation kept neat and tidy and a great Buffett breakfast. The swimming pool and surrounding area looks very inviting. The staff are welcoming and super friendly and really go above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend this place.

M.Location is relatively central because Great South Road can take you to many different highway ramps and runs through many suburbs. Hosts are friendly. Room was supplied appropriately but a little cramped and bathroom had awkward shelf above the sink. Room was comfortable and bedding was warm enough.
T.Over all great experience t hotel. Facilities in the hotel were very good. The rooms are big to say the least. Front desk always willing to help. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The stay was definitely worth the price paid. It is walking distance to most of the attractions.

The location is at a walking distance from the market. The location of this hotel is excellent and very strategic.

T.I was there for a couple of nights. The price we got was surprisingly great for the season. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. I thought the hotel as a whole was incredibly clean. It＇s actually a motel under the best western brand.

X.Nice place to stay near centre of town. Good cheap food options nearby and westfield shopping not too fast away by car. Rooms clean and modern. Good parking and friendly staff.
C.The tables and chairs in front of units make the place look untidy, but inside the rooms and bathrooms are clean and nice. Could do with air conditioning in the room during summer.

k.Friendly welcome upon arrival, clean, modern good sized room. Tetra pak of milk as opposed to those annoying small milk pods. Coffee Plunger was a welcome surprise with coffee grounds supplied
c.If the pools was ready would definitely be a 5 stars but was good highly recommend 👌

a.The room is nice and good for an overnight stay. This doesn't have an elevator so if you have baggage that has to go upstairs be prepared for some exercise.
