H.Stayed over the weekend, was lovely. Had an easy check in and out. Didn't have to worry about being to far from places we wanted to go. Room was tidy and spaceous, would recommend if you are busy be out most of day and evening 😊😊
j.Very nice they gave us a great deal 4 the night we booked 2 rooms at the last minute and they could provide excellent clean tidy rooms nice and quiet considering were it is convenient location parking was a bit tight more to do with other people's parking skills or lack of defiantly stay there again👍

Beds were ok, pillows like powder puff! I like a firm pillow, so sore neck was my morning, but a few deep breaths and stretches helped. Shower was not clean and the rose needs a bath of CLR...
Nice and quiet otherwise. Good location for Newmarket and highway.
H.I booked accommodation for 5 thinking the rooms would be at the advertised site... the 3 bedroom suite is actually a house around the corner that’s been transformed in to a duplex. Our suite wasn’t even serviced and we find out that the property is also used as an Air BnB which we didn’t book it as. The hotel worker gave us no warning about any of this which is very annoying. Thankfully the property manager was extremely helpful and responded immediately to our concerns and went above and beyond to make things right. You’re a top man Matthew!! You’re the reason why I’ve given this a 3 star rating... upgraded from 1 star. The Executive director needs to listen to you and your customers.
