We had a fantastic stay here this week. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Very comfortable rooms, lovely heated pool and spa with a great pool side menu. The buffet breakfast has a fantastic array of food, the children really enjoyed the two chocolate fountains. This is my favorite place to stay in NZ and we will be back for another short break on a few weeks. FYI, you can also stay there for the day (by the pool..no room allocated) for only $50. It's a lovely day out with access to the pool, sauna and spa pool. Towels are provided and they have a fab pool side food and drinks menu.

Usually, my go-to hotel is QT. But wow! I think I have found my new favourite hotel that I would recommend to families and friends. From the valet men for the warm welcoming and greetings from one of the receptionists (Clara) apologies if I got your name wrong. Thank you for the late checkout complimentary. I really do appreciate it! Every employee I've encountered were so friendly yet professional. For anyone who wants a view of the city & sky tower - I do recommend booking their Premier skyline room. Worth every penny! Thank you again Cordis Team and I look forward to my next visit in the near future. Stay safe x

5 Star hotel with impeccable service. Kids well looked after by staff and the pool and spa facilities are some of the best around. The new Pinnacle tower has great city and water views from the higher levels.
S.
Fresh amazing food from everywhere, classy buffet dining experience, booking essential, 2 hours is plenty for dinner, covid pass and mask required. Parking available, totally worth it. I hear the midday spread has a special on at the moment.

My husband and I stayed one night in one of the new rooms in the Pinnacle Tower as a Valentine's staycation. The rooms were beautiful, clean, modern, with an amazing bathroom. Loved the rooftop pool, spa, sauna and steam room.

My family stayed here on Saturday night we had a fabulous time absolutely enjoyed everything from check in to checking out- vaccine passes were mandatory which gave me peace of mind. My 7 year old absolutely enjoyed the pool and yes the room service. I had the risotto my partner had the viel and fish and Chips for my son. Fantastic service and excellent food. For breakfast we dined at the eight which also provided great service and food such a lovely family treat. Thank you everyone at the Cordis in Auckland NZ we loved it

So I have stayed at the Cordis a number of times (maybe 5+) and usually I would say it is one of the best in Auckland. However this time it was not a great experience. Arrived on a Saturday and went into the room to find a loud stand alone ac unit was in the corner of the room, venting to the window which was cracked open. It was literally so loud we could not hear the netflix on my laptop so off the ac unit went. Then all we had to deal with was the outside noise... Here is the issue 1) they should have told us about it when we arrived. There was no heads up. 2) when we spoke to the reception desk there was no interest shown. I am only giving it 3 stars because of the breakfast and allowing us to book out at a later time. Certainly not a 5 star hotel and not a 5 star experience. Next time we will try elsewhere, maybe on the waterfront.

Amazing service, amazing room, would’ve been better if there was a few plates a few knives and forks and ideally a microwave and toaster. Was offered late check out for free, another great thing. Bushiri average menu bar. But the customer service was exceptional, better than any other five star hotel have stayed at, and this goes for the very cool temperature of the building as Wellers the ambient music they have playing and the beautiful chandeliers throughout. The lounge bar was beautiful and the cocktails and martinis very well made. Breakfast at there Kylie talked up restaurant Eight was surprisingly good and I would love to try that restaurant for dinner next time I stay there. Rooftop pool was cold in the morning so it may take time to heat up during the day, but the spa was nice and warm in the morning and they also offer condiments and have a bar available so it’s a very very pleasant experience you’ll start to finish. One complaint I do have as we left the Aircon on maximum fan and lowest temperature from the second we got there too the second we left yet we could not get the building to drop in temperature at all and spent a lot of the night waking up sweating and since this is recently renovated building it just concerns me that the Aircon either doesn’t go cold enough or there was something wrong in the room we stayed.

5 star joke! As comfortable as the hotel is it seems that the service is dropping to 3 star standards. It's anoying enough having remove the stickers stating sanatized for your convenience off the body wash bottle in shower, but worse to find that this and the conditioner are bloody completely empty anyway it was so much fun trying to find another in the bathroom dripping wet just to have a shower.
This all after ringing reception and asking for the complimentary wine to be changed to white and giving up waiting 45 mins for this exchange not to happen.
So after finally getting ready we went to front reception to complain in regards to no body wash and room service simply not exchanging the wine.
And left to have dinner and wine elsewhere.
Upon returning 2 hours later the wine and body wash were still not done
So as we went to the bar downstairs we re stated the complaint which they took on board this time if not with the individual man whom seems like a manager being slightly argumentative . Easily shut down with 1 comment you are a 5 star hotel and right now it feels like a 3. Not impressed
F.
best breakfast worldwide! yes, worldwide!
perfect service, wonderful rooms, excellent staff. I never ever felt better in a hotel. I will return when one can travel to Aotearoa again.
E.
Really enjoyed our break at the Cordis. Staff where extremely friendly. Facilities and room were very clean. Will be back again soon 😀
K.
We didn't stay overnight but stayed for the day.high tea and use of Chuang spa. Staff provide very high standard of care. Friendly helpful.
Food beverages of high standard.
All hotel areas of high standard.
A pleasure to spend time there.
Lovely to see it service so many happy guests.
Great vibe. 5star look. Beautiful
Parking included .

My partner and I were looking for a light meal and a nice place to dine. The food was great, and what's even more impressive are the staff. They really are the gems! It'll be my birthday tomorrow so they've got out a cute salted caramel cake with happy birthday message 😭 thank you so much 🤗 you've made me feel so special 🤗
B.
My partner and I stayed here earlier this year and it was AMAZING we took advantage of the Romantics package and it did not disappoint. We were very lucky to be upgraded to an Executive suite as it was our 5 year anniversary, the service was excellent staff were super friendly from the moment you walk in your greeted by Kev on the door and he is a great guy friendly and helpful an asset to the company. We dined at 8 and the food was delicious and there was plenty of it. We were very full after dinner and had a wonderful relaxing spa and use of the heated pool and sauna rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel a solid 10/10 we will definitely be back
C.
New tower rooms are lovely. The service was very good especially at the downstairs bar, highly recommend the Gin / Wine tasting experience if it's on.
S.
Great hotel but was specifically here to try the new bar inside for a work farewell - Our land is alive. There is a very nice and warm feeling to the place and love the design and layout. It is quite small inside but a bit more larger space outside area to enjoy with bigger groups. The staff are okay but I feel the service and professionalism can be better if I was to compare the level of standards for the Cordis hotel itself as a 5 start hotel. Wine is good and price is not too expensive for the options I had. I actually enjoyed it and will try it again in future.
K.
Absolutely amazing hotel, friendly and very helpful staff. The restaurant was divine, check in and out easy and efficient. Will totally be back to stay and to Eight with my family
K.
My happy place. Love to stay here, the staff are so lovely
M.
Came to stay for my daughters birthday. Lovely clean hotel. All staff are lovely, polite and helpful. They arranged a scavenger hunt for the kids and a gift bag on arrival. The pool and spa are perfect despite the rain. Would definitely come back it’s been fantastic. When we returned to our room after dinner our beds had been turned back with complimentary chocolates and our curtains pulled was a nice touch.
A.
Had the best stay this week! special mention to Terry who went above and beyond for us and make our stay sooo incredible, your a true gem! All the staff at the restaurant for breakfast were so welcoming, always remembered who we were and what our coffee orders. Lastly to the team at the concierge, you were fantastic as well! Couldn’t recommend this place more highly!
M.
Strict covid rules apply but the amazing staff and facilities still makes your stay a wonderful and relaxing one. Treat yourself.
J.
The staff at the Cordis represent the hotel beautifully. Very impressed. Friendly, cheerful and attentive. We took a Grab One deal and felt we got a nice 5 Star experience. Food was fun and the complimentary breakfast was a very nice touch. We will certainly be back.
M.
This is the best hotel in New Zealand. We have stayed here on many occasions and not once have we been let down. The rooms and facilities are flawless, but overall it is the staff that make this place special. When you are greeted by name and are treated like a friend you find it hard not to fell welcomed. I admire the team here and envy the management. You can teach staff systems and processes, but you can only ask them to genuinely care. In they hotel, they all care! Well done Cordis, it is always a pleasure to enjoy your hospitality.
썽.
We enjoyed Hitea! It was very good!!🥰❤️🔥
A.
A beautiful spot for a staycation especially in the new pinnacle tower rooms 😍
L.
Amazing service, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Every one of them was eager to make our stay Amazing. They made our daughter feel special too with a welcome pack. We cannot wait to stay again!
C.
Loved it beautiful rooms. Was here for a conference the food was delicious, bed comfortable and the facility was well cleaned. However there was a small amount of mould on the tiles in the shower.
J.
DEAR PEARLY - MY WIFE AND I WERE STARVING - THERE WAS NO FOOD AVAILABLE ON YOUR IN ROOM DINING MENU AFTER THE HOURS 2300. PLEASE CHECK YOUR MENU. WE EVENTUALLY HAD TO GET UBER EATS.
Slipped badly off its 5 star rating. Expensive hotel. Breakfast standard in 8 has really dropped. There is no food to order in the hotel after 11pm which is not acceptable at all. The old man who works the front door in a suit needs his behaviour checked. Over the top banter with taxi drivers makes this more of a fish market now. He appears to have an alcohol problem. We would not stay again.
A.
Cordis Hotel by far exceeded our expectations!! One of our BEST hotel stays ever and we have stayed in lots!! We used a Grab One voucher which was an amazing deal in itself. What really made our stay at the Cordis was the absolutely fantastic and friendly staff that we met throughout the whole of the hotel. From our initial contact with the perfect doorman, reception, bar and restaurant staff, everyone was so attentive and their service was 10+/10. Hubby and I were so impressed with everyone!!
Our room and it's cleanliness was perfect, couldn't fault. The breakfast and the Table 8 buffet was exceptional too! Every thing about our Cordis stay was 5 star plus!! Very highly recommend staying at this awesome hotel!

The Cordis is such a class act in every respect. The facilities are flawless, the attention to detail impeccable, and the staff could not be more genuine and happy! There is nothing left to chance. The staff presented themselves even before I knew what I wanted. The OCD in me appreciated that the bathroom tiles were exactly symmetrical, and the carpet pattern was centered perfectly on all doors and furniture.
I wish there was a rating above 5 stars...
H.
THE STAFF MADE IT BEAUTIFUL.. NOT THE FOOD OR THE AMBIENCE.. BUT THE STAFF.. THANK YOU CORDIS. MY KIDS AND US WE THANK YOU.. BEST FAMILY PACKAGE..
K.
Had our office party at Eight restaurants in Cordis. Great food and good overall experience.
H.
Been many times over last few years…. Amazing location for both good food and University and hospital access. Great hotel beautiful lobby and bar, helpful staff…. Surprised at last visit in mid- June….Could do with better housekeeping… dirty cups and utensils were total turnoff… some spot inspections and flogging would do good in long run! Just a thought if it reaches you Cordis team!!
Y.
What an awesome place with great people and service. My husband treated me to a birthday getaway and it was all I could have asked for and more. The room was great, bed comfortable, great view and amenities. The spa facilities are fabulous! I would recommend just for those! ❤️. My son also came for a short while and they gifted him a bag full of little goodies and entertainment.
One person to note was the bartender this evening (around 8pm) he was very helpful and even made my son his own 'cocktail' water with lemons and a cherry so he's not left out. My 3yo son insisted he goes to thank him and he gifted him a little Cody soft toy which my son won't let go of now.
Thanks for an awesome day and a half.
Merry Christmas and happy new year!

This hotel is absolutely fabulous. From modern, spacious rooms to incredible staff and facilities, there is no better place to stay.
What made it a stand-out though was the friendly, warm and incredible staff. They couldn't do enough to help me, and everyone from the waiters to the concierge, were so welcoming and wonderful to deal with. I've never experienced service like it anywhere else.
I also had the pleasure of experiencing the high tea, which I can highly recommend, and the delicious food from the room service menu. The salt water pool is also wonderful - warm and delicious to swim in.
It was a highlight of my trip staying here and I will definitely be back xx
R.
Stayed in the new wing. A great experience, hkw a hotel should be
L.
Perfect from check in to check out! Service was impeccable on all levels - Claire at the front desk was so nice and bubbly and perfectly introduced the hotel and its facilities, all housekeepers were polite and smiling, the boys at Our Land very friendly and proud to introduce their new bar (delicious cocktails, LOVED that all drinks are from NZ). Room, common areas and spa were sparkling clean, buffet breakfast probably the best I’ve ever had. Absolutely can not wait to come back for a staycation!
P.
Always a great stay! The rooms are lovely, the number 8 breakfast is always outstanding and the pool/sauna/spa is so relaxing and beautiful. Highly recommended! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
R.
Great customer service! And yummy food
M.
Great place, beautiful hotel and excellent staff. The breakfast at eight is amazing!! Lovely rooms and everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel
V.
Loved it.. Staff was so nice n welcoming.. Food was so delicious.. And doing 1 payment is so easy.. Will visit again soon..
C.
Enjoyed our stay tremendously, staff were very very friendly and helpful. Service with a passionate smile for the industry not a forced one. Glad to see all the staff enjoying their work place. Will be planning a large future event in Feb 2021 and looking forward to it.
T.
The staff were amazing! Penala at the door went over and above the call of duty with helping us to find parking. The room was so good 😊 and the maid, Nivina was super amazing 🤩 she helped us with everything we needed and when she couldn’t she told us who could. Great service! Thank you Cordis and staff!
A.
Me and family stayed overnight this weekend. We enjoyed during our stay with Cordis Auckland. Staff are very friendly & helpful, clean room and nice breakfast. We will come back again and highly recommend to everyone.
S.
Cordis is Great hotel for guests. Hospitable, cozy. The gentle background music of the harp complements the time over a cup of tea or coffee.☕🫖
E.
Stayed here for a mini honeymoon and loved every minute of it! We forked out for the Executive Room and it was amazing value for money, I cannot overstate that. The lounge access was excellent and kept us in wine and snacks with excellent service and lovely wait staff. The roof-top swimming pool is stylish, as is the herbal steam room and ice experience! The only downside I can think of is that the bathrooms, while modern, are on the smallish side. The room itself was fine though and the bed was super comfy! I honestly can't wait to come back and stay here again, hopefully on our anniversary.
A.
Service was pretty good, and while the concepts of Eight are good, some of the finishing meant value was an issue. Very good; the sushi, salad bar, butter chicken, and some of the meats. Disappointing: Italian section, The grill, cold potato gratin coffee.
S.
Nice buffet at 8 Restaurant. Just the dessert ran out quickly and had to request twice for it to be topped up as nobody paid attention to that section. Drinks service slow. The inhouse Wilson parking was easy to access as well as getting to the restaurant frm there.
J.
Over it was totally enjoyable from the time we drove in to the time we drove out.
The staff are super friendly and are willing to help where needed.
I felt well rested and refreshed to start a new day
Y.
A very nice hotel to stay in! The breakfast and Dinner buffet is out of this well with very good quality of food.
Staff are amazing and very friendly.
We felt very welcomed and comfortable.
Rooms were very clean.
Well done and we look forward to staying again!
D.
Superb service. Friendly attentive staff. Great breakfast buffet, as good as I have had anywhere.
M.
Good value with a GrabOne voucher. Otherwise, it was OK. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful but the rooms and food didn't meet our expectations as per its pricing and "5 star" rating
S.
Beautiful delicate food. Definitely don't eat before hand. Staff provided little boxes to take home what we couldn't eat, just in case you can't fit it all in.
l.
The entire experience we had from go to woe was magical. We stayed lastnight and we had the best time with our room for starters and then the service.
We went to 8 for breakfast and the food as exceptional. We used the pool and spa facilities as well and it was right up there. We are planning to return in September and October. Thank you Cordis satff and management
D.
I have to say I'm terribly impressed with this hotel. Staff, food, rooms, decor and amenities are first class. The executive club allows you the freedom to include all you can eat breakfast in the mornings and lighter treats 24/7. Have booked again and will book...again.
D.
This was genuinely an exceptional experience, and not just because of the rooms which are second to none, and the friendliness of the staff which again was exceptional.... The genuine stand out for me was the food glorious food! The breakfast and dinner buffet are outstanding... So much of a selection compared to literally any other place I have been to, and it is expertly prepared from the freshest ingredients.
There is no doubt that I will be back!
Thank you for a real experience!
Btw the photos I have here are meagre, I was so caught up with looking and eating I completely forgot to take any decent photos.
J.
Beautiful hotel from the moment amazing Kev greeted us at the door to the kids gift on arrival ( too kind ). We loved every aspect of our stay. The pool area a fave. Salt pool devine, amazing free spa services (tog spinner a winner too) . Brilliant breakfasts and so very clean and welcoming by ALL staff. THANK YOU for having us.
N.
The Our Land venue is great! Friendly staff and service with great local drinks in stock. Perfect place for some after work catching up or a function too.
A.
One of my favorite hotels. Great for resting after clubbing or a night out. The buffet breakfast downstairs at Eight helps with the hangover. A+
Their spa facilities are great too. Feels exclusive
M.
Facilities are complete and handy. Staff are all nice. I had a two bed room, bed was very comfortable. Just not much space.
B.
Loved the whole experience from the staff providing service with a smile, to the cosy rooms, the great facilities and the atmosphere on a whole. Definitely a place I would recommend.
T.
Enjoyed our stay here for our daughters birthday. Staff were friendly and made her feel special!! Loved the kids bags and activities. Rooms were clean and tidy. Easy check in and check out process.
Was hoping parking at hotel could be validated as it was 30 dollars overnight but I'm aware parking in the area are Wilson carparks
J.
Luxurious and tastefully decorated (stayed in deluxe room). Great gym, outdoor pool + jacuzzi. Buffet breakfast awesome, but flat whites can be better. Didn't try Chuan Spa (maybe next time). Kev gives the BEST welcome.
T.
Excellent service from the minute we left our car for valet parking. Checked in at 11.30am as we had our high tea booked in at that time and the concierge checked our bags into our room with no issues, high tea was lovely, chaun spa service was amazing as usual, lovely warm pool and spa and we got upgraded to the club lounge for free. Unfortunately we checked out the same day due to the change in Auckland Covid-19 alert levels (our decision) but highly recommend staying at Cordis!
H.
Amazing staff members including Fane and Ray who both had great communication with our team. Thank you all and we are looking forward working with you again and again

Tastefully redecorated, a touch of luxury throughout the hotel. Rooms clean and staff friendly and welcoming. In room dining delicious and enjoyed our high tea experience and also bubbles in the lobby lounge. Couldn’t fault our stay.
P.
Love the look of the male waiters. Fantastic service
C.
Amazing place to stay for some time away visiting a relative in the hospital. From the gentle smile of the doorman to the amazing room service and amenities. I will definitely stay again;)
M.
I love this hotel. Friendly helpful staff, nice room, good food, lovely ambience, love the pool, steam room, sauna, spa pool etc. All around a lovely stay.
I.
We just love this place. We have now stayed here 4-5 times and every trip has been wonderful. We always get a room that allows us access to the Club Lounge as it is such a treat to eat such great food, drink lovely wines and all with such excellent service. We pretty much have our three meals a day there in the lounge, which makes the whole experience a lot more affordable. i.e. sure the rooms are really expensive, but when you are not spending so much out on meals/drinks then it all becomes quite reasonable. We will certainly be back.
K.
An amazing getaway! The view from.the lounge was amazing, watch the sun set...deck outside bedroom with the other side (Beach side), Clean, extra pillows, TV/Sky all channels, Room.service efficient..Air con, such a nice plave to go if you want Q.T time with Spouse and a relaxing clean enviroment with good service from Consierge desk- Friendly staff which is always a Bonus!
J.
Excellent hotel, attention to detail spot on and so clean. Staff are so friendly, great outdoor pool, breakfast, one of the best I have had. I will definitely be back.😀
J.
Clean and tidy. Nice pool and sauna. Parking in the building. You must get the parkmate parking app. I paid $25 for 18 hours of parking. Get the app! The parking machine will drive you nuts trying to figure it out. App is easy.
t.
It was a real treat to stay at the Cordis over the past few days. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed having a meal at 8 . Food is top quality.
E.
One night in Executive Room with Club access to celebrate wife's birthday. Everything was excellent. Great value for money with Club lounge access for afternoon tea on arrival, canapes and drinks ( dinner) and breakfast all included. Staff were excellent. Best pool/spa facilities in Auckland.
C.
I really enjoyed seafood n meat bars. Everything else was same same.
I thought it was over priced lacked fresh fruit nicer bread options. Seating uncomfortable , navigation takes you to back door, parking, seemed chaotic.
A.
Went here for breakfast to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and it was a great start to our day! An amazing spread of all the items you'd expect at a breakfast buffet, but what stuck with us was the warmth of the servers and the display of good items. Just A bunch of small things that contribute to an overall improved experience.
T.
Lovely time, staff were great, the food in restaurant 8 was amazing.. only disappointment was no top sheet on the bed.. in a 5 star hotel I expect this.
L.
Excellent. Our Tea Expert Ashish was first class. His knowledge was wide and his attention to detail can not be faulted.
He arranged a special Happy Birthday treat for me which was fantastic!
A wow experience, and I will be recommending to everyone. Thanks
P.
This is the best place to come and unwind and relax, with steamroom, spa, sauna me and my partner just love it. With the fantastic service team it's a must, and we will certainly be coming back again👍🏽
J.
I regularly stay at the Cordis when I visit Auckland for business or a weekend away. The hotel never fails to meet our expectations with exceptional in-room amenities, beautifully appointed rooms, a great bed, excellent service and the best spa/rooftop pool in Auckland. This time we also got to experience the new casual bar/eatery Our Land is Alive. All the drinks available are 100% New Zealand, plus the food offering has a strong local flavour as well, including the ‘chups’! Great enclosed outdoor area with a fire as well. First time I’ve seen a sports TV at Cordis in a bar too! The new Pinnacle Tower of the hotel opens later this year which will make it Auckland’s largest hotel. I still think breakfast at Eight is one of the best 5-star experiences in Auckland. Enjoy your stay!
T.
Everything caters and revolves around providing a relaxing atmosphere topped with Class!
Def look to become a member n regular here for get-aways from a Stressful workplace with lè Wifè
A.
Great place for High Tea, the 8 restaurant is amazing. A perfect place for large conferences in The Great Room not to mention the 5 star rooms with a warm welcome at the door.
J.
Grateful to be able to travel here for over nine days on business. Reliable and friendly overall service with a decent outdoor pool for those early morning laps.
J.
From the time we arrived until departure, the service at the Cordis was excemplary.
The High Tea experience was memorable with staff knowledgeable in all areas of the tea varieties and food. The food was attractive and tasty even when meeting a gluten free request. A special treat celebrating our birthdays was presented to us and was a nice finish to a great experience
J.
My go to hotel in AKL. Friendly staff, great rooms and fab service. Spa and pool are great too after a day in a conference room.
R.
It's a 5-star upscale property with exceptional service. The location is fantastic with local eateries, laundry, sky tower at a walking distance. The rooms are immaculate with a luxurious feel. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet and dining experience were simply amazing. It was a truly 5-star experience. Highly recommend for stay when in Auckland.
K.
Absolutely love the roof top bar and the eight restaurant. So worth the price for the level of quality food and it's a buffet!! Only buffet I'll go to you cannot compare. Rooms are nice although dated.
M.
Former Sheraton Hotel, extremely nice course dinner and breakfast aswell. Rooms are a bit small, handy walking distance location to CBD and K-road. Ponsonby only basic fares by Uber.
C.
Highly motivated staff that meets your needs. Have been here several times and the quality is always five star. Food and beverage were top notch. Went with family and there was ample space for all of us. Also went with staff members who enjoyed their first time experience.
M.
Nice buffet restaurant, had a good time there
A.
Awesome location, great and cozy rooms. We were here for 3 days for a national conference. Bar can stack up more than what it's at, food is alright; needs work. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
M.
Is a nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Nice size gym. Decent pool. Nice lounge bar.
Plenty of food options near by, mostly small dine in or take away and plenty of Asian cuisine types.
I had to give only 3 stars as they lost my bag when I arrived and had u use surveillance footage to figure out which room they send it too. They did find it after about 3 hours and tried their best to look after me while I waited, it was just frustrating as it was my only chance to really use the hotel facilities. As it was a work trip the compensations offered were appreciated but of no use or personal benefit.
I would definitely stay there again regardless and when I do I will raise my rating.
F.
Had the high tea at Cordis after hearing great things about it...... over rated if you ask me. Tried to over complicate flavors, simple is always best I think. Presentation was great though.
Hotel stay was very nice, from kev at the concierge to claire at the front desk.
Wasn't a fan of the elevated bath/shower as my hubby was almost touching the ceiling while in the shower.
E.
My wife and I stayed here the long weekend.. The staff are friendly attentive and helpful.. The pool is fantastic we will be back for another break again soon
J.
High Tea at Chandalier Lounge is THE BEST!
J.
Beautiful hotel, staff was very accommodating and helpful. Went for a birthday celebration with hubby for one night in deluxe suite, bed was comfortable, had blackout curtains and decent size bathroom. Went out for dinner and came back to a turned down bed with chocolates on pillow , slippers left out and extra birthday chocolates which was a lovely surprise. Buffet breakfast at 8 restaurant next morning was fabulous so many options and a chocolate fountain! Definitely stay again, next time we will make use of the pool and spa facilities. Thank you Cordis.
S.
Outstanding team of staff at every contact point that any GM could be proud of, welcoming, pleasant, helpful, and made me feel valued. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms and excellent facilities were spotless, well maintained, and provided a fantastic and comfortable environment to stay in the heart of the city. Would recommend to everyone.
a.
Such a great place to spend our wedding anniversary, we will be back next year! Spa was fantastic and so were the massages!
C.
Wonderful. The staff are lovely and the service is exceptional. We had our 11 month old daughter with us and they accommodated all our needs. I loved the breakfast at eight.... the coffee was also exceptional. I couldn't rate it any higher or I would have!
S.
5 star experience, with one caveat. The lobby lounge. Our two times there we experienced them being extremely under staffed, and the staff that was there although very friendly were very inexperienced and mistake prone. The eight restaurant was incredible in every way! Elegant and modern room decor.
F.
We absolutely loved staying at The Cordis. Our room was spotless and we appreciated how they had an electrical adapter available for use and had a toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. The dinner buffet is EVERYTHING. The best buffet I have ever been to in my life. All the staff were very friendly during our stay. We would return to this hotel anytime.
R.
Good hotel. Rooms are very nice, but the service is what makes it outstanding. We had some trouble with the room ac and they solved it immediately. They’re all very polite and friendly. Breakfast was very good as well!
E.
Attended judges & law conference for two days at the Cordis. Facilities was great & food was good. Highly recommend attending events at the Cordis. I hope to return to actually stay at the Cordis one day.
D.
Like many hotels, the rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. There are small details like bathroom mirrors that dont fog, plugs for international travelers, etc. What sets this hotel apart from others is the staff. I had some issues that were ironed out quickly, and management made sure I was happy. The Concierge took special attention to make sure I got to the places I needed to be. Even the lounge staff made sure I was comfortable. I certainly did not expect this level of service from a hotel that was not high-priced. I can't think of a reason to go elsewhere.
A.
Lovely place to stay. Had a very comfortable sleep and lovely and quiet.
A.
The Lobby Lounge is exemplary. Fine food, delightful atmosphere. A little pricey, but it is Christmas.
If you appreciate - or hanker for - helpful, polite service, give them a try.
I will definitely return. I wish I could pay for waiters/waitresses from other restaurants to vist; and see how it's done.
B.
Leo and ashish were excellent, thought a bottle for glass pour was a bit dated and were excellent to grab another fresh bottle before serving. Super service and props to these two.
J.
The room was delightful. Great shower. All usual amenities. Ran out of time to have High Tea but it looked spectacular. Had dinner at 'Eight'. A great concept but $100 is over priced for what is available. Although the seafood was abundant that evening the rest of the kitchens were adequate. We did have room service breakfast. Also massively overpriced. Food was tasty enough but the sausage was a little tough as were the pancakes but the eggs were beautifully poached. You can not fault the service in this place though. From the valet when you pull up, through to housekeeping and everyone in between; it was nice to feel tended to by people who seemed to want to not because it's their job and they have to.
B.
Sensational,I had such a great time .the food is next level. Service great.last I came they were doing renovations which was a pain in the arse but its all paid off. Thanks guys.

One of the greatest hotels I've ever stayed at so far. Easily the best dinner buffet I've ever had at 8 restaurant; it's honestly worth starving yourself all day and paying for it. Staff is absolutely top notch all around. Breakfast buffet is again beyond reproach. Rooms are cozy and exceptionally clean, wonderful hygiene products. We could not be happier with this choice.

I've stayed with Cordis in the past when it was previously known as 'The Langham', Im going to say I do miss the original decor but thats person preference. It's still beautiful tho.
The doorman (I think his names was Kev? Kevin?) was the favourite part of our stay, he is so lovely and we where actually sad having to leave because of him. Every time we encountered him he made us feel so welcome and special, even having some good chats with us as we waited for our rides etc... You can tell he genuinely loves his job and the people. Me and my partner can feel a bit out of place because of our outward appearances sometimes, but he made us feel welcomed and comfortable, even showing interest in us.
With our stay we also had High Tea, me and my partner have a few dietary requirements and everything was catered too. In comparison to my previous experience with high tea's, the food was a little subpar, aside from the deserts! They're amazing!
But the overall experience of hightea is always worth it to me, especially in such beautiful settings.
Our server was so lovely! We cant remember her name sadly, but if management is reading this, she was a young asian lady with eyeliner and she was very friendly. She deserves a raise, she was genuinely so kind and funny, probably relating to us a bit more as we where around the same age as her which was nice. We where celebrating a birthday and where brought over a little cake and card which made the experience a little more personal and special.
Now for the downsides -
I do feel like its changed a little since changing to Cordis from The Langham (even tho they're still owned by them). The previous times I stayed I recalled the there being a nice selection of body scrub and so on from the spa in the bathroom which was really nice. Now its just 'normal' hotel things, which made me a little sad because with previous stays it made it feel like a true 5 star experience.
The bathrobes where really hard, and the room service menu was quite disappointing in comparison to other hotels we've stayed at which arnt '5 star' :(
When we arrived we both had heavy bags and weren't offered for them to be taken to the room, but as we checked out we saw multiple people checkin with much less baggage being taken.
I was also sad that Eight restaurant wasnt available because of construction, as that was always a highlight of the stay previously.
But thats out of their control.
All in all our stay was really made by Kevin the doorman and our Hightea experience.
We decided to book as they had a special which included quite a bit, we're considering rebooking for our upcoming anniversary so hopefully there are some more great upcoming offers as it really is worth it when they have those on offer.
Im not sure we'd stay again if it was just for a basic room because I was a little letdown with everything else, but the small things do slightly makeup for it :)
If you're wanting to experience something different or celebrate a special occasion hightea is definitely worth it.
Thanks for a great weekend guys :)

This was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. The room was just right...spacious but not ridiculously big. The bathroom was beautifully fitted out. The pool and jacuzzi area make this one of the best places to stay in the city and the service was impeccable. Overall I can't rate this highly enough.
N.
Good place for a conference, food was average though. Otherwise, clean place with friendly staff. *edit: I would like to clarify that it was the food provided for the conference by the hotel that wasn't great but it was ok. Hotel still did a great job otherwise.
M.
The service facilities and amenities are 5 star. Staff is very accommodating and punching heavily above their weight. Not to mention wet got a free upgrade to presidential suite which was in a league of it's own!
N.
Fabulous Club lounge staff, breakfast amazing and evening drinks and food well worth it!! Can't wait to go back
M.
Absolutely loved my stay. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating to anything you need. Will definitely be back!
F.
We've never had a staycation before and we're now a big fan. Maybe it's because Cordis has everything from food to pamper treatments galore! Our favorite hotel in Auckland!
g.
Bedroom size is decent and has a luxourous feel. Although the room has herbal tea, there was only instant coffee. Lots of TV channels. Service at check-in was very good. Breakfast had a good selection to choose from in the buffet. Overall the hotel is very good but there is a great choice in Auckland.
K.
Spent the weekend there for my best friends hens. We also had high tea, which I loved. I extremely love the customer service. They were 100% on point. Lovely hospitality, great food, great hotel room, great pool, great view. Everything is basically so close to the hotel, taxi, bars, cafes, resturants, etc... I loved everything about it.
E.
Great hotel experience, the room was clean, we had everything we needed, lots of channels to choose from on the TV and exceptional service especially by Frederich the concierge, she helped us so much! The courtesy shuttle bus is very convenient and we also had a great driver who very helpful. We did the first ever walking tour provided by the hotel which is free and it was amazing, you learn about the history of K Road, visit art galleries and food and drinks are included, highly recommend it.
J.
Have just had a fantastic meal 🍴 in Eight! Best I have had in a very long time! Gave my congratulations to the Chef in person, who seemed very touched by my compliments. A lovely hotel and staff. Thanks to all for a great stay to celebrate 🎉 35yrs marriage and special birthdays.
R.
The bed in this Hotel is to die for! We have been to this hotel a couple of times and we love it! The guys at the Concierge there are very helpful, Ken is a magnificent person and very professional. There is this friendly guy with the white beard, I forgot his name sorry, we loved seeing him there, talking to people, helping others, great service, we hope to see him again next when we are back there. Thanks guys, amazing hotel.
P.
We had been to 8 a number of times and had always loved it but last time we went there for dinner (a couple of months ago) and there were a number of people wearing tshirts, grubby old shorts and jandals and a number of children running around almost knocking people over and putting their hands all over the food on the displays and putting their hands into the chocolate fountain while the staff just stood by, a huge disappointment and not the relaxing, enjoyable or even slightly romantic experience we were always happy to pay well for previously. So we decided to try the high tea, now that 8 is not an option anymore. The staff were wonderful and our waitress, was very, very lovely and attentive. The food was beautifully presented and the experience was lovely. The food wasn't all to our taste but there was more than enough and a huge range within the set menu. There was also a huge range of beverages, including teas. On the whole it is beautifully done, well presented and served by a lovely team of staff. Definitely a step up from 8 now. The atmosphere was lovely, once the very loud drums from the wedding reception at the hotel died down. Oh and be aware they do not do valet parking now so you need to park at the tiny, difficult to negotiate paid wilson parking nearby which does have an elevator which takes you into the back of the hotel building.

Cordis 8 restaurant
Friendly Staff, service was great!
We were there for anniversary and they made a little cake for us :)
That was lovely, thank you so much!
Everything was amazing, we had a great night. Food was enjoyable with various international food from 7 countries.
J.
Amazing service and range of foods to eat. Known for their seafood selection, I at the beginning thought it was only a seafood buffet, but they in fact have an Italian, Indian, Chinese, Japanese and American section. The waiter and waitresses were very polite and served us very well, attentive and friendly.
M.
Stayed here for 2 nights and was blown away by everything. From the room to the bed, pillow menu, service, high speed Internet, Sky TV, food, spa and gym I've never had such a relaxing and comfortable stay anywhere. Would recommend, thank you to everyone at Cordis for making us not want to leave!
R.
This must be one of the best buffets in Auckland. Excellent standard of food outstanding selection. Very busy so food always seems very fresh. They cook fish and meat while you wait. Reasonable wine list. Paper towels in the toilet ran out!
R.
A great place to stay when I'm in Auckland. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The food is always incredible.
T.
Went there for end of year Christmas break up, had shared drinks a buffet meal and music organised by my employment.
The decor was pleasing to the eye and the Hotel service was fantastic, unfortunately the quality of their buffet food was slightly dry for my liking and I'm talking lamb, chicken, pork & ham, can't speak for everyone though. I didn't stay the night, a bit out of my budget I'm afraid.
M.
Absolutely stand out service from the staff.
Showed desire to make sure you were looked after but in way felt forced or fake. Very genuine people.
Whilst certain aspects of the rooms decor were a little dated, but the room was well kept, of a decent size and had plenty of character.
D.
Nice hotel
Especially Restaurant is very good. They had some great buffet with a big variety of choices over different kind of food and kitchens.
Staff is friendly and helpful even with recommendation for other restaurants and bars in town.
Highly recommended for business travelers
Internet speed is good for a hotel and rooms are comfortable.
Unfortunately you can’t turn off the ventilator in the bathroom which is noisy
J.
The service here was amazing, with well informed and highly attentive staff. The hotel as a whole is well maintained, and the facility’s are top grade. The location is perfect to easily get around the CBD, and even has a free shuttle bus for guests to use. I highly recommend the pool and spa facilities, they are lovely! And the food here is even better, especially the breakfast buffet.
N.
Great accommodation would have been 5* but let down by our food experiences in 8 restaurant. Extremely slow service (40 mins for breakfast)
They claimed it was busy in the kitchen!!
Also served a beef curry as a vegetable curry!!
Not impressed!!
But love the hotel rooms and pool etc - please sharpen up ei8ht.
B.
The Cordis is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The night buffet was outstanding. All the meat was cooked to order and the variety was amazing. We walked around the area and they offer a free shuttle so you can see many things.
S.
Awesome hotel and hospitality! Luxurious comfy and located in the vicinity of all the Auckland city life attractions.
T.
Fantastic hotel, awesome staff, great food and room. No real King beds though, which isn't what is inferred on their website, only singles pushed and stepped together, mildly disappointing. But they have a pillow menu which I was all about.
K.
Beautiful place, staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful especially Kev at the door, such a sweetheart from the moment we arrived
D.
We were there for high tea to celebrate my birthday. We had a lovely time, staff were brilliant. I had a lovely surprise when our waitress presented me with a slice of cake with happy birthday on it
U.
Wow karma what can I say, the service is over the top, we had breakfast included and the breakfast was simply marvelous! The gym and the swimming pool are absolutely fantastic, it's walking distance from most areas around Auckland where you would like to go. All in all, I cannot complain it was just one of our best stays in all of New Zealand
m.
Had high tea not as good as some other ratings indicated, was good but not great better atmosphere in other locations as well as better high teas. A little let down when arrived by lack of attention by staff on phone had to "discover" our table by our selves as told by the busy staff member. We moved 2 minutes later as the first seat
really wasn't comfortable for us. Took 30 minutes from arrival to get tea and the food. We weren't rushed but that was a bit long. The sweets basically all tasted the same with minor variation on a similar theme. The egg sandwich was nice. But really just adequate as a whole wont be returning there are much better places than this.
K.
I arranged a high tea at The Cordis Lobby Lounge for a girlfriend’s baby shower and several friends and family. On making my initial enquires I found the staff to be very helpful. However there booking policies are quite formal and restrictive and you must pay a deposit in advance for large groups. They also have a strict one bill policy so it is left up to the organiser to collect monies from guests and pay themselves, a fact I found pretty antiquated and laborious as the customer bringing in several hundred dollars of custom.
There were some food allergies in our group and they were accomodating for this. On the day one of our group came down with a cold (it happens!) but instead of getting a cash refund (less the deposit of course) The Cordis offered her a gift voucher, which felt pretty unscrupulous really. People need their money these days, not gift cards to hotels they may never visit. It definitely left a bad impression with me and I probably would choose to try elsewhere next time.
The food and dining experience was very good. I thought the wait staff were well informed, groomed and polite. The food was a little under whelming for the price. The savoury options were delicate and small and we agreed it was too sweet heavy with slices, scones with jam and cream and a beautiful chantilly tart, which a few people couldn’t eat they were so full. The bread for the sandwiches was stale and had perhaps been out in the air for too long. The tea selection was fabulous, I chose the Lobby Lounge black tea blend which was a beautiful Assam blend.
All in all a lovely way to spend an afternoon with friends, but the booking process/payment took the shine away.
J.
Lovely lunch - food amazing. Two comments re service - had to ask for drinks menu 2x and they took their time coming! Also had to ask for table to be cleared of used dishes. The table staff seemed unsure of their roles. No complaints - just comments. 😁
A.
Absolutely beautiful. The Cordis is a well earned 5 star hotel with amazing staff and an awesome traditional style chinese spa located onsite. Heated outdoor pool and spa at a balmy 27 and 38 degrees respectively is an absolute treat in the middle of winter. Food is on point as well.
M.
We went for the Table 8 lunch buffet. A bit pricy but worth to go. The food is quality and has variety. All the flavors i wanted in one meal was there. Excellent service too with a smile. Thank you.
K.
Concierge are informative and helped book all my meals during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, only complaint would be the shower water pressure was low. Prices are reasonable counting the top service. Location is quite quiet though, shuttle to the waterside helps.
J.
5 star rated hotel in NZ. Great service by the staffs. Bears a bit of classic feel as a semi historical location and feel to it. Facility is 4 star equivalent in international standard. Enjoyed my stay and recommended though.
K.
All facilities were excellent. Nespresso in the room was awesome. Who wouldn't like a decent cup of coffee in the morning? Breakfast was awesome. Planty of food choices. Friendly staff. The only issue was with the room. It was dusty. I could smell dust from the bed and from the curtains. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very low. Not that it bothered me a lot, but worth mentioning. Other than that, it was all good.
K.
Lovely food of all sorts. Highly recommend you get food freshly cooked as some items are not as warm as one might like.
B.
Very nice accommodation but over priced. There are other places that have better interior decorations and nicer feels. Perhaps the room that I got was a bit tired and dated. However, it is clean, neat and tidy throughout.
Would I go back? Maybe.
Cleanliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ out of 5.
Comfort: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ out of 5.
Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ out of 5.
Room decor: ⭐⭐ out of 5.
Would I go back? Maybe.
Have a look at the 36 0 photos that I taken and make your own judgement.
G.
Nice well kept hotel, rooms are on the smaller side in my opinion, the food is good and there is a good selection of wine and beers. The car parking is poor, for a hotel of its grade there should be suitable parking for a lot more than what's available on site. I had to spend the week parked across the street and paid $40 a day for the privilege.
L.
Beautiful beautiful hotel! We stayed at a suite, which was elegant and spacious. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The food and drinks selection at the lounge upstairs was good, so we didn't get to try the breakfast downstairs. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
G.
Well presented hotel. Visited for a conference. Top notch halls with really good acoustics. Staff were polite and helpful and had a great attitude. Food was amazingly good, especially the smoked beef which was soft, juicy and tender.
W.
Amazing service in the bar/restaurant! Cannot recommend highly enough. The staff were so attentive and took special care to entertain our children. The best service I have ever experienced, I cannot speak highly enough of them!! I will be back. The food was also delicious :)
A.
Pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for!!! The breakfasts are incredible, the pool and spa area is great and the rooms are exactly what you expect from a top hotel.
L.
The best 5-star I have ever... anywhere...stayed! I could NOT get into the Cordis or go up the elevator without my card. I felt so secure! The bar was elegant with people in formal Wear or normal wear. The restaurant had delicious meaty bacon, fresh buffet that my hubby loved. I felt so pampered.
G.
Expensive, premium hotel which is lovely, but disappointing stay. Issues with construction noise (to be fair we were able to change rooms, but the original room should not have been booked) and bar staff were hopeless - we stayed on the night of a large function and attempted to grab a drink and some bar snacks from the lobby bar. One lady gave us menus for table service then when we attempted to order, some officious little fool came over to say we would have to queue behind all the event guests if we wanted anything. Not good enough for a premium hotel. We went over the road to a restauant.
R.
My bridesmaid booked 2 nights stay for my wedding. The best wedding gift, the rooms were decent size for what you pay. The staff very efficient, I called room service so many times for little things and they delivered to my room within a short time of calling. I ordered room service for breakfast, it was served hot and with fresh brewed coffee. The lobby had a nice chandelier and front office staff was friendly and helpful.
E.
Came here for a conference. The foyer feels a bit old. However, the service is top notch. Plenty of toilets, they are very clean.
Food is so so, maybe it is because of budget.
The conference is in Crystal room. It can accommodate 250 audiences. The projectors are powerful and we can see the slides clearly from the back. Audio is not too loud but very clear.
So, Cordis a good place for conference. I would recommend it.
L.
Amazing service! The bed and bedding makes it hard to check out! Would highly recommend
A.
Why would you stay anywhere else?!
An absolutely beautiful hotel!!!
The facilities are incredible and very well maintained. The buffet breakfast options are endless, there is something for every tastebud. The staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. They were always smiling, happy and ready to help. The location is a little bit out of the way but the hotel offer a great free transfer service to Customs St. I felt very safe and comfortable for the duration of my stay. I'll definitely be back!
P.
We had an amazing 1 night stay at the Cordis to celebrate a friends birthday. We received a free upgrade to an exec suite - pure luxury.
The staff were all so friendly and helpful.
Would highly recommend!!!!!
p.
Treat yourself, and indeed your better half, be it a high tea, or at number 8 restaurant, relax and enjoy, or book in for the night, and get a room on tje club floor, indulge in a selection oh finger foods, wine, beer, and tea.
T.
Average food, but I understand why the premium prices.
One of the sushi chef was so unfriendly, he needs to work back of house.
3 stars is for the average food and the fact that I don't like buffet, as there are always better food elsewhere than buffet.
A.
We went to "Eight" during lunch time. It was quite busy with locals and some tourists having lunch. Each table has its own dedicated waiter. The waiters service are amazing. The food taste was amazing and lots of choices from seafood station, meat station, salad (u select the ingredients and they will make the salad) and dessert station.
S.
One of my favourite hotels in Auckland. I was part of the crew for several business events and enjoy the atmosphere in "The Great Room". Also the service of the staff is very courteous. One member secured my bike very well while I was attending an event. Awesome!
T.
A very good location and safe. Quickly upto the room 7th floor. Shuttle bus to the city was good. All staff went over and above to ensure you really felt welcomed. The staff kindly sent my bikini (which was drying) back to London as I had forgotten to take it when we left.
A.
Very good service: I had asked for an additional power adaptor, it was in my room 10 seconds later. The concierge was quite knowledgeable about the local food scene and made great recommendations. It's a nice walk to city center, but if you are feeling lazy, there is a hotel shuttle that runs on a schedule all day. The bathroom is a little small, but adequate. The hotel has a very nice saltwater pool that's heated, as well as a jacuzzi - highly recommended.
J.
Staff are always so lovely and friendly, always feel like royalty :) they make a mean mocha! But the construction means no brekky buffet and is a bit loud. Will be finished it september though
W.
We went to The Cordis to spend Christmas Eve with family. Great staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely room well appointed had everything we needed. Went to Lobby Lounge to have a coffee, bit disappointing as had to order from the dessert menu to get cake. When we had finished we were given a dish of nibbles, free of charge, needn't have bothered ordering cake.Very expensive slice of chocolate brownie. Went back to lounge for drinks before we went out for dinner, all ok, chatty waiter. Had lovely breakfast on Christmas Day, at 8 restaurant, lots of choice. At times we felt they needed more staff in Lobby Lounge, as you waited quite some time to get what you ordered. All in all a good experience and would go back.
C.
Perfectly adequate hotel. Nice fittings and good gym but not pool or hot tub. Location is a little ways out of the town centre but they offer free shuttles every 30 min. Just beware during rush hour. The traffic is terrible so the shuttle only operates once an hour at this time.
N.
Eight is a great restaurant with great variety. There's a friendly atmosphere with constant drink refills and table clearing. The chefs at the various restaurants are always smiling and happy to customise meals to cater to what you like. Would recommend visiting for a special occasion.
E.
Lovely, clean and recently renovated hotel in a good location! The staff was very helpful and they kindly left us a box of chocolates when we mentioned that we were on our honeymoon. The only downside is that the water pressure in the shower was rather low...Very good experience overall!
Y.
I love this hotel, the service and the hospitality are amazing and they always make you feel super comfortable all the time from the front desk, breakfast staff to housekeeping. It have been 3 consecutive years coming for our anniversary and we couldn't change anything. Thank you so much!!
m.
Luscious! Beds were like sleeping on a cloud. Pool was smaller but clean and plenty of lounge chairs. All the staff were helpful and I especially loved all the little amenities like the teeny tiny toothpaste! So happy we stayed here!
A.
My visit at Cordis was wonderful. The customer service was the best I've ever experienced. If you ever needed something from housekeeping, it was delivered in minutes. The reception was always friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure you experienced only comfort. I also dined at the restaurant Eight and there was a very small mistake to my meal. Molly was in charge of my section and she brought me some beautiful slices of fruit free of charge while I waited for my meal. She was incredible. The whole experience of dining at Eight was wonderful because of her. She's an asset to the restaurant. The rest of the hotel is immaculate and beautiful. The Cordis continues to be my favourite hotel because it continues to go above and beyond for their customers.
F.
The best hotel in Auckland, all the staffs are very helpful !
The room was very comfortable and clean, decorated in a very good style!
We have a wonderful vacation here!
Will come back soon!
K.
Overall not too bad. Nice decor. Parking arrangements poor for a 5 star hotel. Water pressure a little weak and ran out of hot water at one stage. Room service was expensive for small amounts of flavourless food but the presentation was nice.
J.
The Cordis was very comfortable hotel. The interior has been redone recently and it looks very chic. The service was unbeatable and all of the staff were very friendly and approachable. The breakfast buffet is extensive and offers choices for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.
L.
Will definitely be back. Eight restaurant was off the chart. We tried 14 different meats on top of the bottomless oyster bar. Rooms were nice and the use of the pools, sauna and steam rooms were included. Do the escape package for awesome value.
N.
Excellent choice to stay in, my experience revolved mainly around the pool and restaurant facilities. Service was superb and the restaurant offers a unique gourmet buffet dining experience where you're able to select from a number of different cuisines and communicate directly with the chef as they cook.
M.
Stayed for one night with a friend. The entire experience from checking in to leaving was excellent! We were upgraded to a room with 2 double beds instead of 2 single beds which was great.
The pool and jacuzzi were at the perfect temperature too, with both being a significantly less busy after 6pm (closes at 10pm).
Buffet breakfast was excellent, with smoked meats, eggs made to order and heaps of other options.
Each room comes with a smartphone which allows you free data and calling outside the hotel, this was a great touch.
Will certainly be back
A.
I went for dinner, the Eight Restaurant is a buffet filled with Western, Indian and Japanese Cuisines. The food quality is great ($98 pp!), you can get your favorite meats done in various quantities and how much they are cooked. The staff are very friendly (The receptionist had a strong French Accent!), and they will valet your car for $45 Dollars. Japanese chef was really kind and they will cut on the spot if the piece you want is not there.
Do take note that in dinner you have to finish your meal before 7:30 or extra charges will occur. (2hrs of Buffet)
P.
Rooms were spacious . Pls see attached photos . Staff extremely friendly . Kids were treated to a free ice cream , proper gourmet ice cream . That’s really a nice touch !! Also love the dining — wow , impressive (see photos ) Keep up the goood work .
L.
We were overwhelmed by our recent experience at The Langham. I had booked a suite for our anniversary and upon arrival was told we had been upgraded. To our delight and surprise we had put in the best suite in the Hotel (The Royal Suite) The suite was amazing! With the upgrade we had use of the facilities in the club rooms, which included drinks and canapes and a very tasty breakfast. The service during our stay was excellent, the food was also fabulous. I would highly recommend The Langham and will definitely be visiting again
S.
We didnt stay with you. 4 adults came for lunch at Eight.. we were definitely underwhelmed.
We have eaten there a couple of times previously...and found the food this time to be average for the price per person.
It was a special day for one of the members of our group...and sadly we felt let down..
K.
Service in the restaurant was very poor.
Food was good.cancelled our dessert and left due to long wait.
M.
A very pleasant place to stay. Everything is of a high standard from the service to the rooms. I felt the bathroom could have been a little bigger in the standard room. Wifi is excellent. Also if you are going with room service get the cooked breakfast. The eggs are great. Watch the prices in the main restaurant. Can be pricey.
A.
went there for the dessert buffet (:
M.
Awesome gym. Has a bus that takes you downtown and back every 30 min. Nice beds. Lots of local restaurants nearby. I’ve stayed here at least a dozen times in my travels.
R.
Rooms have been updated well, and they are spotlessly clean with good facilities. The staff are friendly and the hotel is in a good location. A quick walk around the corner leads you to lots of dining options. A brisk half an hour walk will take you to the lower end of Queen Street. Uber drive to Spark Arena is around $8 - great value for concert goers.
J.
A very good experience had here. Quite a fancy place, the restaurant is great and the bar is quite nice too, they had a harpist playing when we were there, a really nice touch. The rooms are nicely furnished and their customer service is very good. Great location, two mins walk from Upper Queen Street and located on Karangahape road, close to all the main attractions that Auckland city has to offer. Adjacent to a multi level car park, you never have to even set foot into the elements to get to your car. Great place
T.
I booked the night before on hotel's website and was surprised to get a very reasonable rate with daily credit so of to a good start. The best part of this hotel is the staff. We liked the fact they had a courtesy coach but we chose to walk into town for a look around.
C.
Everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. We were well taken care of from the moment we arrived. We tried the High Tea which the hotel is known for and once again expectations fulfilled. The hotel is a bit away from downtown but a regular shuttle takes care of that.
J.
The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Slightly dated rooms but I guess that's their style. Helpful staff but nothing is free. I would recommend staying for business but it was nothing out of the ordinary for the money we paid. Happy with our stay.
V.
If you're looking for a 5 star buffet lunch. This is the place. Great service, very friendly waiters. Stake chef's was awesome. My stake was on point (well cooked). Cordis cocktail ... WOW... money was worth it. This was a work mate's lunch. I recommend this place if you want good food, good service and a good atmosphere. The place was beautiful. Thanks for the great service Cordis staff. You guys rock . See you soon
R.
Very nice, it appears to have been refurbished fairly recently yet they kept a more classic look. Also the rooms have plenty of power points that can be an issue with many places
A.
Beautiful rooms, great beds, staff were all lovely. Good selection of complementary tea, coffee and milo in the room. Breakfast buffet is pretty good - lots of variety. Meeting rooms were also very nice.
S.
Just experienced the Chuan Spa. The facilities were wonderful and the massage was very relaxing. Staff were attentive and remind you that there's no rush to leave. I would love to get a chance to visit again one day.
P.
Went for a wedding-Great wait staff and amazing food. The bar was operated really weird though. Cash bar which is all good but the bar staff restricted everyone to buy 1 drink even non-alcoholic drinks like aayyyee? Take my money just let me get a wine and a juice for my sober d bro
W.
Everything was outstanding. Service, food, cleanliness, staff, location. Couldn’t fault the place. The best stay we have had anywhere! We will definitely be staying again.
N.
I attended a large lunch meeting. The food was good and the venue was ideal. I attended the same function when the hotel was the Langham, the standard of service had slipped a little since then. It wasn't a huge problem, just a little less well oiled - could be a new staff issue
K.
I went to Chuan Spa for my pampering. I was supposed to get free 3hrs parking but kinda late for my appointment already and their allocated parking was a wee drive from Cordis as they don't have their own parking area on site so just kindly asked valet person to park car for me.
He was very helpful and even offered a discount since I was going to their Chuan Spa treatment.
Great service from Lucy who answered all my calls and emails. Hene, the massage therapist who attended to me she was awesomely good and made my first chuan spa experience a great, relaxing one. Thank you Chuan Spa for a wonderful time.
J.
Everything was outstanding. Service, food, cleanliness, staff, location. Couldn’t fault the place. The best stay we have had anywhere! We will definitely be staying again.
P.
Always great service delicious breakfast and great cocktails. Comfortable rooms.

Loved our room. Great service by all staff also. Fantastic pool and spa area outdoors. Amazing food and interior as well. Great experience overall.
R.
Our recent stay was ok, due to the noisy renovations but we were warned well in advance. Clean, comfortable rooms, gym, spa and slightly heated pool. Staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Bit of a walk to the viaduct as located at the other end of queen st. Late night pool hall nearby at Orange. Hotel just needs a bit of an update with decor, maybe a slightly fresher look will go a long way - one night stay, 16.07.17.
T.
Hotel is clean and modern, spa is the nicest around. Service was great but parking is very questionable- hotel is not in the greatest area of Auckland and there are a lot of reports of cars broken into in the parking garage the hotel would have you park in. Hotel will not comp for any sort of damages to vehicles so beware!
D.
We attended my niece's 18th Birthday Dinner here @ Eight recently, and our dining experience was superb. The staff were exceptional and authentic; from the waiter and waitress that took care of us the moment we sat down at our tables. I asked for an extra table for more guests that were arriving and staff easily accommodated our needs without any hassle. Staff catered also for the young children present and provided a high chair upon request.
The chefs were friendly and helpful too, and the kai was delicious.
Compliments to the concierge staff that greeted us with a smile as we arrived, and were professional with their engagement and communication.
Thanks to the Cordis Team and Seasons Greetings! :)

First stay at this lovely hotel. Special occasion for husband's birthday. Place was heaving over the weekend... but worth it...
N.
Always so clean and glam. Friendly staff, good amenities. Definitely recommend
M.
Stayed at the Cordis over night. The room was a Superior Double Double. The room itself was great, the beds were so comfortable, variety of pillows so that you choose the one suited to you. The cleanliness of the room was great. Ordered room service, the food arrived and it was amazing.
T.
Lovely hotel with great service from staff. Everyone is friendly and very accommodating. Pool and spa are great. Changing room experience is amazing with showers sauna and steam room with Ice experience to invigorate your skin and pores. Highly recommend this hotel.
V.
I was joining friends for buffet breakfast at Langham. and was visiting this place for the first time. If you are like me don't get overly enthusiastic with smiling concierges but go to reception for directions.
Staff at Eight was very courteous and breakfast was good with so many options. I personally liked their waffles and spinach Danish. If you are chocolate lover you will love chocolate fondue. The filter coffees is great, in taste as well as quantity. If you are ordering omelette ask for fresh eggs otherwise choose something else.
Overall great place to hang out with friends as it gives you ample of time to have fun 😊
G.
Best hotel in Auckland! Been here a few times as a couple to escape the hustle and bustle or normal life. Great service and the new renovations look great! Awesome breakfast too!
E.
We stayed at CORDIS for a couples weekend away on their “Foodies” deal
Room = recently renovated. Beautiful and tastefully decorated. We stayed on the 4th floor. The only negative about the room was the hair dryer - Remington brand, didn’t work that well so ended up letting me hair air dry. It would be great to have a powerful hairdryer in the room.
Food = we dined at the famous Eight restaurant at CORDIS for Dinner buffet and Breakfast buffet. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the red meat selection for dinner but I was quite underwhelmed. For $128 per person I thought I’d at least have scallops or Paua as part of the seafood selection but I was mostly cold seafood with an area where a chef cooked up some fresh fish and clams. Breakfast @ 45 per person was very underwhelming.
Spa and sauna = AMAZING probably the best part of the entire stay. The herbal steam room was so nice and felt really purifying. The ice area was great especially after a workout at the gym. The gym itself has the latest gear but the ceilings were very low. Me being at 174cm tall - average height for a female made it hard to do should press with free weights or kettle bell swings etc anyone close to 6 feet tall would find it hard to workout with free weights in that gym.
Valet parking = very handy, although there were 20kms used up in my car, maybe the guys took the car for a joy ride or the actual valet parking facility was a distance away? Very odd for a valet to use 20km to park up the car.
Check out and check in = very fast and excellent customer service
Lifts = very slow especially at peak times, we ended up using the stairs on many occasions
Overall a 4/5 stars and I’d stay there again
B.
Wonderful lounge, with delicious oysters. The fruit plate and waters were a nice touch after check in. Very happy to be staying here this week.
D.
Good hotel and service despite fire emergency evacuation at night:
We stayed one night, check in had quite a wait and room wasn't ready but we were given beverage vouchers, didn't have to wait long then.
Room was lovely. Unexpectedly at 4AM there was a fire alarm and the whole hotel had to evacuate. There was an actual small fire in the staff quarters as we learned later, fire brigade got it under control quickly. It was unusual that during the 1 hour wait outside no one from the hotel informed any of the guests, there was no fire warden, no communication. We voiced these concerns upon checkout and were told they would review their procedures. We were also given a waiver on our valet parking as well as an upgrade for next stay.
Overall a professional response, and we would stay again. Safety of guests should always take priority even if this evacuation was of course inconvenient, but it is the correct action.
S.
We went to the Eight Restaurant for a Company Lunch and the staff that served us were all very delightful. The food and beverage were great nonetheless. The interior has also been refurnished since its change and is very pleasant.
J.
Food was absolutely fantastic, hotel, staff and service was excellent. A very massive let down when it came to the spa and pool, my partner and I went to go for a spa at about 9:20 after our dinner and delt with an absolute rude arrogant lady named sefa/sifa, who wouldn’t let us in and turned us away even though it shut at 10 and the sign said the doors didn’t shut until 9:30 thankfully the manager (I think) came to our rescue and let us in after dealing with that stupid receptionist at the spa/pool. If the spa and pool wasn’t a problem then definitely a 5/5
G.
Went to our final graduation here at cordis. Attended and had it in the great room. Amazing atmosphere and staff were really friendly. Nibbles and alcohol savings were good and the staff were always quick to help if you requested it.
b.
This hotel is very luxurious and nice. Open air pool with sunbeds and also the sauna is hot on 85° Celsius and there is a steam room as well. The beds are so comfortable, we stayed 4 nights and slept very well. A so useful benefit is the Android mobile phone on the room available for take out with unlimited data and free domestic and international calls. This is so good for foreigners, you can call home and use Google maps to find your way for travels. It's definitely worth to stay here in Auckland!
J.
A very warm welcome from the staff. The vallet parking also available. Front office have a great environment. And the best of all is the room attendant. He leaves a card for us in room, but come to serve us after 20 minutes of our arrival with compliment of water and chocolates . Appreciate it.
R.
This is our favourite hotel hands down in Auckland. This most recent stay was my 15th stay a fact recognised by the hotel with fruit and a note in my room as well as a warm welcome by reception staff. Nothing is too much trouble and the quality of service and amenities is top class without being inaccessible or stuffy. Can't recommend the Cordis Auckland enough!
p.
Very nice place to dine with family and friends. Clean environment with friendly staff and great service
S.
Great decor, stunning entranceway. Good service, valet parking. The rooms are not sound-proof though. Could hear my neighbour's child yelling from neighbouring bathroom.
T.
We've stayed here at least one or two nights per year for the last 5 or 6 years and every time has been an awesome experience. Staff are professional and friendly, facilities are excellent. pool, spa, sauna, steam room. It pays to spend that little bit extra to enhance the memories with a chuan massage, valet parking & club lounge dining.
B.
The room was lovely and the breakfast was diverse enough to cater for all dietary needs. The chaun spa was amazing, would definitely recommend this, allow enough time to take advantage of the spa, sauna and steam room before your treatment!
T.
I stayed at the Cordis while attending a conference in the 'Great Room'. The service at the hotel was fantastic and the facilities for a big conference are great.
The food and extra facilities that the hotel offers are some of the best that I have seen. 5 Stars.
D.
Awesome Hotel (booked through Amex's Fine Hotels & Resorts) that has a great location/access into the city, shuttles to the ferry docs, a variety of great amenities (optional spa + Executive Lounge access, concierge, gift shop, EIGHT restaurant, heated roof top pool/hot tubs, gym etc), extremely comfortable rooms and a fantastic staff!
Note, like many well-situated hotels in the area, parking is either self park (apx $35 & confusing + far) or about $50/55 for the full service valet - pretty worth it if you do have a car!
We booked a beautiful Executive Room (shown in photos) through AMEX and received some of their great perks, but aside from those, the hotel + stay were very good.
The room (though the ceilings are a bit low) were very comfortable, nicely appointed with beautiful materials and tons of elegant + innovative details like fast-charge USB ports, nice ambient lighting & in-room Bluetooth ceiling speakers... Felt like home as we listened to music in the a.m. and slept to "thunderstorms" at night lol
Only thing "lacking" in the room was the sub par TV service; although TV is not a huge ticket item on vacation, would've been nice to wind down after some REALLY busy days of trecking through the North Island!
The staff met us with smiles and were truly helpful with providing local tips/tricks for the city and great conversation - superbly informational AND very professional.... Sinna and another Maori gentleman in the Exec Lounge + the two young ladies who checked us in & out, in particular, were AWESOME during our final days in Auckland!
Thanks and we appreciate all your guys' work + effort! You really helped us finish a Great stay in your beautiful City!
O.
No kidding... I stayed here for 3 months over the COVID-19 lockdown and the Cordis was the absolute best! From the fantastic care, the thoughtful touch the happy staff and the absolute luxury, it was wonderful. Everyone at this hotel did all they could to make my stay a real pleasure. Thank you Cordis, I’ll be excited to be back again soon
S.
Stayed 4 nights on a business trip. Rooms are modern, clean and well appointed (love the USB ports everywhere!!). Bed was super comfortable and the concierge and valet parking service was excellent! Highly recommended
A.
Surprisingly impressed. We visted just before Christmas 2017, for my wifes Christmas work function, and although told about continued renovations, there was nothing other than the od contrators vehicle outside to indicte so. We stayed over night, the room was typical of any hotel room, small but tidy with all the amenities. The conference room was large, the catered food was ok and the staff we excellent. After the function we stopped at the bar, only lightly doted with patrons we were greated enthusiastically, with our waiter taking time to make us feel welcome, and have a talk and joke. We had a group of around 12, and all our varied drinks and cocktails were catered too, well made to everyones liking.
E.
Was treated like royalty! Fantastic experience, wish it was more affordable & had more time to test the pool & other facilities!! Event held on site had a few minor hiccups but 4.5 stars! Fantastic. Weekend felt like a holiday... thank you Cordis!
T.
The rooms were gorgeous in style and the bed a dream to sleep on. The Langham Auckland clearly sets high standards and the staff do not disappoint. We received a very good rate for our stay which I think helped. I would recommend this hotel and would certainly like to stay again myself.
g.
Slow service, poor communication and slow valet parking.
R.
We stayed at Cordis last week for 3 days it was fantastic from the welcome at the door to the beautiful room. The staff are so friendly and helpful everything we needed they were their straight away actually we felt very special.i highly recommend and would go back anytime what a wonderful experience Thank you To everyone at Cordis.
I hope to see you again x
J.
Judging from two previous stays, we were not pleased with the price of our room or quality of food served in the restaurant. In the two nights we stayed we could not make reservations for dinner as we were told (in not a very nice way) there were no tables available. We had breakfast one morning that wasn’t the same as on the old menu. It would seem that the hotel caters mainly to cruise ship patrons. In the future we will seek other accommodations. For us, the charm of the Cordis has been lost along with the name change from the Langham.
L.
Lovey rooms and very helpful staff, even though we had turned up early on the first day. We were given full access to spa to refresh.
We visited during the Chinese New Year celebrations and had a great buffet that represented all areas of Asia.
E.
The location was a bit high up the hill from Queen St making walking down and up a fair effort but there were plenty of food offerings around the hotel. The hotel and room itself was excellent with attentive staff and a cosy environment. Definitely somewhere I would stay again.
L.
Very nice the lounge staff were delightful. High Tea was a real treat.
A.
Had a delicious high tea at the lobby lounge as a Christmas present for my mum, she loved it! Highly recommend it for high tea lovers. The scones are the best I've ever had.
K.
Nice comfortable stay. Great sauna and spa and poo etc
L.
Love this place. I often go there for high tea and simply love it. Stay is very comfortable. Prices are not the best but worth it for sure. Great place for weddings too as a venue. Restaurant 8 is amazing. Highly recommended. This hotel use to known as Langham Hotel.
A.
Excellent room with very comfortable bed. The hotel is located in a very convenient location within walking distance of the city central and surrounding sites. The staff are fantastic, we felt very welcome, especially chatting with a valet while we waited for our transport.
D.
Nice stay in a recently renovated room. Staff is extremely friendly. Room is a good size and includes a long desk and task chair as well as a roomy upholstered guest chair. There is plenty of closet space and storage. Wi-fi is stable. Ceiling is a bit low in the bathroom of the room we got, which along with the raised bathtub will make a shower a bit awkward for those more than an inch or so over 6 feet tall.
W.
Really nice atmosphere, old school charm and welcoming feel around the hotel.
I.
Easy parking which was cheap with early bird. I attended a conference and the facility was great. Only criticism was that the (great) food on the buffet was knife and fork not finger but there was nowhere to put your plate down so became really awkward.
n.
Been here many times. Attentive staff and the rooms are always well maintained and clean. The pool access is always a welcomed bonus!
M.
Fabulous, fabulous from the greeting at main entrance from Kev and Lads, to our suite, to room service to check out absolutely amazing weekend I will definitely recommend to all to stay at Cordis you will not be disappointed.
A.
The hotel looks very posh and elegant, though look a bit dated. The big chandelier in their high tea are is impressive though the paint/colour look a bit dull. Staff members are very helpful. Their facilities look elegant, immaculate and very clean.
R.
Really nice room. Modern, recently upgraded, very clean, nicely stocked room bar with good plunger coffee. Very central Auckland location. Only slight drawback was the bathroom sliding door sitting about 5cm outside of the door frame that means not much privacy.
Q.
Lovely. Service: exceptional. Cleanliness: exemplary.
b.
This is a special place. A rare treat for yourself. I highly recommend the Club lounge experience. Top marks and great memories. The staff are fantastic. We feel spoilt and special from the moment we enter till when we leave. Happy times and a perfect uniquely brilliant experience. 10 stars!
M.
Nice, comfortable, and the room smells good! One down side is the location isn’t exactly awesome. It is close to the airport bus station, but a bit far away from everything else/ downtown.
m.
We went here for the buffet breakfast I would rate it 3 and three quarter stars. Great range of food but some of the food was not as Fresh like the bacon precooked and was chewy not crispy. The pre-made eggs Benedict was lacking in sauce and flavour and the Muffins was hard from being in the warmer. Nice fresh pancakes made and they served a rangr of cold meats, cereals etc. Also they had ice cream and a chocolate fountain. Nice fresh barista coffee was made as well.
G.
The staff were more than happy to help out with a surprise for my Mum's birthday and everything went off without a hitch. I didn't actually stay there, but my parents loved the room, pool and breakfast
B.
Stayed here for our anniversary and was the best experiance. Got the heartfelt eight escape package that was available at the time wich included dinner and breaky at eight restaurant, valet parking and a bottle of bubble. Room was awesome and made use of the pool, spa and saunas. Service was great and evryones super helpful. Best hotel we have stayed at so far.
H.
This is a very elegant hotel. Thus far in our travels, this was the nicest appearing hotel. The room is very spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle service to take you to the CBD and are well located near several restaurants and grocery stores.
R.
Good hotel. Has great views of the city. Kept getting my orders mixed up but were very good with getting it right again. Beautiful rooms and decor. Would recommend it to others.
R.
Lovely hotel. Reception and porter staff really professional and helpful. Restaurant service could be improved. Beautiful rooms and great spa area. Easy access to motorway for out of towners. Thanks for a great weekend.
R.
I review cordis 8 restaurant a 5 star for great food great experience food was 5 stars service was 5 stars my family and myself had a awsome time gulging on great good was a good time thanks so much well worth the money spent thanks team at cordis 8 who took care of us from beginning to the end of our dinning .
K.
The hotel ambience, facility and food were all good. I was at the hotel for a tech conference - liked most of my time there.
The only setback was the going to the loo, some switches/buttons were broken and loo was a bit stinky. The hotel should install some auto fragrance dispensers there if they haven't already, and don't forget to refill them regularly ;)
S.
Attended a 4 day conference here. Excellent venue, well appointed rooms, staff very helpful with set up and strip down of rooms for meetings. Food well received by delegates
L.
Hi
Great hotel came for our ruby wedding.Had to leave a day early to travel due to covid.
Wonderful staff.will be back.thanks.
D.
Great stay in renovated hotel. Very comfy memory foam beds. Awesome breakfast buffet and decent executive lounge if you have access to it. Friendly and helpful staff.
J.
Was impressed with the overall experience, from the welcome staff at valet to reception ! The rooms were clean , beds were amazing , big screen flat TV and most impressive was that they provide a free mobile phone to use while in town for browsing and international calls !
We will definitely be returning on our next visit !
B.
The New Zealander of the Year awards were held here in February. It was quite a nice venue and quite large. Decent capacity and the decorations were tasteful.
Waiting staff was attentive and friendly and the food was quite nice. Really nice venue but it was pricey.
It wasn't too hard to get here (walked since I work around Grafton) but there are buses that go stop outside on Symonds Street. Otherwise K Road is also close by.
P.
Lovely venue and lovely staff - so helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds and great assortment of pillows so a very good night's sleep
D.
Had high tea and it was excellent as always. Selection is second to none and you're not limited to just a single tea option as long as you can handle the fluid intake. Had two pots of tea with the savoury food and a coffee with the dessert portion.
R.
Fantastic hotel with friendly staff. The pool and sauna facilities are fantastic, and the breakfast is a must - will be back
p.
Literally worth the money and worth staying here . The service is phenomenal, the rooms are spotless and the hotel itself is beautiful . The restaurant inside is very pretty , a lot of food options . Should put to Alberto and Brad ( I cant remember his name ), they went that extra mile . I left my charger and they found it and made sure I got it before we left
R.
They've done a great job on the refurbishment with a modern art deco style. The rooms look great and the new bedding is really comfortable.
They've lost a little of the charm that The Langham had and it doesn't feel as luxurious add it used to but it's nice to have a refresh all the same.
Spa and pool as always great, breakfast was not as fresh as it could be but the weekend lack of business meant that the food wasn't getting the turnover needed to keep the rotation up. Still a great stay and decent rates on the weekend.
I'm not sure I like the name rebrand though. It's lost a little charm.
R.
This place is expensive but the food is amazing we had dinner at 8 restaurant it has 8 food stations they have a met selection seafood Indian Italian sushi ham veggies dumplings cheese boards and desserts lots of food to try. Also had a few drinks before dinner very expensive
L.
Lovely hotel with excellent staff. The superior room I stayed in was very nice and clean. The food I had in the Lobby Bar and at breakfast was very tasty and good value for money. I would stay here again.
M.
Spent New Years Eve through the 3rd here -- awesome service and great amenities. Shuttle service was great. The concierge was extremely helpful in finding us a last minute car over new years that he had delivered and returned to the hotel even!
J.
8 at Cordis was awesome food selection very impressive well presented so many choices chiefs on hand to assist with cooking your food selection. Waitress very professional kept topping up water very enjoyable mothers day meal
S.
The best thing about Cordis Auckland is the way you get looked after. Nothing seems to trouble the staff. The management must pick the staff wisely and/or treat them well.
I appreciate the proper 24hr service and you can even get a good quality coffee take away at 4am. The coffee in the lounge actually ended up being some of the better coffee I tried in NZ.
The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning makes for good sleeping. I find the showers/bathrooms are a bit small but the water flow on the shower heads makes up for it.
There are definitely better views to be had in Auckland but the location makes for easy accessibility while still being quiet in the hotel.
I will be staying here next time I'm in Auckland for sure.
T.
My stay at the Cordis was lovely, everything I needed and the bed was great. Though I did arrive with a backpack and the porter did slightly recoil which was kinda rude. But aside from that a pleasant stay.
T.
We have been to The Langham quite a few times already and every time it is great. The location is excellent. I left my passport in the hotel safe and realized it en-route to the airport. Free Shuttle bus to the main city area which can be done by walking.
I.
Amazing weekend away.
Amazing staff and facilities. Can't wait to stay there again.
J.
Walked into the lobby and it smelt like roses and was gorgeous. Got to our room and noticed think dust on some room fixtures. Wanted to take a bath and had to clean it first. I was so disgusted. I let the front next know when I checked out and all the lady said was I'll let house keeping in. And mumbled something about rooms being renovated in November. Nothing makes up for bad house keeping. I won't be going back.
로.
I had belated xmas team dinner buffet at Cordis, the quality of the food was great, just we had to wait for some food to be cooked, for example steak, law seafood and it can be time consuming given that we have 2 hours dining time. Great staff except one asian lady ( feel bad to poiny this out because their staff is generally very good) on a seafood section, she was really rude to every customer, I wanted to say something to her but I didn't, she didn't want to serve anyone, a group of Chinese guys asked some name of the seafood she pretended she doesn't understand their accents and then just point out the name card in front of the sea food, people can tell she is almost yelling at people. I went back to my table and asked my colleagues if anyone felt same way as me and they all said yes! Anyway, it was great experience though, enjoyed the food :)
A.
I have stayed at many hotels in my time and have never come across one who goes to so much effort to make your stay enjoyable. My suite was beautifully appointed, immaculately cleaned. The valet guys out front knew who their guests were. The ladies at 8 understood what I liked and didn't like. It was just an absolute pleasure! In this day and age of rushing, it's nice to come to a place where things move at a leisurely pace without compromising on quality.
As for price, compared to the nearest 5 star hotel, The Langham was CHEAP! $750 a night for a beautiful exec suite. Excellent!
V.
Nice and central. Excellent service across the board very professional. Even though we live In Auckland this is still our favorite getaway for a bit of R&R. No one beats Cordis for us and we have stayed at all the 5 stars in Auckland.
M.
Love it here the staff are so lovely the room is beautiful they didn't know two people were coming because I came last minute so they got housekeeping to go up straight away and split the beds the housekeeper was so kind and friendly
Would definitely come here again
S.
Was present there briefly for a meeting. Had to visit a facility within their kitchen and the staffs we're courteous. Nice ambience. They have a cafe/bar near the reception which is a good meeting area.
M.
Have book a buffet lunch couple of weeks ago. Service was lovely however was not amazed by the food. Nice sushi, good bbq meat, poor deserts, bread selection looked alright however the bread was old and hard..
J.
Great service, excellent services, carries on the traditions and standards from Sheraton and Langham Hotels. 30mins Free shuttle to lower Queen St CBD. In house eight restaurant offers sumptious buffet. Beautiful heated outdoor pool on level 2 plus Sauna and Steam facilities to tick your fancy. If you book using the mobile directly, great prices too.
M.
Absolutely fabulous stay. The staff are very friendly, accommodating and professional. Excellent services and spacious rooms.
L.
Was there for an all day conference. I remember when first opened. We use to go there for cocktails. Initially central heating was freezing. After a huge lunch it improved. People were nice except for one young man who really needed to be a wee bit more engaging at the desk instead of giving directions unhelpfully. Maybe it was too early in morning.
M.
I took my girlfriend here for a night on an anniversary, and we felt welcome as soon as we handed our keys to valet. We managed to nab a great price from the Langham Auckland official website, at a better price than any booking site had advertised. We had the complete red carpet treatment. There is wifi in all rooms, and we even had a bottle of sparkling wine, robes, and slippers!
Our package also had breakfast and dinner included. As vegetarians we were pleased to see many options for us including the tofu meal from the à la carte menu in Eight restaurant. And breakfast was an impressive buffet of every breakfast food imaginable.
We recommend going to dinner early on, and heading to the pool (rooftop, heated) until late. Most people do this the other way round. The pools also have sauna and salt you can put on yourself, and even 'snail showers' which are snail-shell shaped little rooms with water coming from all angles.
Our room was very tidy, and had a surprisingly comfortable bed. The TV had plenty of channels, but we were too excited by the hotel to watch any TV. The shower has high water pressure and the heating was perfect - we didn't have a room which was too cool or too dry.
All in all I can proudly recommend the Langham for a comfortable stay with all the bells and whistles. If you need anything at all the staff are more than happy to assist you, and you'll sleep like a baby!
L.
The high tea was amazing. Great service and really accommodating with dietary requirements for being f pregnant. The food was delicious and would love to go again.
T.
After the struggle with car parking ticket......omg! Up to Cordis, wow....lots and lots to choose from, beautiful presentation, excellent service. Feeling full and content 😊.
Z.
Went for a school ball, it's very beautiful and the wait staff were incredibly good, the security were also lovely
W.
Exceptional service from valet, to bellhop, to waiters, to barman, to reception and extended to the cleaners - but unsure if that justifies the pricetag of $1400 per night for accomdation needed for two adults with two children. However the amenities (spa, pool, sauna, gym, club and chuan day spa) are high quality and worth visiting if you are wanting to receive what your paying for. Amazing cocktails- best in NZ ive had yet. Restaurant number 8 is a sure hit but dont eat during the day so you have room to fit it all in, high tea is highly recommended and the personalised note from management and complimentaries that await you in your room are a pleasant and heart warming touch. We dont hesitate to come back despite the price - a sure treat for the entire family 👨👩👧👦
C.
I love walking into the Langham Auckland - the elegance, the stunning chandeliers, the calm ambience - it feels classy & makes you feel very special. We went wirh friends for breakfast at Eight restaurant. A full buffet where you can eat as little or as much as you want - superb! Great staff - attentive but not intrusive, polite & friendly. The Langham never disappoints.
R.
Great hotel with all services. A free cell phone with Google maps are provided at no cost to you for as long as you have a room. $45.00 is charged for valet parking. The breakfast is outstanding. A great place to stay.
K.
Front staff are nice. The room was also nice but housekeeping were a bit lower in quality. At this price and level of hotel, they haven't do the cleaning job properly.
H.
Had lunch with family. Great selection of food. Chinese, Indian, bbq, desserts they have it all For $ 50 weekdays lunch it's well worth it. Staff is courteous and prompt.
S.
Pleasant accommodating staff. Easy to access facilities and clean, comfortable rooms.
M.
Still a good place to stay in Auckland but be warned; there's significant renovation happening. I experienced noise early in the morning and the smell of paint/chemicals returning to my room in the evenings as well as a useful hotel entrance being closed off. I look forward to the results but cannot say I was completely unaffected the ongoing work.
P.
Right from the getting out of our cars. The attendant that gave us that personal care even though we were only going to the restaurant, to have the map of where to park our car.
To the doorman who directed us personally to the restaurant- your welcoming committee absolutely brilliant.
To the crux of our visit the restaurant. What an array of food. Your chefs were certainly aware of perfection. Grateful that your staff were trying to accommodate one of my grandchildren who has all sorts of eating allergies we appreciate the efforts to try and serve some food however my daughter has this problem daily so I again appreciate your entire efforts.
My highlight was attempting to try everything in modest amounts. The ostrich meat cooked like it was and in the portion size I know was my highlight. Plus that rack of beef - I had 2 portions, my wifes and mine. The tika masala came a very close next and I did enjoy the 3 sweets I tried most notably the cheesecake in my view over the top very very palatable with out being sickly sweet. As for the cream brulet I had 2 servings. I utterly liked all your meals and we are not in anyway regular eat out all the time people.
However one of my twin 21 year old children wanted this as her present and to dine at your restaurant not have to cook and clean up afterwards was indeed special.
So a humble group of 16 adults and 3 children i did not mind footing your bill at the end of the night. I or we as a family have been to your restaurant and will return again.
If 5 stars is top you have it with a plus.
A.
Room was very well appointed and clean, bed very comfortable. Check-in was smooth and parking relatively hassle-free. Facilities looked good. Would definitely stay again.
C.
We only stayed one night but it was really a great experience. Tge staff were great, the room comfortable, although a bit dated. I'm happy to say they are refurbishing and cant wait to stay over again 😀
D.
For a self proclaimed 5 star hotel I was not that impressed. At the time of this review the hotel was under renovation so thing might be different soon.
I can understand why they are renovating as the first thing I would say is that it is feeling quite dated - that is more to say to room fixtures and fittings, the foyer still has elegant charm
The other reason for the reduced score is that while stated that renovation was after 8am, I was hearing noises from 7am onwards.
Currently it is still one of the nicer hotels in Auckland but with the number of new construction underway, it has a long way to go to keep up with the soon to be competition

Beautiful hotel to stay. Unique decorative style. Lush carpets. Great breakfast buffet. Polite staff. Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom and a handy phone and internet system.

This amazing hotel have so much to offer! Not just for staying over in a room! There are soo many alternatives! Last time we chose to go restaurant 8 which is super high end and my favorite restaurant and always will me! This time we chose to spend our time in CHUAN SPA! TRUST ME I have no words to describe how superb their service is! Everything about chuan spa is high end and satisfying! I will surely come back on regular basis!

The Langham is my favourite place to getaway while staying in the city. The staff are attentive and ensure that you have everything you need. When you stay at the Langham you get full use of the spa and pool facilities. It's so relaxing to sit in the spa as the sun goes down and I particularly love the herbal steam room. The food (restaurant and room servive) is excellent as well.
F.
This is the perfect place to get engaged. The staff are so relaxed and exceptional. They went all out and allowed us to do our own thing stress free. Great setting for a romantic moment ☺️. Thank you 🙏
S.
Very nice and classy hotel. While we were there the President of India, Mr. Pranab Mukherjee was also stays at the Langham hotel for an official state affair, which speaks to the reputation of this fine lodging choice.
The buffet here is one of a kind and it's a type of experience that you won't likely to forget. The cost for the meal is a bit pricey but you will be treated with the best cuisines in the world, all in one meal.

If anybody is trying to find good deals on hotels visit HoteIRᴀven. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!
Will definitely be back. Eight restaurant was off the chart. We tried 14 different meats on top of the bottomless oyster bar. Rooms were nice and the use of the pools, sauna and steam rooms were included. Do the escape package for awesome value.
t.
A very nice hotel with lovely staff. Got a free upgrade to the deluxe room which was great. Very good service. Good breakfast spread. Thanks.

Stayed overnight at Cordis, first time since the rebrand from Langham. Staff was welcoming, noticed not my first visit and were really helpful. Room was spacious with comfortable bed. Bathroom had all amenities and small things you need - including shaving cream, razor, etc. Coffee machine in the room is a nice touch as well as the free Smartphone for use during the stay. Visited restaurant for a pizza snack and the food was really good.
E.
It was a breakfast briefing on a very cold morning and the heating system was not up to it.
Scones were nice. Tea choices good. Water plentiful..
S.
A pleasent stay at Cordis. As soon as you enter the hotel you are welcomed by the friendly staff, lobby area is beautifully lit and the rooms are to die for. On top of this there is live music and an outstanding event hall for functions and weddings.
D.
Have stayed at Cordis before and loved every minute of our stay.
Unfortunately this time the same cannot be said. We arrived at 5pm having booked 2 rooms 1 with 2 x single beds for the children. But the room was made with a double. It took 5 hours and 3 requests before finally getting sorted at after 10 PM. Far to late for the children.
The place was very clean except for the swimming pool. Children both mentioned how dirty/cloudy it was. Not up to the same standard it used to be.
L.
High tea was lovely with 2 hot drinks and a mocktail included in package cost.
M.
Beautiful elegant Hotel that offers warm traditional almost old world ambience. The Palm Court is a lovely place to be weather your taking high tea of relaxing with a glass of wine.
Rooms are large and have a traditional decor, beds are super comfy.
Dinning at Eight was a wonderful experience with so many different options and cuisines, I went nuts on the Indian kitchen and the freshly prepared naan was superb.
The Langham is the perfect setting for a romantic get away or that special occasion.
B.
The Langham oozes luxury, however can be a tad bit vexing for pragmatics.
The mini fridge was stocked with plenty of snacks and drinks; utensils and glasses of varying types were also plentiful.
The bathroom was divine, however a bit too "cozy" (..small).
The curtains beautifully maintained the luxurious room theme, however weren't as effective in blocking out sunlight. This could be a design choice, perhaps to replicate the Disney princess feeling, but not as appreciated by a pragmatic like myself.
The TV was positioned well in front of the large and comfortable bed, great for a nice lazy watching session.
Perhaps the most frustrating aspect was the Internet, which I value more than mere aesthetic titillation.
Overall an enjoyable experience

Was there to view the veiw the ball room for a function and meet the event planner.
Staff were extremely helpful and very informative. Asked every question that we had on the spot and were both lovely to deal with.
G.
This is my 3rd time at the Cordis. This is an elegant property that has attention to detail. Rooms are very nicely furnished and equipped with all the bells and whistles. USB ports aplenty, safe, coffee machine, toiletries, flat screen TV on the wall. Location is not perfect, but with Uber and legs, you can get to wherever you need to go.
D.
Attended a 60th birthday in the main function room. It was beautifully set out with lighting and clear amplified sound. The waiting staff were very well presented and did an amazing job catering. Excellent impression of Cordis
E.
Beautiful hotel. Stunning Dining areas. Cost was spot on re: expectations. Staff were warm and friendly.
H.
Fantastic Hotel, modern up to date rooms, great swimming pool & spa, sauna not forgetting the great happy friendly staff, no old misery's.
The Eight buffet is definitely best value restaurant in town 👍
P.
I first visited many many years ago for my high school ball, it was one of the best hotels in town then.
I visited again for a breakfast meeting recently. It still looked pretty good.
A.
Brilliant 5 star hotel. Huge roof top pool and hot tub. The restaurant is a must best banquet in Auckland. Make sure you book a table . 8 high end restaurants in one buffet...rooms are very high end and clean.good size king beds. Valet parking and easy to grab a taxi right at the door or uber. Good location. Great for a special weekend mini break or business travelers. Family friendly and separate club lounge for business travellers meals so I could avoid kids af meal times . Like a business class lounge
Free when u book club rooms. Super fab day spa if u have time
L.
Grab one deal was amazing. Loved every minute of our stay. Thank you to the staff!!
T.
Beautiful hotel in Auckland. Checked in around 11pm, and out early, but the time spent in this hotel impressed me massively. They had a PILLOW Menu! One of the best hotels ever
B.
The hotel was beautiful, Eight Restaurant was the best ever buffet restaurant Ive ever been to with the best service. Room service was also fantastic. Only problem I had was the air conditioning in my room didn't work properly & made so much noise, kept me up most of the night...not happy kos I love my sleep
S.
Thank you for your sincere treat for us!
I’m happy at this hotel, at this moment with my lovely partner.
I’d love to stay again if I visit Auckland again.
All of you, all of yours, I appriciate!
L.
Oh yes! First time here. Came here for my daughter's Hen's party - High Tea. Amazing, delightful, tasty! To make it more magical - Christmas time! The food was exquisitely presented, the flavours were out of this world. Would I come here again? Without a doubt!!!
A.
Amazing service, Spent 3days for business and it was a great place to stay after long days.
Restaraunt/Bars all within distance the Bar within the Foyeur was perfect.
Price is you get what you pay for if you do make use of the Gym and Pool in which nobody seemed to in my 3days which was a bonus for me.
Breakfast is amazing, Great variety and service is always beyond anything for the same price no matter where you are in the venue.
D.
Love it the free shuttle bus is excellent hop on hop off great drivers very polite and friendly will help in any way. Food is outstanding the club is value for money just try it it sound pricey but benefits are there
V.
Highly recommended. The staff were excellent and very attentive. Food, cocktails and facilities were also excellent. Would definitely stay here again
H.
I had a brilliant stay here. The pool and spa and entry to it were stunning. Their high tea waa also delicious
k.
Such a wonderful place for an escape. Eight restaurant delicious for dinner and breakfast. Spa area a real treat. Steam room, followed by ice a must do!
T.
The rooms are mediocre and the service is bad. Everyone says they will do this or that (like call when room is ready, have bags delivered to room, deliver room service in x amount of time) but pretty much non of that happened... And contacting the staff took forever, seems like they are lacking a lot of necessary resources to deliver on what they promise.
A.
Sorry - i didn't actually mean to allocate a 1 star review. Was done via mobile swipe - so user error. We were very happy with our stay. Lovely hotel, and great restaurant.
S.
8 restaurant is the best buffet I know of. From Indian to sea food of every kind. Cooked in front of you. Even tried Kangaroo and Ostrich. Some of the best sushi I've had aswell... great for a group or even a date
E.
This review is for HIGH TEA (tiffin) at the Langham. A couple friends from the states and I who regularly do high tea's visited the Langham Saturday morning recently and were not disappointed. While I was not allowed to valet park (The Langham should really rethink this as it's an unpleasant welcome) the gentleman generously told me where I could park and when I walked back showed me in to where tea was being held. The fare was quite good although I was about done in by the sweets! It's quite a bit of food for a tea and you can ask for more cake as well if you really want more. The tea itself was excellent and never over-steeped. There were quite a number of single-estate tea's as well. Cost is $54 per person on the weekends and there is a tip expected. While a bit pricey for NZ I think it was worth it and I'd do it again.
A.
Lovely venue but not enough air conditioning! Loved the gin cocktails and finger food xx
G.
Such a great experience for a special occasion. The kids and adults all enjoyed the food and beverages.
J.
The room was very very nice and quite clean. The decor is more upscale and all of the staff was extremely polite. Would definitely stay again.
B.
Great father's Day @ Cordis. Staff was great, food was delicious. The beetroot mousse was amazing, best entrée.
A.
Hit the desserts first (cos life is short, always eat dessert first) - Cheesecake was tasty & tart. Choc mousse cups were rich and yum. Choc fountain on my melon kebab was fun, didn't realise the choc hardens up. Lemony Puff thing was like a fluffy lemon honey type thing - quite nice. Creme Brulee was fantastic.
Hit the grill - Chicken kebabs were a it spicier than I normally like, but were still good. Lamb kebab was cooked well and moist. Beef rump (ordered med-rare) was simply delicious and fell apart almost before I started chewing, juicy as. Crumbed chicken nibbles were dry as, though.
Indian - Butter chicken flavourful and naan was yum.
Seafood - Oysters were small but super tasty. Prawns were beautifully fresh and yum.
Sushi - Salmon and tuna was super fresh and delicious.
Only downer for me is that the onions would have been better if grilled til caramelised. Also, I would have loved a carvery with roast veges and meats... but otherwise just awesome and well worth the cost.
C.
Couldn't get into our go to hotel for our trip to Auckland and the Langham had heavily discounted room prices. Didn't eat in the hotel, went to cafe's and restaurant elsewhere. Don't know if we would go back again. Prefer somewhere nearer the water and the great restaurants.

I went for Tiffin Afternoon Tea as a treat for my daughter on New
Year's Day. The hotel was beautiful and understated, especially at holiday time!
The staff at the hotel was uniquely helpful in treating both my tiniest and biggest concerns ( i.e., the front desk manager made changing a $20 bill for me an ultimately important task; and when I was unable to park my car due to valet non guest constraints that day - the valet took my car anyway without cause, immediately understanding my panic when I suggested I'd be late for the service and have to face the grind of looking for street parking with my four year old in tow). I even got a discount on the parking. I don't know why!
The tea service was lovely and the wait staff incredibly accommodating and experienced connoisseurs . The food was unique (a little too adult for my daughter) but that is nothing against the chef! The menu supplied plenty for her to enjoy and there was little I didn't enjoy myself. I was so happy at the way the tea staff treated my daughter - there was an ever so slight air of pretentiousness when I walked into the room (or that could have just been me feeling self conscious) - but it quickly evaporated with the endearing and sincere character of my assigned sommelier. This was an extra treat as my little one was a bit (too) excited taking it all in for the first time herself.
The only thing I was a little put off by was the tea room being in the middle of the lobby. But as it was lower than lobby level it did give some privacy from the guests and visitors walking by. Again, this is just my personal preference - I prefer an established room for tea taking - but in the end - I enjoyed the day with my daughter just as much as I had planned it in my head!
I would definitely recommend the Tiffin Tea to anyone - and based on my treatment in the hotel itself - I would venture to guess that recommending The Langham Auckland in general would not be a negative gesture.

*****15/11/18-Attention to:
Juan Carlos Alcantara Orozco, Front Services Manager
Thank you so much for your empathetic response and explanation te my parking experience on the red shoe gala event.
I really appreciate it and can see you have made a genuine effort to acknowledge my concerns.
Your response is an absolute reflection of putting customers first and showing appreciation to your guests. It is unfortunate that my first experience wasn't ideal but now I understand properly.
I am also an international traveller and stay in many hotels across nations but when I felt that the customer service I got wasn't the best that is why I wrote the review to raise my concerns.
Your response has redeemed my faith into your hotel that Cordis is a good organisation.I must say,the gala event was a success and we raised over $240,000 for charity for starship etc, cancer patients, etc and your catering and staff very really very friendly and nice so I have now rated you 5stars and deservingly so.
I have read your response to my concerns and have now -very willingly withdrawn my initial unhappy review,so once again, thank you for caring for me and listening to my concerns.I am happy that improvements in communications amongst all depts will be made so future customers have a pleasant experience from entry to exit.
Thank you once again.👍😉🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nice place. Excellent staff. Good food. But place needs better signage, got lost everytime we left our room.
R.
Lovely stay and we enjoyed drinks in the bar most nights. Jess and Arabella especially were lovely and made great cocktails!
E.
Excellent meals excellent ambience excellent people but not so great service. I have noticed a decline in service over the last 5 years but still a great visit.....but!!!avoid the oysters they always look sad, deflated and off season...
T.
Went here a few months ago for my 25th Birthday. Was so amazing, very flash, beautiful place. 6 kitchens and dessert fridge was amazing. Totally felt like royalty. Staff where proffessional and accomodating. Definately would recommend. Pretty pricy but worth it if you can afford to splurge.
A.
Lovely, clean and recently refurbished. My only annoyance is that it is at the top of on of the Auckland valleys edge.
So you walk down some roads close to 45-60 degree angles (I kid you not, couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw how steep, only to then have to climb back up if walking to where the spire / Crown Plaza is - I worked out muscle I didn’t even know I had until the next day’s aches in the legs.
S.
Food was amazing. Its worth it. Enjoyed the dinner with family. Staff service is top notch.
T.
Good room, good location, friendly staff
C.
The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I can for a special birthday dinner and they gave me a lovely card and chocolates. The meal at Palm Cort was delicious and the wine was en pointe.
G.
From an establishment of this quality, you expect those little things above and beyond, and they delivered! Exceptional service, even at the buffet breakfast. Absolutely faultless.
L.
It's so fancy.
Turn down service leaves a Whittaker's chocolate on your pillow and closes the blinds. The rooms are dark and quiet, which is just what I like.
All the staff were friendly.
A.
The room is quite big, probably the cheapest 5 stars hotel in Auckland. I really appreciate that they give a complimentary smartphone to access internet and even be able to make calls. They also offer a free shuttle from the hotel to the CBD. The food and price in the restaurant is same as any other 5 stars hotel and the swimming pool is actually a pleasure.
R.
Great Service, Delicious food, immaculate room! Highly recommend staying at this Hotel! Great for celebrating anniversaries!
K.
Highly recommend the Chuan Spa! Tomoko & Miok gave us the most amazing exfoliation, massage & facial! Tip, go early and experience the facilities first. Herbal steam, snail shower, spa, pool & ice therapy.
