C.Amazing reception staff at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, with the facilities all working and entirely adequate. Free wifi and TV viewing is an added bonus. Excellent for the price. Convenient for AKL and Starship hospitals. The dining table is worn, scuffed but the bed is large and comfortable for a good sleep.
N.My stay here was very comfortable and the service here was amazing. The receptionist made it exceptionally easy for my partner and I to settle in and looked after us very well. Honestly.. the man deserves a raise!! Other than that, the room was very spacious, there were small paint tears here and there however nothing too horrid. Overall it was great staying here, and affordable as well. Plus it smelt nice throughout the building, which was refreshing.
M.Staff were excellent, so helpful and friendly and very accommodating. Room was adequate for our needs. Great position for walking to Auckland hospital and city center.
M.The apartment was a little back dated, there is big gap between the floor and the door, the ranch slider to the outside moves a little when it is locked, and wind can come through small slits, but overall it was a great place for the time I spent in the room.
J.Booked 1 night on Agoda. Check in was simple and straightforward. Clean room n friendly reception. Security was gd. Need to zap with key for lift n entry point access. Room equipped with washing machine and dryer which was handy. Easy access to downtown Auckland. Parking is provided when required but chargeable at $20/ night. Pleasant stay.
C.Really really lovely time there. I stayed there 2 weeks and don't have one bad thing to say. You can absolutely walk to anything you are interested in and if you don't want to walk, buses are all over the place for $3.50NZ.
The hotel/apartment was great, really clean, all new furnishings, comfy couch, big Windows, big tv, washer/dryer, comfy bed, kitchen supplied with utensils etc, good size fridge. No oven but 2 burners and a microwave.
all amenities supplied like dish soap, dish towels, coffee, tea, salt/pepper,sugar, laundry soap, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer.
Entire staff was so helpful, friendly, professional, really great!! Lobby kevin and yuyu and house keeping carlos were awesome.
There was alot of noise during the week from the construction next door , but I had a great view with a bit of the ocean, so I put up with it and it's not the fault of crown. I guess if you request a back room you might not hear it as much.
A.Good value for money. The apartments are spacious and clean and come well equipped. They are slightly out of the city centre but reasonably accessible. Parking is very tight and costs an additional $20 a night. Our late check in was straight forward.
Recommended as a cheaper option in an expensive city!
L.Staff are great and very helpful and friendly. Like so many hotels things are just a wee bit run down in places. Paint flaking a bit and tired furnishings. But awesome location which probably accounts for the slightly high price.
e.I have given this place 5 stars in context of how much you are paying for a room. For what you pay it is exceptional service. You get a comfortable bed, couch, TV, a kitchenette, bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. Or is not "flash luxury accommodation" but I think that ratings need to be related to how much you paid. I would certainly recommend this place to someone visiting family at Auckland City hospital.
L.Very average. No heat pump, broken latch on window, very basic but met our needs.
T.Enjoyed our stay. Was a great room for price we paid. Staff were lovely and was easy access from below parking to lifts into building. What wasnt great was that it looked like it hadnt been cleaned under beds in sometime as there was rubbish and dust. Could do with some aircon. Lucky fan helped a little and wind from windows.
J.It's alright for the price and access to the city... Paying for 1gb of wifi capping at 30gb for nearly the nightly rate is unheard of, even by NZ. The bathrooms are structured a bit weird, but if you can find good prices here, they are truly apartments with all the amenities you can ask for. It's very secured, all elevators and garages require key access. The staff is gracious and helpful. Just minus points for the wifi and the odd set up of the restrooms. For the money, keep looking around.
Especially if you're above 6'. This will be doable but a tight squeeze if you're not used to it.
T.The location was ideal. Apartment size was as expected, bedroom was smallish but I would say inline with the rate charged. I ***aged to get a great rate on line too and this really added to the value for money. Hotel was alright for the price and just for somewhere to sleep.
v.own kitchenette, washing machine and dryer. view of the harbour. wow. really clean. some refurbishment needs to be done but really at this price you can not complain.

K.Good for a place on the cheaper side but accessibility was sub par, if you’re in a chair you will need a lot of help getting into reception but once there elsewhere is alright apart from fire doors.
T.Spent 5 days in the hotel. The main positive of the hotel is its excellent location. The amenities of the property we very positive. I got a pretty cheap price for booking the room the night before. The people working in the hotel is very friendly. The rest of the stay was smooth.

No restaurant or coffee bar on site. Parking is an extra $20 per day but only a few sites avail.

A.Service was good but every single wall and most of the furniture and cupboards in the room were scratched and damaged and the carpet in the room was faded from the sun. The room/apartment is also not air contitioned.
C.Advertised as four stars. Paid for four stars. But it's really three stars.
No 24 hour front desk.
No gym/pool.
No central heating - a plug-in blower.
But a comfortable bed and good shower pressure.
T.The apartments were a good size with pots to cook with & a dryer & washing machine. Easy walk down to the Vector Arena and water front which was the purpose of the trip. The hotel was close to K'Road and it was a trip down memory lane for my brother.
P.Located just off Symonds St behind the UniLodge, means down town & the University is really accessible. A coffee shop back on Symonds St is close for day time but in the evenings you a bit longer walk. But if you have a car it’s really easy.
The Crown reception closes at 7.45pm so arriving later requires a free phone call to access a box with your key, so be prepared, though it’s easy. Suggest you have a bit of food with you on arrival for your first night if you don’t want to go out.
Note on my arrival I missed the turn off as signage was covered by tree branches. So remember to go up their drive, to the right of the UniLodge, not down to the left.
M.Great accommodation.. all amenities in your apartment.. washing machine,cooking facilities. Quiet,considerate of quests needs. Enjoyed our stay.

T.Its a hotel tucked away on Whitticker Rd of Symonds St Auckland. I know little about it other than it's one of many tucked away in different parts around Auckland.
T.The apartments are not worth staying. Unfortunately, the rooms are looking pretty old. The rooms was not clean at all upon arrival and the weekly room service you get with the long stay rate doesen`t care that much about the cleanlyness of you room. A few weaknesses that need to be addressed.

T.ブリトマート駅近くのアパートメントぎ取れなかったのでこちらに宿泊。空港シャトルのバス停から近いのが決め手になったが、場所がめちゃくちゃ分かりにくかった。Google map見ても分からず通りすがりの親切な人が一緒に探してくれてやっと見つかる。すると、道からアパートまでの間に強烈な坂！幼児背負ってスーツケース2つの私には到底登りきれない…ところをその親切な人に手伝ってもらい何とか到着。。バス停からはすぐそこなのに、中々手強い立地でした。部屋は清潔、水回りもOK 、ベッドにダニなし、調理器具も一通り揃ってる。高層階だったので見張らしも良く最後のNZの晩を心地良く過ごせました。近所にスーパーはないので、繁華街で買い物を済ませてる方が良いと思います。
