H.I stayed in room 5A, it was very small and the decor was very dated but it was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The shower had next to no pressure. Overall for the money it was okay. I’ve stayed in better for less, but if you need a place to stay at a moments notice it’s safe and suitable enough. The shower also dribbled periodically and the fridge was rather loud when it flicked into life every half hour or so.
J.Bessie, made it so welcoming and comfortable for us, we stayed 3 nights, instead of the 2 we 1 planned. st planned.

B.Good enough for people on a budget. Friendly reception. Small rooms and basic bathroom. Anyone expecting more should be looking elsewhere and be prepared to pay much more. Personally speaking, those who gave bad reviews need to look at their expectations.
B.Nice and quiet, great service from host, lacking utensils to cook with, shower head needs to be cleaned water sprouts out, pool is cool just a bit too much chlorine, Other than that enjoyed my stay will definitely book again.
G.Tiny rooms close to Royal Oak. You get what you pay for. I wouldn't swim in the pool friends. Pretty noisy outside and inside with the bar fridge in the room humming. Relatively clean but has that motel smell about it.
M.Excellent place, very friendly staff, rooms were clean, quiet place. Lots of parking available. There is also a pool, very nice to have a swim in during the summer. Would come back here again.
P.Budget accommodation and no surprises, you get what you pay for. There room was clean and tidy, but quite dated. WiFi was very weak, barely usable in our room.
D.Came here with my mate Johnny who was staying here 28 Feb - 2 March 2017. It's got a pool so had a dip as has been really muggy in Auckland, looks clean and comfortable for the price ($119PN).
J.Ok room . Comfortable bed. But room is very cold, even with the heater. Also there is no Gideon Bible innthe drawer, for me this is a biggie. Very disappointed abput that . For that reason i wouldnt stay here again.
S.Stay a night with my sister i picked up frm the international airport. It is good motel for the money, handy location for shops like supermaket ect... clean and comfy.
J.Had kitchen unit. Comfortable big bed. Priced accordingly. Leak took hit water and long termers had a domestic.

m.(Translated) Nice, small guesthouse-nothing special but absolutely sufficient for a few nights. Rooms are clean, staff is nice, there is even a small pool. Bus stop almost right outside the door- 25min to the center.

Nettes, kleines Guesthouse- nichts besonderes aber für ein paar Nächte absolut ausreichend. Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal ist nett, es gibt sogar einen kleinen Pool. Bushaltestelle fast direkt vor der Tür- 25min ins Zentrum.
