Thank you Marlene and Tony! We had a wonderful stay at the Eden Park B&B in December, our first stop off the plane in Auckland. We arrived during the family Christmas party and were welcomed right away with bubbles and good old fashioned Kiwi hospitality. Our breakfast spreads were delicious and very accommodating to our dietary needs. Highly recommend for those traveling through Auckland looking to be welcomed warmly into a local's home.

Had a wonderful stay. Beautiful rooms. Comfortable beds. Stunning breakfast . Superb hosts . Will definitely recommend to friends and family and Hope to revisit in future.

Wonderful. We had exceptional hostesses with Marlene and Tony. Amazing breakfast, everything you would like, our Cream Room was a very pleasant room, everything was laid on for you. Even a hair dryer. You could help yourself to tea, coffee, and for a small fee beer, wine. Cookies to go with your cuppa. Mr Darcy added a special touch. The guests lounge was a very relaxing space. Will go again.

We had a great stay at the Eden Park Bed and Breakfast. Just a short walk to some nice restaurants and bars and Mt Eden. The best breakfast we had during our trip (and standard was high) and comfortable bed. Perfect place to stay if you want to explore Auckland or if you don't want to be too far from the airport and be in a nice neighbourhood at the same time.

Marlene and Eden Park were our first introduction to New Zealand in February 2015. Eden Park received a high number of excellent reviews in TripAdvisor so caught our attention. In our experience it deserves all those reviews. We were welcomed prior to the stated check-in time. The rooms are charming and the beds are comfortable. We had a smaller room without an ensuite bath but the bathroom was private and very well appointed with bath/shower. As it was beside the room it was not an inconvenience. The lovely back deck overlooking the garden was open to all and added to the relaxed atmosphere. Breakfasts are delicious and large. We were in New Zealand for 6 delightful weeks for which Marlene and the Eden Park experience set the tone.

Being a world traveller, I have already seen many B&B accommodations around the world. The Eden Park Bed and Breakfast is one of the few I can recommend to everybody without any restrictions. Great hospitality, excellent support (even if you arrive in the middle of the night), beautiful rooms and a breakfast you will remember for years.

Eden Park BnB is a fantastic place to say with a real Kiwi welcome. All the five guest rooms are comfortably furnished with lots of additional little touches to make your stay restful and relaxing. Marlene cooks a cordon bleu hot breakfast every morning and the guests sit around the large dining room table which is in the open-plan kitchen. For solo travellers, it's a great opportunity to meet other guests and discuss your different experiences in NZ and around the world! It's a better-than-home experience, very close to the Eden Park Rugby Stadium, within walking distance of Mount Eden, with a variety of restaurants and a good supermarket close by, and very accessible to public transport. Close to the city centre but out of it! I spent 12 nights and would definitely stay again.

Very nice accommodation. It was a pleasure to stay here. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Very beautiful and luxury room and very good breakfast. I would like to come back anytime. Unforgettable: the loveley dog!

We stayed in the "Cream" room. It was quite beautiful and warm. The B&B is an easy walk to grocery store, restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. The hosts are lovely people and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I love this B & B; great house, very easy to locate in Mt Eden, very stylish decor, everything you need is provided including beautiful bathroom products, very comfortable beds, luxurious linens, delicious breakfasts, bowls of chocolates to nibble on in our room and lovely home made cake to have with a cuppa at the end of a days shopping!! My wife and I had 2 nights at the Eden Park Bed and Breakfast in late May 2013. Marlene and Tony were great hosts and we had a most enjoyable 2 nights here. The breakfasts were superb and the room we had was comfortable and roomy. Marlene and Tony were great hosts. On the Friday night I spent an enjoyable evening watching the Rugby in the guest lounge room where I was joined by Tony. We both came unstuck as we were really going to bed early but got rapped in a game over here in Australia that didn't finish til late NZ time. Talking of Rugby that brings me to my next point re the place. Five minutes walk from Eden Park. One of the reasons we stayed there was that we were going to the Brumbies v Blues game on the Saturday evening. It was sooooo convenient. I would recommend this place to everyone but especially any Rugby fan who wants to attend a game at Eden Park. It is so close. It is also close the the Mt Eden shops where there is a great Irish Pub. Even if you aren't going to Auckland for the Rugby it is a great place to stay. Tony and Marlene are great hosts and breakfast is great! If I take the effort to go and watch the Brumbies again in Auckland then the Eden Park B & B will be the first place I try to get accommodation.

Eden Park Bed and Breakfast is a gorgeous place to stay with beautiful classic furnishings and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was outstanding. It is excellent value and the hospitality genuine and much appreciated.
