M.Beautiful studio with quality furnishings and appliances...very large flat screen TV and comfortable bedding. Also had a balcony which was great. Bathroom and laundry was excellent and most of all the studio apartment was tip-top sparkly clean. Good on-site parking and lift
access. Would definitely stay again.
D.Very friendly helpful staff. Extremely clean & modern, underfloor heating was a pleasant surprise & heater was on low when we arrived at 6.30pm which was lovely! Would highly recommend & will definitely stay again.
W.This is a nice place to stay goog room the bed was a bit hard and the bath room is a small but still we will return to stay again.

Depending on your location there are some excellent views with a good sized balcony.
Sound proofing was good, occasionally would hear scraping of chairs on tiled floor.

F.Stayed here last week and absolutely loved my room. It had everything I needed for my two night stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It is located in a stunning part of Auckland, with close access to the motorway (5 min off peak) Lots of nearby walks, shops and restaurants plus the supermarket is only a 3min walk. Enjoyed it so much I’ve rebooked to come with my family.
b.Clean room, friendly staff, good amenities. Not a bad price considering what you get for your money. Will be back
C.This was a great little place to stay - nice and clean and close to the local shops.
As we arrived after hours the property managers were fantastic and left us clear instructions how to access plus very kindly put the heater on so the room was nice and warm for our arrival. Would def stay again if in the area.

The staff Jan and Ayliese are awesome👌 the accomodation is 5✴ with the rooms having every thing you need, home away from home, we find it the perfect place for a relaxing weekend away from the rat race, awesome views of Aukland city and the harbour from a private balcony.
We always look forward to our next stay at Ferns.

A.The room is nice, clean, and modern. Unfortunately the room and guest WiFi were laggy and slow. If I had no phone or anything, I’d definitely stay here again, but the WiFi is a deal breaker for me.
B.Very modern and clean. All quality furniture and appliances. Has everything you need. People down the hall had loud music playing but I didn't even notice untill I opened the hallway door. Awesome location with plenty of shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Free undercover parking. Very friendly hosts. Highly recommended.
L.A wonderful place to stay if you don't need to be in the CBD. Spacious modern apartments very clean and comfortable. Free parking on site and shops and cafes on your doorstep. I had a room with a view and it was incredible. Would recommend this place to anyone.

G.Wow what a nice place to stay. Double rooms with plenty of space all the appliances you could require and nice furnishings. The bath/ shower/ toilet area could have been bigger or the toilet separate and I would have given you 5 stars. I am impressed.
J.I recently spent 2 weeks at the Fernz Motel & Apartments. Having travelled to NZ regularly over the past year, I will only stay here on my next trips to Auckland. Charlie, Aniko and the staff genuinely care about their guests and made our stay a great experience. Beautiful, new rooms are well appointed and so clean. Well located within walking distance for everything you need I cannot recommend them highly enough.
C.Wonderful place to stay, very clean and modern. Rooms are spacious and light. Free onsite parking is a great bonus too. 10-15 minute drive to the city.
S.Very nice view from apartment if you staying in front, only few suggestions for the property manager there was only one small bin, not enough for 2 bedroom apartment , also if you please keep laundry detergent pouch for washing machine that would be great.
