S.We have stayed here a couple of times. Have always found it immaculately presented. Beds are comfortable, shower pressure is excellent. Proprietors are very pleasant, and nothing is too much trouble. We tried the breakfast this stay. We weren’t disappointed. Thank you for an enjoyable stay, we will return again shortly.
C.I stayed here for 2 nights in one of the far end rooms at the bottom of the hill. It was nice and peaceful, with the right amount of amenities and a well furnished room. Bed was comfortable, plenty of towels and complimentary items.
Shower had AMAZING pressure, and the only downside was that the shower space is a bit small and I found myself turning it off when I turned around as I kept hitting the mixer handle.
There is a night exit door to save walking all the way to reception/entry to go outside, and the night door was conveniently close to our car in the car park. Security card made for easy and secure access.
Breakfast was amazing, a nice range of hot food and continental, with a TV or newspapers for current event updates.
The lack of 5-star is because of the shower space... And the scaffolding significantly reducing available car parks, although I'm sure this will be easily fixed once reno is complete.
Would definitely consider returning in future.

P.This was the nicest hotel i have stayed in for quite some time, the staff were lovely and helpful,the room was immaculately clean and spotless, breakfast was great and best of all it was sooooooo quiet, if u want peaceful surroundings this is the place to be! Located in a convenient spot close to motorway and all of the great food places! Highly recommended!

I.Good buffet breakfast, except for the owners of the place having a loud business meeting with the council sitting down in the dining room so we heard all about how their business worked or didn’t – which wasn’t very professional to be a) talking about all that stuff in front of the customers and b) disturbing our breakfast with it.
The bedroom was spacious and good in general.
Bathroom seriously needed work though – very tired and damaged (see photo). Also only places to hang two towels so if two of you staying you couldn’t hang up the hand-towel, bathmat and two towels, let alone having enough space to hang towels if three there (which the room catered for: a double and a single bed). There was ample space on the walls or behind the door to add some hooks or another towel rail, but they haven’t bothered. So all in all the bathroom was very sub-standard.
N.Nice and large clean room and well appointed for a weekend stay. Bed was very comfortable, small shower in the bathroom but nice water pressure. TV was very large which is a big bonus and decent Sky channels. Great parking at the motel. Great location with loads of amenities in walking distance and close to the city.

Location is great too. Just up hill from Countdown and McDonalds. Liquor store next door. On main bus route to city. 20minute walk to newmarket.

A.Great value for money, customer service was great and was helped with our heavy bags. Fantastic quality room and the breakfast was perfect, exactly what we needed for a long day ahead.
Close to the motorway too so fairly quick to get most places in Auckland.
S.A few teething issues on check in, but they were cheerfully rectified! A really fabulous place to stay, exceptionally clean, spacious and well appointed. Staff were very helpful, polite and efficient. I would highly decorated this property.
l.Manager is Wonderful and professional the staff is next level, friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning staff are friendly, services are on point, their Rooms are spotless clean, children friendly, very happy staying here, this will be a regular spot to come to when we travel overseas.

P.Comfortable, reception service was good. Breakfast was good value, Wifi was generally good although did fluctuate. Restaurant was only open for breakfast however the Thai up the road was good. Only concern, I was on the lower floor and you could hear the people above moving around in the morning
D.Great staff but room was pretty tight, I had the wheelchair accessible one so I think it was the smallest lol. Awesome brekky in the morning
l.We chose this to be close to Mt Smart stadium and it was close to everything else too. very happy with room size, we had a 1bd suite. An older hotel with squeaky floors, but very clean and super lovely staff. would definitely stay again if in Auckland. Parking on site is a bonus and walking distance to great Thai restaurant De Grand, and countdown and maccas.
M.We just spent 5 nights here. The room was very clean and spacious, comfortable beds also. Highly recommended. We only wish they had a lift, as it was tiring climbing the stairs after long days at the home show.

R.Really handy location, well presented, spacious well equipped rooms. Nice and quiet even though it is on a main road. Clean, with big comfortable beds. The free parking and wifi is a real plus. Good value for money.

A.Spacious room, good in-room facilities and convenient location to strike into downtown without the price tag to match actually being there. Free parking, 10-15 minutes walk to station for frequent trains into the city.

S.There are better places to stay that charges less. Rooms are spacious but the room amenties are basic. Been there a few timesand each time I notice that they are very stingy with coffee n tea n sugar..only 2 pkts of each!. Bring yr own sachets next time!!!. Views are to other residential homes. Parking available but can be a tight spot if you have a big vehicle.
Positive is there is a guest coin operated laundry. One washer n one dryer..so you do have to get in early or else you have to wait for your turn.
No lift... u have to walk up the steps. Not good if you have a heavy bulky luggage and your room is on the 3rd floor. Free wifi..thats the only bonus

J.I stay at Greenlane Suites whenever I travel to Auckland for business. The suites are clean, comfortable and secure. The Hosts are friendly and very accommodating. The Motel is in a great position and suits my needs perfectly. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The room is big, spacious and clean! The small kitchenette is well equipped ... coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots, cutlery and crockery. All you need!

Perfekt! Die Lage ist wirklich optimal, man ist nicht mitten im Zentrum aber wirklich schnell dort. Wir haben ca 12 Minuten mit dem Auto gebraucht und waren im City Center. Parken ist kostenlos.
Das Zimmer ist groß, geräumig und sauber! Die kleine Küchenzeile ist top ausgestattet... Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Töpfe, Besteck und Geschirr. Alles was man braucht!
Auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Wäschetrockner stehen zur Verfügung.
Wir können es klar empfehlen!
