S.Chris is a generous hostess and made us feel at home right from the start of our stay in Auckland. She helped us out with transport to local restaurants and the centre of the city for a morning tour as well as researching bus schedules to help us on our return. Hapua Lodge is very comfortable and clean with amazing views. The private off-street parking was also a great advantage. A lift for our luggage was a plus.
