N.Lovely, clean facilities with all the mod cons you need for a longer stay (very handy). Perfect location for were we needed to be. Awesome shower as i’m a bit taller :) Bed was soft but was able to take the topper pad off which transformed it to fantastic. Thank you and see you next time.

S.It was the best place I had stayed in out of all hotels in Auckland. Why? Because the beds and pillows were AMAZING what a comfortable bed!! The quality of the TV is bomb 🔥🔥 The room we had was so modern so comfortable and clean and tidy. All staff were so kind we are coming back again thankyou so much!! Reasonable prices too!

Tried to offer a more expensive suite when we asked for their cheapest.
We specifically chose this place to make use of the spa. When we enquired over the phone whether it was a hot tub or just a spa bath, they said we could find photos on the website, but they did not have photos on the website. When we asked to use the spa they gave us a key card and directed us to an apartment building a 5 minute walk away, whose gym and pool they use. The hot tub in the apartment building was terrible. It was cold and would not heat up, it had a cover that could not be used, the facilities weren't clean at all and the access door refused to open, both when entering and leaving. The changing rooms were flooded, used as utility rooms, and didn't have functioning lights, so you'd have to change in the dark.
The hotel itself is fine, very luxurious.
D.This is a nice place to stay and you can use the Body Corp pool in the building at the back. I've stayed her a few times now. Service could be better. Bedding for pull out bed in lounge was handled well.
C.I was here for a couple of days and had a pleasant stay. Room and furnishing was really nice — very comfy. Reception was helpful. A short walk across the road brings you to a few places to eat and a chemist etc. Would recommend 👍🏼
B.Very good and new room with well equipped facilities such as washing machine. It is suitable for long staying. Also, the price is reasonable though it is a bit far from the CBD.
M.Stayed in this property for about 4 weeks with family.
Room was compact and neat.
Kitchen supplies were limited . Swimming pool and the Sauna were not ready. In fact , swimming pool is very small in size.
Staffs were very helpful.
N.Stayed two nights on the first week they opened. They invested well in the beds, you just sink into them and fall happily into unconsciousness. Nice big flatscreen tv. Excellent/free WIFI connection. 5-10 mins from basically anywhere in Albany. Conveniently placed. The duty manager noticed my friend and I exit the building several times to have a cigarette as our room didn’t have a balcony. He suggested we move into the opposite room to save ourselves the hassle of coming down from the second floor. Didn’t charge us the extra rate for it either. Awesome customer service. Friendly, happy staff. Facilities were great. Clean bathroom, modern. Great kitchen, includes stove. They left us a box of Lindt chocolates on the first night, nice touch. Wouldn’t hesitate to return as price point more than reasonable for standard of service. Going to miss the bed. Best I’ve ever slept in.
D.Great comfortable room with everything you need. Beds super comfy all kitchen you need for meals. Only thing I don’t like they state they have Netflix and when asked they where like the tv had web browser you need to use your Netflix account to log in. No cable channels either.
J.Really Great little place! Free and convenient onsite parking for our big Pajero truck, so happy about that. Available at short notice, which was so lovely. Very clean, modern, inviting room & amenities. Really impressed there was a washer/dryer in the room with wash powder available. We loved the coffee selection, Jed's bags and coffee pods with nice crema. We would be more than happy to use Leroy's again.
S.I stayed here on the 4th day the hotel open. Amazingly clean and new! They have Ritual branded luxury amenities. Very friendly staff. Keep up the great work. I’m looking forward to staying with you so on.

N.One of the best place to stay, while you are in auckland and want to stay in calm and peaceful environment. Staff here is really co operative and friendly. Nearby amenities are the plus point like shopping centre, cafes, etc; all within 5 to 6 minutes drive. Overall perfect in all categories.
P.An excellent place to stay whether for business or pleasure. Fittings even includes a washer/dryer! Only negative was the lack of a Netflix app on the superb TV

Wir haben das Leroy Hotel zufällig entdeckt und wollten nur 2 Nächte bleiben, haben aber direkt nach der ersten Nacht auf insges. 5 verlängert. Das Hotel ist neu und die Zimmer hervorragend ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Aufenthalt ist empfehlenswert!
