Stayed overnight. Couldn’t locate the entrance easily, location is great though. Receptionist was not very friendly, but informative. We paid for parking. Room had 2 bedrooms, both located such that there was no proper ventilation. There was one cooler that couldn’t be moved from the living area so basically during summers it is very stuffy until the cooler manages to cool down the whole apartment. They had a lounge chair inside that looked so dirty we didn’t use it. But had amenities including dishwasher, washer dryer which was great. Convenient for a short stay.

Stayed overnight. It’s hard to locate the entrance while using the maps. Rooms were good equipped with all accessories you need . The tiny aircon in living area is useless and also no table fan in bed rooms, nightmare for summer nights

Overall, Very conveniently located next to the Mall, Bus and Train station Restraunts and cafes nearby n cinema Cons...some rooms had no airconditioning and were very Stuffy or hot (because the windows barely open very small thus air circulation of course for child safety or anyone thinking of harming themselves so had to request the aircon machine) But overall hotel rooms are alright for very short stays, wpuldnt recommend long term. Now as a long term tenant , i strongly advice...CHECK CHECK CHECK every spec angle undercover...draws etc....we had alot of damages and complaints cos the room wasnt properly taken care of to what was required on the room checklist Lots of cracks behind or underneath draws...stains on carpets that were hidden under the bed.....air vents were hella moldy....equipment n utensils were either damaged or broken ...oven was totally rusty inside..... So we literally almost had to buy all the utensils and cutlery ourselves n renew some furniture. But overall...it had a washing machine and dryer n dishwasher in our room and the property manager sorted out a handy man come and fix all the damaged property we reported Overall though Have lived there for almost 6months I def enjoy the location, room is decent, just very bad and Hot air circulation during Summer. Just wish there was a bit more air circulation during summer times...but wont be too bad during winter Overall a 3 Not really for familes...more for proffesional workers...or people who want their space or a couple

Had a 3 week stay here as emergency housing for my family. Facilities were well maintained. Staff were all friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the smell in the room for the first 2 days. Guess the previous guests didnt know how to wash their feet?? Parking is convenient and reasonable price. Thanks to the staff

This was our second time staying. We were given a corner room with 180 degrees views including Rangitoto and Skytower. The staff were helpful as usual and we were given brand new kitchen utensils to replace missing items. The location is excellent next to Westfield, bus station, train station, taxi stand and a park. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here for the first time. Very difficult to find as I was expecting, a prominent entrance. However, the entrance is just a walkthrough to t corridor and then to find the office. The apartments, were very good, wit all that one good want. A short walk to the shopping mall.

Very small bedrooms and a couch that should be replaced. It's dirty and has a loose fitting stretch cover to hide the dirt underneath. After bring it to the attention of the staff, the couch was replaced the next day with a new couch. Thanks, it was appreciated.

It's ok, room is clean and has good kitchen. BUT this is also emergency accommodation so many homeless families living there. Carparks are small and you do need to book them at $10 night. Probably not a safe place for people to walk around at night.

Excellent location. Value for money. 5 minutes walk to Westfield shopping centre, Manukau bus station just opposite and train station 3 minutes walk . The room was very comfortable with self contained toilet / shower, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge. Room was serviced daily. Also, my room had an excellent view of the city including sky tower and enchanting view of the Auckland city lights at night. The staff were very polite, friendly, helpful, professional and efficient.Very close to lots of tourist attractions and just 15 minutes to Auckland airport. Thanks to M Central I will take back pleasant memories of my kiwi holiday. Highly recommended.

The customer service is great, guy at reception was friendly and helpful. The manager Owen is absolutely fantastic! I needed to contact him for some CCTV footage and he got onto it straight away, and this was outside of business hours. And he got back to me straight away. He went the extra mile. So thank you very much Owen!

So I checked in on the 16 September very late night early morning my stay was good everyone there just keeps to them self stuff was good cleaning could of been abit more better But other than that my stay was good

Very convenient location near bus station, train station and mall. Just the parking is a bit pricey for long term tenants.

Can not adjust the room temperature as no-air-conditioning. Only a fan is equipped. And the fan was so dirty. Washing machine and dryer are equipped. So it’s very useful to wash clothes any time. Facility looks deteriorated. But very convenient location as it’s very close to a big mall. Supermarket opens until late night but all shops in the mall closed at 6pm.

Trying to find the entrance may have been the most frustrating thing as was using the cooling system. We had Room 1102. We stayed 2 nights. I've read the previous reviews and some have not been very good so I was a little worried but I thought no that's someone else's experience not mine. It really wasn't too bad. The room looks bigger in the photos, it was quiet not too many planes flying over head and if they are it's mostly during the day. Let me focus on the service. We had amazing service from all the staff we dealt with. Ladies at reception very nice, warm and welcoming and explained everything clearly, Very helpful as was the lady who had serviced our room. We asked for more linen we were 5 in the room and stayed in the summertime. No problems and didn't wait all day for them. Now the room wasn't spotless but there is room for improvement. Jilo Jose consider getting proper cooling system for the rooms as the portable cooling system is too noisy and the hose that hangs out the window defeats the purpose. A cooling system works better when the window is closed. And the oven needs an oven tray and roasting dish. So you can actually use it. So just a few things to work on. But otherwise ok.

Lovely, clean room. Decor is modern and there are nice views from the back side of the building where my room is located, on the 9th floor. Amenities include a full size fridge, dishwasher, oven and range hood as well as a washing machine. The only downside to the room itself is the large air conditioning unit situation inside the living space, it is very noisy and requires the window to be open. Unfortunately, as these are serviced apartments there is no restaurant on site but there are plenty of food options very close by, some of which allow you to charge back to your room. This is a two bedroom suite, one bedroom has a window with lovely views of the city and the other is quite dark.

Stayed for two weeks, great location, nice and clean rooms very spacious. Down side quite noisey at night with sirens and no room air conditioning had a noisy portable unit and my bed not good to sleep on. If bed was nicer would definatly stay again.

The apartment was excellent value, impeccably clean in a handy location close to cafes, restaurants and shops. Lovely view from our apartment over the park. Staff very helpful. Some noise from planes overhead at night, but overall this place is a great find. Would definitely stay again.

Just left room 403. It was immaculately presented, brand new carpet, spacious and clean. Nice outlook on the north side of the building. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for a 2 bedroom apartment. Brand new bus depot with cafes across the road and train station right next door to bus depot. 5 minutes walk to Manukau shopping center. Close to the motorway and convenient to get to airport. Great place to stay.

Love these apartments. Extremely clean and comfortable. Have everything you need, quiet and easy to work with their team. Convenient for business trips with shops, mall, restaurants all within 5 miinute walk. I will definitely use them whenever i am in Auckland.

Bad Note👎🏽: Was my Baby been up till 12.30pm the first night we stayed because of people been loud inside and out listening to music, talking loud and banging/stomping around in there rooms.

Handy apartment tucked directly behind Manukau City Shopping Centre. Directly opposite the new Intercity Bus terminal, airport shuttle bus and local bus terminal. 2 minute walk to train station. Apartment was exceptionally clean and great to stay in for 1 nights as a quick stop. 24 hour reception so no worries checking in or out. Would definitely stay again.

It was a great central place to stay. There were plenty of places in the area to go and eat. It was in great proximity to the airport without being too pricey. The room we had provided us with all that we needed for our stay. I would choose to stay here again.

Stayed for a week. Came back every night late from work to a very clean room and all products restocked. They were also very helpful in keeping my bags in locked storage before and after checkout whilst I was at work. Great staff and great location!

Really modern, clean and new. Extremely close walk to Westfield Shopping Centre. The only reason we wouldn't rate 5 star is that the beds were really uncomfortable and we couldn't sleep with the window open as you could hear quite a bit of street noise. Overall not bad.

Its quiet. The staff are awesome Great views close to all amenities theme park. Mall. So many food stores to chose from,. Great location. Friendly people safe and well maintained. I didnt wanna leave. I loved it. If i was to recommend friends or family it would most definitely be M-Central Appartments

I stay here for work. Its not flash, but the service is good, room is clean and manukau city mall is within walking distance.

If you going to Manukau for Rainbows End, Westfield, or even the bus station to catch a ride then you can not get a better location. Only $10 overnight parking as well. Very tidy rooms with modern appliances, and great view. The bed we had was like sleeping on springs though.

Two nights last week of school holidays for 5 of us Excellent service and immaculately kept rooms.Staff aware of disabled need of one of our group and were very obliging and helpful. Highly recommend for large families.

Great location and value for money Walking distance to Countdown supermarket and 500meter to Rainbow's End Amusement park. The wifi service is excellent, the speed is good. We were given 4GB for 4 days stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.. for a person who doesnt get to Auckland to often this place was great.. i enjoyed the night views the lights the smells of food wafting up from around Manukau.. our room was clean and we had amazing sliding doors out to the balcony..

Immaculately clean freah apartment with awesome visual advantage across Manukau area. Has self service kitchen and laundry facilities with all the essentials. Beds are very comfortable.

It was great place because it was close to Westfield mail ... And cross road from taxi and bus station .. nice view from appartment window .. comfortable beds nice and clean appartment .. only was when I opened shower door was the smell coming up from the drain ... But appart from that I enjoyed my night 👌

Portable Airconditioner was ok if you like to have a lot of noise to be effective. Extractor in bathroom was not working properly everything damp from showering.

Nice enough place. Bed was a bit hard and a few noisy people were running around inside the building late at night. But as far as the stay it was good

Clean two bedroom unit which has everthing from dishwasher to washer and drier. Convenient location to the industrial area in Wiri and right next to the train station is a plus. Modernized high rise building with a comfort view around the area. Westfield mall is only five minute walk. Only thing I did not like about is that they dont have gym/exercise room in the building.

Was very small and didnt get the room i paid for. Had to pay for parking but was in car park. Not secured. Probably wouldnt stay here as it was quite noisey from other full time apartment livers.

There is parking available but for an extra $10 per night. The rooms are descent sizes and comes with washing machine dish washer Nd dryers in the room. The keys come with swipe access to your floor but only your floor, which was painful as we were in a group spread amongst multiple floors although there were stairs with no need for the swipe card. It's close to the mall and across the road from bus station.

Lovely modern apartment, easy walk to Manukau shopping mall pak n save. And the best of all it was lovely and quiet despite being on the,airport flight path. Would stay there again.

Great location for business in Manukau, but the rooms are a bit smelly, cramped and feel a little cheap. Got double charged for the stay, lucky I picked it up when I checked my credit card statement.

Small rooms but excellent location next to Manakau train station and buses. Easy access to downtown Auckland without the parking problems.

This was not my first stay. I have found MCentral to be one of the best stays in Manukau. Close to everything. The rooms are in immaculate condition and the staff are amazing. Enjoyed my stay. Thanks

Nice place, close to the bus and train station. Many restaurant near bay, and close to the Westfield mall. Clean, easy access. I enjoyed time there.

Good value for money but our room definitely wasn't freshly serviced as there were yellow drip stains of some nature on the wall and the couch smelt ghastly!!!

The decor of my room at MCentral is a bit jaded and could use some refreshing but in every other respect it was spotless and I would definitely go there again.

Rooms were clean and tidy but the walls were thin as and you could hear other people in the hallway, could hear room doors closing, that was annoying but apart from that our stay was good.

Our carpets dirty. One of the room dirty and when reported nothing was done and the dirt remained. Service wasn't anything to talk about.

Great customer service and really lovely rooms but the windows don't seal properly so the wind whistled really loudly through the windows.

Great location close to the mall and its walking distance there is only 5 mins. The staff are awesome and friendly 😊

The hotel is very well located with many shops nearby including Westfield and the train station. The room had a bay window in the living room which allowed us to air the apartment with two rooms. All the equipment worked very well, the only weak point and it lacks the dishes to prepare dishes like salads (salad bowl, wringer, etc ...) Apart from that, the apartment is clean and very functional, frankly it is an excellent quality / price. The carpet is stained but it does not matter because everything else is perfect for us. (Original) Avant la réservation, nous avions demandé en "demandes spéciales" une chambre située en hauteur et notre demande a été satisfaite, merci à vous. Nous avions la chambre 802 qui offre une magnifique vue sur la ville d'Auckland avec la Sky Tower en fond et un grand parc sur le côté. L'hôtel est très bien situé avec de nombreux commerces aux alentours dont le Westfield ainsi que la gare de train. La chambre avait une baie vitrée dans le salon ce qui nous a permis d'aérer l'appartement avec deux chambres. Tout l'équipement fonctionnait très bien, le seul point faible et qu'il manque de la vaisselle pour préparer des plats comme des salades (saladier, essoreuse, etc...) Hormis cela, l'appartement est propre et très fonctionnel, franchement c'est un excellent qualité/prix. La moquette est tâchée mais cela n'a aucune importance car tout le reste est parfait en ce qui nous concerne. Les appartements sont tout équipés. Et au pied de l'hotel il y a un grand parc, arboré...avec des canards...et des poissons. Il y a plein de commodités tout autour. Warehouse, pac & save, kmart, cotton on...le westfield et le rainbow. C'est simple la gare de manukau est au pied de l'hotel on ne peut pas se tromper. En ce moment il y a des travaux d'agrandissement de station de bus. Et car park pour taxis il me semble.
