We had no plates for meals. Breakfast or dinner plates. Did ask at front desk but could not help. No rubbish bin in our room as well. Positive. Rooms were clean, made up rooms every morning. This is why I gave 3 stars

You get what you pay for. Sadly the pool was broken, which was one of the features that made us choose this place. There's plenty of space, and you have everything you need, but it's a bit dated. Beds and kitchenette were very clean though! You can hear through the walls in the bedrooms, which was a nuisance for a short time - after that the neighbours went to need, too. The staff is friendly and the airport shuttle service was on time and helped with all the luggage!

Good space for a family with basic kitchen facilities, heater and electric blankets but we had drunk, noisy neighbors in the unit next to us and we could hear everything they said and did. The units are tired and need refurbishment. Mouldy bathroom ceiling and the towel rail fell off. Otherwise, a good price for a large group. Parking was right outside the door and not much road noise.

Great value for money, friendly staff, wake up call @ 3:45am, free shuttle service to airport, excellent service to store our vehicle (first 14 days free, then $5.00 a day). Only criticism I have, the light wasn't working in the shower/bathroom. Will be back again & will recommend to family & friends. Thanks

This property is quite dated but very handy to the airport and with free courtesy pick-up and drop offs very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the linen very good quality. There are some maintenance issues and repair work needed. The service was mostly friendly and efficient.

Clean and tidy and somewhat dated, don’t stay here if you expect five star. Having said that the staff here were very helpful when my wife left her tablet on a China Airline flight. They went out of the way to locate the item with baggage services and to arrange for it to be posted back to us. Many thanks to the reception staff for their above and beyond service. Would definitely stay again if out of the country and needed a nights accom. Car storage for 14 days free and a reasonable room rate with free shuttle to and from the airport.

The staff were very friendly n the room clean n tidy, the bed was so comfatable Iand I had a really gd sleep,. Could have done with a bit more on th menu to choose from instead of just fast food style choices, otherwise it was OK.

Very comfortable and pleasant. Quiet. We had a great nights sleep after two days of stressful travel. Close to airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was ok... the hamburger could have had a little less tomato sauce and more lettuce and a real meat pattie. Nice treed garden. Very clean although there was some black grout in shower tiles and toilet seat was loose. The eating room could be decorated with a little more style and colour and with an Indian cook, why not have some Indian food on the menu?

Has everything you need , affordable and peaceful place to stay. clean and had heating fan and even electric blankets. cleaning staff were excellent. fast check in an check out nice swimming pool. New laundry machines Well done Oakwood manor highly reccomend

Rooms were basic but very clean. Shower very low pressure, glad I didn't need to wash my hair! Unfortunately we had a very loud group in the room next to us which made for little sleep.

Basic room but was only for 2 one nights stays before and after holiday to Auzzie service was great by staff and shuttle bus was great but disappointed that after arriving back at 6pm to hotel the restaurant that's advertised on webpage is only open certain nights and we had to order pizza . Resteraunt needs to be open every night 😒😕for the weary travelers who when getting back to your apartments shouldn't have to order takeaways

1 Excellent accommodation. I was caught short at Auckland Airport, 2018, and needed a place for the night. Oakwood Manor is comfortable, well managed, clean & tidy. And the price is good. I recommend it.

Great location close to Auckland Airport. Needs updating. Doesnt cater for the hot weather fans that hardly work and no air conditioning. Staff friendly and helpful. Dining average but adequate.

Really good place to stay. You can stay the night and leave your car there for 2 weeks free then $5 each day after that.They drop you off at airport you phone an 0800number when you get back and they come and pick you back up and take you back to motel to get your car. They also have a courtesy van to take you to nearby restaurants if you want even though they have their own restaurant

It's ok close to the airport, and they allowed pets which was very helpful for us and our dog! A little outdated and maybe needs a revamp but it was nice and cosy, we needed a place where we could take our dog and would Definitely stay here again if we needed to.

Oakwood manor is fine the only problem is that you cant cook in your room hehe im still at oakwood manor but i love it... its better then what i was staying in before wasnt suitable for me and my kids and wasnt clean.

Very accommodating close to the airport excellent service with transporting to and from airport car was parked safely for the duration. some noise from fellow patrons with car doors slamming during the night otherwise we shall certainly be booking to stay again.

Stay 1nite on 25.10.2017 : Very clean n tidy room. Have compliment airport transfer, you need to call the customer care number and ask to pick u up. They will come and pick u up in outside of Gate 11 of Auckland airport.

Easy to find. Spacious, clean, quiet room. Helpful, friendly staff. Very competitive price. Highly recommended for people who don't mind if the cutlery doesn't match the crockery.

All though the staff were very friendly & helpful the rooms need improvement on cleanliness of bed linen & a few more things like a toaster & some plates & knifes & forks & maybe a microwave would be helpful

Economical clean and well located with a free airport pickup service. A basic range of food is available at the in house restaurant. If you want value for money this is it!. I would stay again.

Opened in 1987, revamped in 2014 but still appears to have fittings from 1987. Cheap and convenient to airport. Fan was not sufficient to move the air in the room, hotter than Honolulu and very little sleep.

May16 This old and well established motel on Massey Road in Mangere is an icon of budget accommodation and business continuity. Good for short stays and extremely easy to find because of visibility on and from the road this motel is five to ten fast-drive minutes from the Auckland international and domestic airports subject to traffic conditions - but 20 to 25 minutes in morning or afternoon congestion caused by vehicle volumes and the endless ongoing road works in roads and state highways leading to the airport. Reasonable prices, good parking.

Airport shuttle service was good. Room was old but clean. No place to eat nearby unless you have a car. Very small swimming pool.

Nice apartment,clean and very friendly staff. My daughter forgot her hp in the van. They even arranged my daughter hp to be send later trip to airport.

Free wifi, good quality. Good working tv with New Zealand channels (Tv can connect to internet but need a ethernet cable, note that the tv is not wireless.). Need the wifi password? Once u get inside, they'll have a strip of paper saying the password.

A functional room with enough room for 2 blokes for the night. The security light blazing outside the window was a bit over the top. Some traffic noise during the night if you're in a roadside room.

(Translated) Good price found on the internet for 144 New Zealand dollars (2 beds in one room) check in from 2pm I was 3hrs. Earlier that room was not booked and then had to check in earlier I could add 51 New Zealand dollars on it I find outrageous at the time of booking there are 2 phone numbers to report at both is only a mailbox ran where then said please reserve online although online in turn is a 24 hour reservation can be made. This is unfortunately not the case it hangs a sign on the door to the front desk that someone in 15 minutes. Unfortunately, being back there is not the case. As far as the hygiene is concerned, not so dirty that you go backwards again, but certainly not so clean that you can eat from the ground. Beds are ok so not swimming you can sleep well in it. Of course I can not say what that looks like in the other rooms. Früher da, dass Zimmer war nicht belegt und musste dann damit ich früher einchecken kann noch zusätzlich 51 neuseeländische Dollar drauflegen finde ich unverschämt bei der Buchung gibt es 2 Telefonnummern zum melden bei beiden geht nur eine Mailbox ran wo dann gesagt wird bitte online reservieren obwohl online wiederum steht das eine 24 stündige Reservierung gemacht werden kann. Dies ist leider nicht der Fall es hängt zwar ein Schild an der Tür zur Rezeption das jemand in 15 min. Wieder da sei ist aber leider nicht der Fall. Warum also 3. Sterne für das Geld von 144 neuseeländischen Dollar hat man Eine Mikrowelle einen Wasserkocher eine gewisse Menge an Tee und einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Was die Hygiene angeht nicht so dreckig das Man rückwärts rausgeht wieder, aber erst recht nicht so sauber das man von Boden essen kann. Betten sind ok also nicht schwimmend man kann gut drin schlafen. Wie das aber in den anderen Zimmern aussieht kann ich natürlich nicht sagen.
