T.Hotel was a bit run down and the restaurant was not open. Rooms were quite spacious although could have been cleaner. Good view from the balcony and soft fluffy towels on a heated towel rail were a plus.
A.great place to stay right by the Bayswater marina, a couple of their rooms have one of those massage chairs, polite staff, a regular place for us to get away from it all, in the evening if you get the right room, having a cool beer on the balcony with a great view

M.We were so happy with our 2 night stay, it was what we expected plus so much more. Rooms were clean, tidy and well appointed. The view from the room was nice. Michelle at the front desk was amazing, she will greet you with a smile and genuinely cares that you enjoy your stay, excellent service. And lastly but not least the food, such good quality and value for the money, so thumbs up to the chef too. We will be back for sure :)
W.The room had a very strong smell in it when we arrived we had a better veiw of the ocean from our car park than from our room. We found stains on the carpet and i found the sinks and toilet very low and i am 6 ft in height
B.Rooms spacious, clean and tidy!! Staff friendly and helpful!! Price affordable and with breakfast included three very happy teenagers!! Dinning room very cute with great views of harbour bridge and sky tower!! ... food very nice!! Will definitely be back and recommend A++
C.Room was nice , awesome breakfast , bed was very comfortable, nice city view , Staff were pleasant and helpful. Was surprised to find complementary bubbles left in our room as we were celebrating birthdays.
Went to sunset bar and restaurant dinner and all staff there were amazing and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend to visitors.

Close to Bayswater Marina so city is accessible without driving. Prob need a car as no shops close by.

B.I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Auckland but the best part of our family stay was the staff, food was awesome, thanks chef he is utterly AMAZING and accommodating, friendly. We can’t wait to return!
